I had an amazing experience today! Angie did a fantastic job with a milk and honey pedicure. I then tried Dazzle Dry polish for my manicure. All work was extremely thorough. First of all I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appt. They felt bad so they rushed through. I got a dip manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was fine, but my dip was the worst I've ever had. Instead of soaking my nails to remove dip, Peter used the drill and filed the dip off. In the process he wore my natural nails down so thin that they couldn't support the new dip he applied. The next day my nails started to break and within 4 days every single nail broke. I had to file them all down and they continued to chip. I heard great things about this salon so I wanted to try them but it was the worst service I ever had! read more

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was good - quick but but standard and the technician was attentive. The manicure was extremely rushed (different person for my mani). She cut and filed three of my nails crooked, never buffed them, and paid almost no attention to my cuticles. The polish job was also rushed and streaky, but at that point I was just ready to get out of the salon. After one day, most of my nails were already chipping. I wouldn't usually make a deal if this because I can be rough on them, but we were on vacation and it was raining so we had a very chill day in and still had chipping on 5 of my fingers after 1 day and 8 after 2 days. Called to see what it would cost to have them fixed and they said they would redo my polish for free. When I got there I told him I would just do gel and pay the difference so it held up when I return home and treat my nails not as nice. The difference in a regular mani and gel mani is $11 - after I got the gel polish (no mani) done they ran me up for $25 I said something about it and they said they could take $5 off. Overall experience was rushed and lacked professionalism. When we vacation here again next year I'll make sure I get my nails done elsewhere. read more

Not my best nail experience... My friend (Top nails) and I (Bottom) went in today and asked for the same thing just different shape, this was the outcome and we paid the same price! She received awful service, her nails were rushed, and when she got home she had to fix the back up herself. Then we were done and paid. (75 for top, 85 for bottom.) I was a huge fan of this place on Dec 31st new years when they fit my daughter and I in for a last-minute fill and pedicure. About six months later am trying them again. I'm not as happy this time. I scheduled a hard gel fill with Michele. They got me in what was strange is that she never asked me to wash my hands during the fill. I'm not sure why, but it created dust which got into the nail polish. She also saw how dry my cuticles and put a little bit of oil on she never gave me any type of hand massage or lotion. I did that on my own as I walked out. she charged $70 plus $1.75 surcharge for using a credit card. She said it was because she repaired five nails that was entirely too expensive I would not go back to her. I thought it was maybe just a store policy not to wash hands, but other ladies were doing it. I would go back to the shop but not see her. I appreciate the hustle by the employees to get a lot of people in but you do feel like you're not special. And the $1.75 surcharge is on a small sign tucked behind the desk. read more

You have to sign in and receive a number upon arrival, very impersonal. After waiting twenty minutes. I was sat in a chair with lukewarm water in the tub. I waited another 20 minutes before someone came to do pedicure (now 40 minutes past scheduled appt time). My toe nails were not trimmed or filed properly. Upon check out, the owner asked how my service was. I expressed my frustration about having to wait so long & he apologized and continued to charge my card full price for the service. He then gave me a 5% off card for the next service. I threw it in the trash on my way out because I won't be back. Update: the manager called me after reading the internal review that I left. She was very nice, apologized and offered compensation but I explained this is not the first unsatisfactory service I have had there, thanked her and told her I would still not be returning. i have been coming here since you opened. not a regular customer but at least once a month. Anna has always been lovely and all the technicians are professional. Not today. (7/17/25) My technician was Michelle N. at station #7. The whole manicure took 15 minutes and she complained the entire time about my picked over cuticles (which i acknowledged) and my bumpy nail beds and how the light color I picked would not look good because my nails were such a mess. In addition, there was no warm towel provided, like it says on your website. She also didn't clean the sides of my nails where she touched with the polish. There is also no price list posted anymore and when I went to pay, the girl said " $27.00 plus 1.75 service fee". Seriously ?? For a 15 minute regular manicure ?? Needless to say, I left no tip. My daughter and I came here last week for pedicures. From the moment we entered this establishment seemed bent on quantity instead of quality. We asked for a basic pedicure and we both got the vibe that we were looked down on from that moment on. Her pedicure consisted of one coat of color. Both were done with absolutely no extra thought or kindness. My person wanted to do a manicure. I told her my nails were a mess. she said she could cut and buff them and shape them up. I asked the price and she quoted the same as our basic pedicure ($38). I decided to go for it. Ten minutes later she was done. No color, just a cut and buffing. I felt it was my fault that I misunderstood. I am kicking myself that I didn't push for color. I even tipped her in my confusion. The worst part was that my nails still had sharp edges and I was having to file them the same day. Not a great experience here. read more

My experience was underwhelming. While the milk and honey pedicure was great, prices for all the services were not explained adequately so billing was a surprise. In addition, there was a language barrier with the nail technician, leading to confusion. I wanted a primary color for the majority of my toes, with an accent color on the ring finger (or toe, in this case). They switched the colors, giving me the accent color on the majority of my toes, and the primary color on my ring toe. Finally, i asked to get a heart design on my ring toe, and it took a while to figure out. the technician had to call over another person to translate, and her english wasn't great either, leading to me getting two hearts on my toe for some reason. Use to be my go to salon a few years back. Have been there 3x in the last 4 months and that's the end. They have expanded and can accommodate lots of clients. It's very impersonal and now operates more like a factory. Oh, make sure you take plenty of cash. The bottles of polish, are mostly old and need to be tossed. They are all gooey and I think they just keep trying to stretch them by adding thinner. Unfortunately, the pedicures are not nearly as good as they use to be. My polish chipped in a week because it old and needed to be tossed. They really don't care about their clients anymore, it's all about the almighty dollar and how fast they can get you in and out. No hi how are you, or thank you, nothing. Customer service skills are non existent. Most of the services have an add that use to be included. There are better salons around. Diva nails both takes and respects reservations. They've added a lot of savvy COVID precautions & protocols. I feel safe here. Expect to have your temp taken. Expect plexiglass shields. Expect great service and lovely results. I am well pleased with this salon. I'm not getting my nails done anymore - that's a close up luxury that I can easily forego. I used to be addicted to glitter powder gel polish - but it was too hard to take off myself (when Covid hit - I said never again!
