Excuse the ugly toes just wanted to show y'all what my toes look like right after getting them done! I paid 35 dollars and left a tip and they didn't get all the dead skin off, didn't rub my feet at all like most places do, and the nail polish. As you can see in the picture a lot of the nail polish is not even on my toe nail! I will not be returning, overall was just not a great experience. read more

Don't bother! I went just to get a quick color change on my toes because I went two weeks ago and they did it no problem for $15. This time they said it's $20 if I want my nails cut which it wasn't last time. I asked if i could cut them myself and the old man said "go home and do it then come back" I was about to leave for good then the old woman said she'd do it but this is the last time, so I stayed. Then when she was done she said my shoes were not open toe and I needed to put them on. I said I'll just wait a few minutes for them to dry- I was the only customer in the store and she said I need to spend at least $20 if I wanna wait there! I left with no shoes! I was in town for a wedding and needed my gel removed and then redone. When the women took my gel off, she used her nail to scratch it off. Which really I have NEVER seen, but I let it go. Half way through she switched and started someone else and her husband finished me. He was not nice, pushed my hand away when he was done painting. At the end of the gel I asked him to clean up the polish as it was all over my fingers. When I asked he seemed quite annoyed. He began to clean them up, but when I told him he needed to do it more he got even more annoyed. I said forget it I'd do it myself. Then when I went to pay the sign stated "$25 Gel Manicure" - she said it was $30. I asked why if the sign stated $25. She said it was $5 to remove old set. I told them I was happy to pay that, but the sign clearly did not state it. She asked what should it say, I said $5 for removal with new gel. She rudely said "thanks for your input, but i'd need to make a new sign." I couldn't believe that she was treating a customer like this. Then she refused to charge me $30 and rudely wouldn't let me pay the full $30. She charged me $25 and I left $5 cash for them. She then walked back to her pedicure and began to talk about me to her customer, how I was rude. NEVER go here, there were so many things wrong with this place. From the sanitary side, to customer service to frankly my nails leaving looking terrible. Terrible Terrible place. read more

I went here for a pedicure and manicure. First they put me in the pedi chair and one person started then they switched to another, but I never really received a pedicure. Then they were not happy that they needed to remove my old gel coat. They had me soak my fingers in acetone (nail polish remover), then he used his finger nail to scrape off the softened gel coat. After my daughter's pedicure they literally "washed" the pedi tools in the foot bowl, with her feet in the bowl. Very unprofessional and unsanitary salon. I would not recommend. Go to Nice Nails in the White Marlin Shopping Mall instead. read more

Not the best experience with a new full acrylic set. Only an older couple working and not the friendliest. Felt like they could use a refresher in technique since set is a little boxy and wide. Instead of taking care of 1 client they shuffle multiple people in and take turns painting someone's nails then moving on to starting a fill. A very nice woman at this shop graciously fixed a nail for me today. I'd somehow broken the nail on my big toe - way far down- and was dreading it pulling all the way off. Would have hurt and looked awful. I stopped in and the woman was able to glue it for me and didn't charge me anything. No time for a pedicure today but will be back for one! Thank you! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Worst manicure and pedicure I ever had. He didn't clip my cuticles more like he just took the clipper and waved it close by and when I mentioned it then he did make one cut which landed on my nail and he started to paint right over it until I said something. His pedicure was basically the same. The chair only worked on my lower back and wouldn't go up to my shoulders like I needed. I got the shellac polish which last about two weeks everywhere else and by day 2 it was already chipping in places. When I was paying I asked if he was the owner and he responded "why" and as I explained my frustration he just said "sorry" and brushed me off. This used to be a great salon, but no longer. Last few experiences not good--especially the 20 minute pedicure from the male owner--just barely got feet in the tub and he drained it! Gave it one last chance this week...the female employee repeatedly filed across my natural nails rather than shaping the tips, and then applied two very thin coats of gel polish. After leaving, I reached for my car door when the first nail tore--it was filed paper thin! Within two hours, my previously healthy nails had torn and chipped--with gel polish! I had to cut them down as far as possibly and apply several coats of clear polish to give them some strength--they are ruined! I was the only person in the shop, no one spoke to me and the male owner was just this side of rude when he took payment. I guess because they are in a resort with many "once a year" visitors, the owners don't care about providing good service. Save your money and your nails and choose another salon in the area. read more
