Very disappointing finish or lack there of. Very expensive for the workman ship they provide. Nails are glued acrylic added but no finishes. Not very good at shaping either, some shorter than others. When I pointed it out nail tech said something to another tech and before I knew it she was mad and running off to other customers which so happened to be my daughter. First time going had a manicure and pedicure, and very pleased with them. The shop is clean very nice people.

Basic pedicure is less than expected. Maybe if you upgrade. Never busy is convenient.

***UPDATE AFTER REPLY*** They are lying because they did not ask a second time... lol. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. And after changing her nail color, they made a comment saying "girl you're changing your mind AGAIN?" When nothing was changed. She just expressed openly she did not like the color. This place is a joke and so is the manager. Went in with my friend to get mani pedis. She always gets a cherry red every time. They started putting the color on and she told them it was too neon orangey and they told her it would darken with coats. After the pedicure was done she expressed how that's not the color she wanted. They didn't care. She asked if she could get a discount as now her toes looked like mini highlighters. The manager told her she should've told them when she saw the first coat. SHE DID. TWICE. He said it doesn't matter and he only gave her $3 off the service. She had to pay $50 for neon highlighter toes when she TOLD them the color is not what it seemed on the color selections. I'm just out here trying to find a good nail salon/ nail tech. So I went to this nail shop today and they were very polite. I appreciate how nice they were because I haven't got the best treatment well on any level of customer service. So thank you. Well don't know the guys name that did my nails but he did a decent job. I don't think I would come back to this salon because I'm looking for someone that can really do nails not just decent. Nail techs should be keeping up with the times. Thick bulky nails are not in. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I walked in to try it a couple months ago. The woman cut me and I went back in and told them. After trying to argue with me, the man at the front gave me a partial gift card. I went back today and he said "10 minutes" - 20 minutes later, I get up to leave and all of a sudden they can all do my pedi. This place is terrible. Probably one of the best nail spots I have been to across the US. Very clean, following social distancing and sanitation protocols. I hadn't gotten my nails done in over a year due to the pan pizza we've been though. The Bella pedicure was exactly what the doctor ordered - callous removal, scrub down, plenty of lotion and massage including hot stones. I also got a great dip mani with tips - wide selection of colors and of both dips and gels. We were also able to get in for an appt within 20 min, but an appt is recommended. They prefer cash, and there is an ATM on site. read more

UPDATE REPLYING TO OWNER: yes I picked that color but after seeing the color on my nails (prior to the UV light going over my feet) I told them I DID NOT LIKE IT AND IT WAS NOT THE COLOR I WANTED I was turned away by your techs by them continuously saying "IT WILL DARKER" which implied I needed to wait. Either way it is not fair for a costumer too feel like they are to blame when I spoke up multiple times and now the manager and owner is saying I needed to say something sooner EVEN THOUGH I DID. Overall horrible experience will never go there again because of how UNCOMFORTABLE THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL. And SHAMING ME. Ps. With the color named queen of hearts it should be red not NEON ORANGE. I couldn't understand the employees very well and they charge for the littlest things when it comes to fixing nails and specific gel colors. If you want a color or glitter gel paint that they show on specifc plastic nails, you will be charged more since "they have to make that color." The entire time I was getting my nails done I felt uncomfortable since they were all speaking to each other constantly in their language and when I tried to speak to the lady doing my nails she would just do 1 word answers. Horrible service !! It was my first time going to one eleven nails and. My last. I initially went in during the week and the individual who did my nails did not know how to do pink and white he originally said he did then upon placing white powder on my nails attempted to do the pink and white but couldn't do it. He said he was really sorry I said ok that's fine we could just do one color not a big deal, however he decided to just do white powder on my entire nail. Upon placing the selected color on my nails he was #1 rushing because they were about to close #2 when I mentioned to him that the shape was incorrect he said no it's nice I told him again it wasn't the shape I wanted coffin he did square round and he didn't fix it. #3 the nail polish was completely on my nails so the white powder was peeking out on all my nails .. I was so disappointed I showed him and he said I'll fix it but a little aggravated. I said it's ok I'll come back on the weekend to get it fixed I see your closing. He said no not the weekend we are busy come back tomorrow. I said I can't come back tomorrow but I can on the weekend he said again but we are busy. Long story short I went back in yesterday asked for the owner the owner attempted to fix them but wanted to charge me extra to do what I Originally requested. I said no I don't want to pay extra I just want my nails to look like what I asked him to do.he filed my nails all the way to my natural nails in my mind I was thinking ok he's going to put acrylic where there are now chunks missing I asked him and he said no that the gel will keep the nail strong but that I have to be careful because they can fall off... I was shocked and disappointed once more ... I asked him again to please put acrylic where you could now see my natural nail approx 50 percent of my nail was acrylic and 50 percent my natural nail my nails literally looked like what they look like when they file your nails down to a fill . he refused to put acrylic ... horrible experience so disappointed I almost wanted to cry because of how horrible the service was. Then as I he was finishing he made a remark saying it's ok you don't have to give me a tip! That was extremely rude Update: because my nails were so thin and 50% acrylic and 50% my real nails because the owner refused to put acrylic they started to break off two days later .... I went in this passed weekend, It was my first time at this nails salon. I liked and i love the way they did my nails. But i dont give them 5 stars because at the time to paid they pretty much didn't let me pay with my credit card. Because they wanted the tip in cash. They even have a atm Machine there which they said they charged a dollar to take money out, but today i got and extra charge of $3 for taking cash out and they didn't say anything about that anywhere. Came here with a bridal party today & it was just alright. The people who work here were actually pretty short with me, & the guy who did my full set wasn't very friendly either. It was my first time here & it was my first time getting a full set done "coffin" shape & I wasn't impressed, they didn't turn out anything like the picture I showed him. When you compare my fingers on both hands the nails aren't the same, and a couple of them didn't even turn out coffin like. I noticed they were putting gloves to protect other girls hands who were getting gel but he didn't put them on mine. I also feel like I was rushed & didn't get to enjoy the spa experience, they barely rubbed any lotion on my feet, didn't massage or anything. I've been coming to this nail salon for years. Recently, their work and customer service has been lacking. I was there 3 times in less than a week to fix my dip manicure. I got it done on 6/29. I called the salon first to explain why I was coming, the manicure was chipping off on 6/30; Ben answered. They fixed it. Then the dip was so fragile and it was popping off throughout the week. It was the 4th of July. They were closed on that day to call and tell them about it. I ended up going on Friday, 7/5. I called in the morning. Ben answered. He said yes come. As they were finishing up the manicure. And I thought he was going to be understanding and have pride in having happy customers. And apologize for the inconvenience. And take care of me. But instead I'm being charged. Ben was uncooperative and unprofessional. He just kept saying, "I don't know what you mean, I don't know what you mean..." it was a back and forth conversation. It wasn't going anywhere. Horrible customer service and no type of communication. I do not recommend coming here. read more
