NT Nails Salon & Spa…read more The two stars are for their availability and the fact that the staff was pleasant. But after my visit, I now understand why they had openings. I know my feet aren't exactly what you'd call "cute"--more like hobbit feet if I'm being honest--but that doesn't mean they needed to paint my toes like they were blindfolded in an art class. There was polish all over my toes, half of my skin, and yet somehow, parts of my actual toenails were left completely unpainted. It cost me $95 for an adult and child pedicure, plus tip, and if you can believe it, I left with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. Yes, worse! If you're into abstract art, maybe you'd appreciate it, but if you're looking for a decent pedicure, you might want to keep searching.

The staff was polite, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet my expectations. There were only two technicians working on four customers , my husband MIL,SIL and myself, so the appointments felt rushed. My pedicure wasn't very thorough even for others the soles of our feet were barely scrubbed, leaving rough areas that I expected would be smoothed out. My husband also noticed several hanging pieces of dead skin around his nails that weren't trimmed or cleaned up, making the finished pedicure look incomplete. The technician happily did it again. I understand they were busy, but I would have preferred more attention to detail, especially for the price of $370 which doesn't even include tip, I expected a bit better experience. With more time spent on each customer, this salon has the potential to provide a much better experience because the cleanliness and atmosphere are already there. Just wished they were more thorough and more techs.

I never leave bad reviews, but that was one of the worst manicure experiences I've ever had. The…read moretechnician was extremely rough and caused multiple fingers to bleed during the manicure. It was painful throughout, but the worst part was when he made a mistake on one of my nails and, instead of properly fixing it, he cut a wedge out of my natural nail. This left a visible chunk missing and caused a painful wound. I left with several bleeding fingers, damage to my nail, and a lot of discomfort. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. No customer should leave a manicure appointment bleeding and in pain.

When you first walk in, the salon does feel somewhat factory‑like with many stations, but the staff was surprisingly attentive. I came in for an acrylic fill, and they took the time to explain a different technique they use. It's still acrylic, just not the traditional powder method, and I appreciated how thoughtful they were about my cuticles and the length, since they had grown out quite a bit. They also made sure the shape worked well with the condition my nails were in. The entire experience was very pleasant, right down to the hot hand towels. Overall, it was a surprisingly great experience.

Also, I paid extra for reflexology but I'm afraid I received a massage instead. Not sure anyone is certified in pressure points but oh well. It feels sterile and price-point oriented not customer-centered.

They have like 3 total employees working at any time and the place is almost always very empty but they require reservations and are very strict about it. Pedicures aren't anything special. The owners are extremely pretentious. See their reviews here and google. I've never seen such reviews and then responses by the owners to customers. They have a lot of "rules" and choose to not accept customers for all sorts of random reasons, but they're not high end at all and it's ocean city. One time we were there, a customer got into a heated disagreement with them and left. I don't know the reason but should have taken that as a sign. It seems to be their MO.
