Comfortable pedi chair with massage choices. Atmosphere a bit sterile for my liking. Newly open ( couple of weeks) so they need to work the kinks out. They are still unpacking furniture. Biggest peeve having to wait over 1/2 an hour for my appointment. I understand that I may have been 5-6 mins late but there were others waiting ahead of me as well. Made an appointment yesterday for 11:00 and arrived on time and told them I was there for a manicure and that I had an appointment. Told to pick out a color. It was busy, but no one said a word to me.... for 30 minutes!!!!! So I left and won't return. Not a drop of common courtesy to say "sorry, we are running behind and I know you had an appointment but can you wait 30 minutes?" You need some serious customer service training and appointment management skills- don't overbook!!! read more

This a new nail place that opened up near my house, so I figured AWESOME! Let's try it out. I made an appointment for 11am for my sister and I for the VIP pedicure. We were told it's about an hour and $95 plus what it included which is: Starts with a warm aroma salt soak Luxurious exfoliating sugar scrub mixed with choice of fresh cucumber, oranges or aloe Vera Cream candle massage and butter lotion followed by hot stone massage Heel cream and VIP choice of paraffin wax or collagen socks with hot steam. First of all my appt was 11am. I was put in the chair at 11:40am and they did not start my pedicure until 11:48am. The warm aroma salt soak did not happen. My feet were in water for a few minutes and nothing was put into the water. I was not given a choice of cucumbers or oranges or aloe Vera. It was simply given oranges. There was no cream put on my heels. There was no choice of paraffin wax or socks, I was just given socks. My pedicure ended at 12:37pm! This doesn't even take into consideration the break she took to clear coat another persons nails. Not even an hour that we were told it would be. I had Jaclyn and she was good, but I don't feel I got what I paid for. It also seemed like the end was rather rushed. She had to go and start another pedicure and then come back to me to put on the last top coat. My other place for $5 more ($100) is an hour and a half pedicure and you get so much more. Never a long wait and never felt like my pedicure was rushed. The place seemed to be clean and very nice. Of course Newley opened. This is a 2nd location to one in Bethany Beach under a different name. If you decide to try it, ask for Jaclyn, like I said her herself was great. Be prepared to wait and you may not get what you're expected or what is advertised as far as choices. The other thing is the chair massage seemed to beat me up so be carefully. Again, this is just a personal opinion on that. Some key notes - When you enter there is a tablet on the counter to check in and enroll in their rewards program. There are books and pieces of paper and pens on a table for you to choose your nail polish color. Make sure you write down the book name because numbers are duplicated through different books. I saw and heard people complaining about having the manicure done while the pedicure was done. So if you don't want that, make sure you tell them you want it separate. If you use a credit card there is a $1.75 charge added As for returning, I don't really think so. Maybe if I couldn't get to my regular place I would but it would really have to be an extreme need to get the pedicure. I'll go the extra distance and time to Selbyville for a really great pedicure and just $5 more. read more

I had a classic pedicure with Lena. The polish looks great and I thought it was reasonably priced ($35). The place is clean and well maintained. I've gone to other nail salons in the area and felt like I could do a better job at home but this place was much better. It will be my new go-to nail salon. read more

Very Disappointed! Arrived for 1pm scheduled appointment and was sent to pedi chair where I soaked for 1 hour and 15 minutes before tech arrived to start pedicure. Received a quick hurried job. Sent to table for manicure. Requested gel manicure which was a very quick hurried job as tech explained they were down several employees and people still coming. Long story short, went out of town the next day Monday and by Friday gel manicure was lifting on several fingers. Returned to this business on Saturday and requested lifting gel be removed. I was the only client in the place and the tech began speaking to the person who did this manicure in their language. I asked if she was talking to me and she said no talking with her co-worker. Unprofessional!! Tech offered to do another manicure or offered refund. I declined both and cancelled my upcoming appointment. read more

When I went there the first time it was clean the people were attentive and they did a beautiful job. But as I kept going back the quality of the work kept on declining. The staff do not speak English so to communicate with them is very hard. Today I went there and my nails are awful. You could actually see the dents in them and the girl had no remorse. Went here on vacation because it's close to our beach house. I had a great experience with Cindy. The place was clean and relaxing. I waited for about 10 minutes in the chair soaking my feet for my pedicure. They brought the color options to me while I sat in the massage chair and gave me a menu to choose my pedicure. I got the basic pedicure and they still gave me a calf massage and warm towels. My toes look amazing! Very happy with the experience and price. I will be returning next time I'm out here! read more
