Super clean space, very friendly staff, barely any wait for a mani/pedi walk in. Granted I was here during off peak tourist season, but it was still busy enough with regulars that I expected at least a small delay. My tech was incredibly thorough with the entire process, but especially the polish. There was a pinky finger that just wasn't looking right to her, so she wiped everything off and started from scratch till it looked perfect. Two things in particular stood out to me here: 1, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the tourist area they're in; 2, the staff members spent time talking to their customers and very little time chatting with each other. It made me feel very welcome and not like I had interrupted their day (the way I often feel at other nail salons). I wish I lived closer to frequent this place more often. read more

Weirdest mail Salonge experience. There were kids running around and screaming. It felt more like a daycare and not relaxing at all. They did a good job on my nails but the atmosphere was just chaotic and the icing on the cake was the owner asking me to Pay cash for my $80 services. My mom was in town so we did a 'walk in' and we were both taken care of right away. We got the spa pedicure and the minty treatment for our legs was incredible- I wish I could come back every few days for this amazing treatment. My pedicure polish was also done perfectly! I was so happy with my pedicure that I came back a few days later for a gel manicure and I had a similar wonderful experience. I was so impressed by the level of service as well as how friendly everyone working at Diamond salon is. I only had a short time to pick a color, and she asked me three times if I had picked a color yet. When I finally picked one, she could clearly see that I was hesitant about it, but she never suggested that I keep looking or helped with another color. Dip process was really fast and, as a result, the nails came out so thick and grainy. Hardly any time spent on cleaning up cuticles. No lotion, no massage. I don't have huge standards for nail salons and after seeing the reviews I thought this place would be great but I was a bit uncomfortable. The items that were used that should've been disposed after one customer or even a few you could tell were not. The foot scrubbing thing was so worn down that it did absolutely nothing to me. The woman handling my pedicure didn't use gloves from the start which concerned me as well cause fungus is easily transferable and I don't know who she worked on before. Overall I just found myself questioning the cleanliness of the facility. The ladies were very sweet and kind but this was honestly one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. Once I go home at the end of week I plan to go to my normal salon and have them redo the pedicure. The reviews are very misleading and I won't be coming back. read more
