The only con was waiting for my sister's pedicure to be done for 35min ... we ordered the same pedicure , started the same time but for some reason hers was significantly longer. Overall we had a great experience and I'd come back without any hesitation.

Truly disappointed. I had my fill last week. My nails chipped with a gel set after only three days. I called Ben to let him know that my nails were not polished well. Last month my gel fill did the same thing, this is also the first gel fill that was about half of what I normally pay. A price drop from $47 to $24 because I could never get an accurate price on a gel fill, however I didn't call last month to complain. Friday I called and Ben set me up for an appointment Saturday morning. I missed the appointment due to extinutinuating circumstances so this is also the first time I didn't call as a courtesy to explain I would not make that appointment. So I arrived later than evening. I walked through the door and Ben didn't even welcome me. I watched another patron enter and she received a hello. Ben told me he was busy and to come back Monday morning. He would fix two nails. I went over my last two fills and realized that Ben has been rude on the last few times I have come into the nail salon. I have not been greeted or welcomed like all the other patrons. I noticed today when I walked in the same thing. No welcome greeting. So today as he looks at my nails Ben is getting loud with me in front of other customers. His tone is abrasive and he has become condescending an insulting. I tell him that this is embarrassing to me with the hopes he will just fix my nails correctly and stop telling me what I am doing wrong. Ben does not let up, even when he finds out that I am writing this review on Yelp from the other manicurist. He asks me am I writing a review on Yelp. I say yes, and he asks why. I ask him would he speak to his other patrons the same way he is speaking to me right now. I am becoming very uncomfortable as I notice I being laughed at by the other patrons because he seems to be seeking validation. Ben explains nothing is perfect, I explain to him it is not about the nails anymore but about the lack of respect and customer service I am receiving. I should not be chastised because he decided to partially paint my nails and not put enough coats on in the first place. This experience was very demeaning to me as a human. I explained I am not argumentative and because I have been indecisive before about the color of polish doesn't make me difficult. I believe if you pay your money for what you want you should get what you pay for with services without any added lip service. The thing that bothered me is when I took my hand out of the LED light and place it on top of the light that Ben yanked my hand. I told him that wasn't necessary he could have easily told me he needed my hand closer than what it was. Service here is based on who you are and if they want to do your nails. I have tipped and come back and brought a tip because they only accept payment with credit cards here and you can't include the tip. I offered to tip today but Ben was more in the why am I writing on Yelp. I write on Yelp and review because I get paid to shop and audit companies and rate performance of employees and businesses. It is truly disheartening when you pay your money for a service and you are insulted because you are told they don't want your business. I wish I would have known that last week. He could have kindly told me I don't want to do your nails. Whether it be discrimination at that point I would have appreciated the honesty as opposed to be rudely insulted in front of white patrons and others who were treated differently. Ben does nails well when he feels like it, if he doesn't want to be bothered or is short please don't waste your time. Perhaps my nails were done well the first time well to lure me in for business. I also found out I was overpaying and tipping for services that my friend told me didn't cost that much. My nails went from being $46 to about $24. I don't know if this had to do with the attitude from him all I know is that this behavior was not welcomed and unwarranted. I was never loud, I explained to him my conversation was with him and not the rest of the public. I was not a dog with him holding my nail to show someone else. If you do great work it is never necessary to have another employee validate the skill of your work. Better yet the customer who doesn't want an explanation is the customer who is attempting to keep her composure. Had several other people been met with this adverse behavior they would not get their nails done here. Ben you could have been kind and understanding. Obnoxious behavior is what made me tell about the unfair treatment I will not miss your service. read more

I was a patron of 111 nails for almost 2 years. When I find a place I like, I rarely deviate. Normally received gel nails. One time I received the dipped and it was a disaster. My nails were getting weak, so I decided to give them a rest. They removed my gel, but not entirely. Now I know why. The nails were essentially ruined. It's taken three months to grow out. At the same time, I had my toenail polish removed. My fault I guess, since I was getting my nails done every 2 weeks, I didn't pay too much attention to them. All. My nails had some sort of fungus. Minimal to extreme. It's been over 3 months, using fungi nail twice a day, as my doctor suggested, I kept the nails short and filed the top down every day. I just received lamacil from my doctor. The pharmacist said to come back if I started to turn yellow. Apparently it is very, very harmful. read more

I just walked out this horrible place...one of the dirtiest salons I have ever seen. There were nail clippings w/dust bunnies attached scattered all over the floor behind every cosmetologist ( I use this term loosely), dust on lamps, putrid smell of cigarettes, no liners for pedicure bowls, etc...The owner is a snarky guy who was in a seemingly bad mood; barking orders to staff in Vietnamese and has a horrible disposition w/customers. The staff accept cash tips only. If you do not have cash, they point to an ATM machine which is adjacent to the front desk. Not only are they ripping off Uncle Sam, but they are making money on the ATM fees...thieves. They come to this great land of ours, learn how to take advantage of the system. The IRS should take note ! Not on my dime. On to the next salon...there is more where they came from. read more

This place is the most horrible nail salon I've ever been to. It looks like a two year old just did my pedicure. My French tip goes straight across my toe and has no arch and it is further than half way down my nail and it is lumpy/uneven. She re painted them twice and they STILL look horrible. I'm leaving and going to a new nail salon. My friend got her nails done too and they look okay... Maybe my tech was just HORRIBLE but I can't even be seen with my toes like this. I recently moved out here from the IE and needed a new nail tech / salon to go to. I would drive every 2-3 weeks back to San Bernardino just to get my nails done! I was sent here by a family friend (Gloria) and i was extremely nervous! Ivy is who has done my nails for the past 2 times and she is great! The only thing i do miss is the massages after the manicure and i wish the pedicure massage was a little longer! But the service is great and Ivy is amazing! read more
