I made an appointment for this morning and I was taken promptly at my appointment time, which was surprising for a nail salon! I was recommended to try this salon by a friend and am so happy she told me about it. My nails were done by Lisa and she is very sweet! This salon is actually less expensive than others in the area, but way more high quality. One of my nails broke before coming and she added an acrylic to that one finger and it was still less expensive than the nail salon I was previously going too, without added acrylics. The decor is so cute as well! I was told they do really great ombré nails too!

When my pedicure was over the tech(owner) who was supposed to do my nails left the business with her kids. I sat there for 15 minutes and eventually had to go since it had already been an hour and a half. They couldn't ring me up, only the owner can do it. She wasn't at the business. I had to leave with unfilled, uneven, and unpolished nails. I came in with painted nails. They even tried to charge me for removing the polish. AFTER THE NAIL TECH LEFT THE BUSINESS. It somehow was my fault she left and they couldn't take credit cards. They have children running around and trying to smooth over customer issues while the business owner LEAVES them unattended. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the State for their business practices and breaking child labor laws.

I have used Heather and she is great, but now go to Mimi and my husband has his nails done and cuticles trimmed and loves the way she does his. She does a gel American manicure on my nails and really takes her time. I have tips on this time and my nails look amazing. She also did an awesome job on my toes. During the winter, I usually do gel on my toes so I can put my shoes back on and in the summertime, I do a regular polish on my toes with my sandals already on before she paints them.
