The owner Vivi is horrible. I made an appointment at 1:30p and called her when I knew I would be late. I arrived10 minutes late. When I arrived they had me wait and told me that I would be considered a walk-in as I was late (seriously) despite me calling and informing them. I wish i would have known as I wouldn't rushed to arrive. They told me to wait 20 minutes. I patiently waited and after 35 minutes (manager Vivi was no where to be seen as she was in the back and didn't peek her head out). I walked out, at this point i was not going to give them my money and business. Also the place inside is dirty, poor air circulation, rug floor has stains. No one checks in with you to update you. I would give it no stars if I could. There are other cleaner and better organized places than this one. This place is horrible and takes the cake. Don't waste your time and money.

Glad i did. The owner was a nice man who was present and engaging with customers and the employees. I went on a Tuesday for my birthday and i was surprised how busy they were for being a Tuesday early afternoon! The shop was clean and well lit and I didn't see if they had wifi connection but you had good signal nonetheless. There were TVs but they weren't on but they had music on and it wasn't over powering. I liked there was plenty of parking too! They didn't have much selection for colors so maybe bring your own if you have your heart set on a certain color especially if it's an obscure one. I didn't do my hands (only because I don't ever do my hands) The pedicure chair was comfy and roomy and my pedicure was great! They accept cards as payments, but please bring cash for a tip! I'm definitely going back. And wear your Mexico jersey for a discount! (I only grabbed two pictures!) ETA I took off a star for lack of color choices and it was pretty warm in there. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Safe to say, I've found my new nail tech and will be leaving my old salon behind. I can't wait to come back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Annie. The quality of my nails was poor, and they looked…read morerushed with very little attention to detail. I expected much better for the amount I paid. What upset me the most was how my concerns were handled. When I told Annie that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out, instead of trying to fix the issue or offering any solution, she told me there was nothing she could do. She came across as rude, had an attitude, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. As a paying customer, I expected at least an effort to address the problem, not to be dismissed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning.
