I really wanted to support this new salon because my first few visits after they opened were great. Unfortunately, the experience has become increasingly disappointing due to repeated scheduling issues and inconsistent service quality. The online booking system is convenient, but multiple times I scheduled appointments specifically with Mike (who is great!), only to arrive and be assigned to someone else. On top of that, my gel nails began peeling and cracking within a week when another tech did them, which should not happen with quality work. To avoid further issues, I booked my appointment days in advance and only with Mike as selected tech and even called the morning of to confirm both the time and that Mike would be available. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, I arrived 7 mins early for my 4:45 appointment only to find the salon already behind schedule with walk-ins. I was then told Mike would not be available until 5:30 -- 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The owner, Ivy, eventually called me back 5 mins later and suggested I return later or have another technician come from their Millville location. Unfortunately, after already leaving work early and driving there, that was not a realistic solution. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but repeatedly prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments is frustrating and unprofessional. The inconsistency in both customer service and nail quality has made it difficult for me to continue supporting this salon. read more

I had a gel manicure and basic/"Classic" pedicure at Aria nails on a rainy day in the off-season. I was the only customer in the shop the entire time (and there was only one technician as well). Positive aspects: 1. There were endless polish colors to choose from. The technician brought me two books and a "wheel" of colors, and you could tell the polish was fresh. 2. The shop is VERY clean, from the floors to the tools. The technician used a plastic liner in the pedicure tub as well. 3. My technician was cordial, efficient, and knew what she was doing. And she even gave me three layers of the gel polish, which is not standard in most salons. 4. It's been a week+ since my mani/pedi and the polish still looks flawless. I've done all my usual housework, cooking, keyboarding, etc. No chips, scratches, etc. 5. I thought the prices were reasonable, and I like that Aria can take Venmo as a payment method. Two things that I did not care for: I was in-and-out of the salon in an hour. In my experience, a gel manicure alone takes at least 45 minutes. Yes, this is the efficient part, but it was jarring to have the mani/pedi finish up SO FAST. It made me feel rushed and not as relaxed as I would have liked. While the salon is clean, it's oddly messy/disorganized. There are random boxes, towels, and other stuff scattered around the salon. This may not matter to some people, but a little tidying up would help. read more

While the place is clean, I went in for a regular manicure and they put gel polish on my nails. I had to soak them to get the polish off. And when I asked for a color that every salon has -- mademoiselle or ballet slippers, rather than telling me she had no I idea what I was talking about, she said that the color I selected was the same, which it wasn't. read more

I have been to this salon several times since its opening and I have watched the service decline considerably. The salon is new and clean which is certainly attractive. Even on first visit there was an element of chaos...loud talking/yelling among staff to one another and rushing back and forth all around. Recently though it has become intolerable. I made an appointment for two of us. The salon was crowded with only two technicians working when we arrived. We waited one hour before someone attended to one of us, the other waited another 30 minutes for service. By now there were 7 of us waiting...some also had made appointments which were not being honored either. We were assured two more techs were on the way. My gel nailed fingers were placed in a bowl of acetone rather than foil and cotton for 20 minutes. Fingers were burning so I took them out after 10 minutes. Finally someone came and rushed through my classic/regular polish. I had to ask for my nails to be filed, no attention to my cuticles whatsoever. The first three colors I selected were not available. No chance to wash the acetone of my fingers, no lotion applied to my hands. Never again. Reservations exist so the salon is properly staffed rather than treat customers with such disregard. read more

I've been to this new salon several times. So Noone can say I didn't give it a good try. I also tried 3 different nail techs. My pedicures were start to finish 25 min. My nails were never what I asked for I showed pictures and exsplained what I didn't like from the last time. The nail techs always say ok I understand then still do whatever they want. The prices are different everytime you go there for the same service. When questioned I was told oh she gave you a discount last time. Or he didn't charge you correctly exc. I also do not appreciate the nail tech that I am paying for her time is texting and or talking on the phone. Not clients personal. Nail services have really increased over the last few years but the quality of work is not as good. This is a new salon. read more

Be very careful if you go here and make sure that you ask for pricing before you get your nails done. My daughter went in for acrylic nails, which is listed as $55 on their website, but was charged $120. They stated that there was an additional charge for the particular shape of nail that she chose (almond), the style of french manicure and a design on one nail. This was not stated until the end of the manicure, which was a surprise that this added up to a $65 premium. Nails looked nice, but way too expensive. read more
