Don't recommend. 125 $ for color short oval tips, only custom is middle nail butterfly shape. Burned my nail and flooded cuticle. Tried again 75$ fill, asked for a other color tip and they just globbed full color on, which left bubbles, to go with the jabby sides. Don't expect anything done to your cuticle, besides being burned, or flooded. -10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality and Dishonest Service I paid $150 for a full set of professional acrylic nails, and within just a few days they started lifting and falling off. I finally had my first day off and came in to have them fixed, only to be told they wouldn't do them. The man at the front desk suddenly acted like he barely spoke English--even though on my last visit, he spoke fluently and even translated for other staff. When I explained the situation to the nail tech, she spoke to him, and he claimed that they only offer fixes within 7 days. No one pays that much for nails that last a week--you'd be better off using drugstore press-ons, like I usually do. It seems like they rely on young, inexperienced workers to apply "professional" acrylics, and the quality just doesn't match the price. Very disappointed. read more

First of all I go here every time I'm in Anchorage for manicure/pedicure (from rural Alaska). I got my nails done before a trip to Europe TWO months ago and my pedicure is still looking presentable and neat. It obviously grew out but I clipped my nails gently and not one nail has chipped or anything. I wear open toed shoes a lot and nobody can tell they're grown out without me saying something. My experience at this nail salon was absolutely terrible. I already tend to avoid salons where communication is difficult, but this visit confirmed why. The nail technician I was assigned was not only rude but incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Before even starting I was waiting for her to clean the space and towel with other people's dead skin and nail clippings and had to actually ask her to remove the towel. I asked for a basic gel overlay and polish, nothing complicated. I specifically requested not to have my cuticles cut, just pushed back, which she completely ignored. I also asked for only a standard hand file to be used, not the drill. She didn't even remove all of the old polish I had on before starting. From the start, she acted irritated and rushed. When she began aggressively filing and buffing my nails, I pulled my hand back because it hurt. She grabbed it again without a word. I had to tell her directly that if she continued being so rough, I would leave. Other staff members gathered around and watched what was happening, but no one said a thing. That silence made it very clear that this kind of behavior is normal here. When I asked her to smooth out the polish for a more even finish, she ignored me again. I ended up with lumpy, uneven nails that I was embarrassed to leave with. Getting your nails done should feel like a relaxing experience, something enjoyable. Instead, this felt like a chore and an uncomfortable one at that. I'd give ZERO stars! I would not recommend this salon to anyone. For many people, getting their nails done is a luxury, something they save up for and look forward to. This experience was a complete waste of my time, money, and peace of mind. Disappointed by being scammed. I asked for the 3rd pedicure option that was advertised as $60 including nail polish color and massage and what not. The man spent an hour and a half rubbing my feet and fixing them up beautifully. The service was not the problem. As he kept massaging I kept thinking the tip will go up and up and I imagined giving him $40 anyways as a tip! I was happy and thinking "take my money!" Then he cashed me out and said I owed $85 when I chose the $60 option. Either way he got paid what I intended to pay but still feel scammed out of my money due to the price being brought up $25 without explanation and informing me as to why? The service/ excellent! Price fair. But being lied to about the cost to begin with was not ok. But. I recommend the pedicure. My feet are happy feet. Just make sure you come to an understanding on price first. read more

I walked out with dip nails, gel I did not want and $70 extra charged to me. I did not leave a tip. I will never go back. These people are awful when you say no, you don't want gel! that means no! She had used this salon before and she said that they did a good job, so we went. I almost swallowed my tongue when I saw the prices and found out that this was the going rate for salons there in Alaska. So my cousin sat and the girl started doing her nails. I don't like inhaling the fumes if I wasn't getting my nails done, so I went window shopping around the shops in the mall. 30 minutes or so later I got a call from my cuz that she was done. When I saw my cousin's nails I wasn't impressed. They looked too fake. Whose fingernail beds are normally rosy pink, really? The shape was too square, it made my cousin's hands look a lot less dainty. What's the point of me paying an arm and a leg if you'll butcher how her hands would look like? The work done was not only terrible, but the customer service was even worse. Tried to voice my concerns & that's when the language barrier, which didn't really exist until then, came to full play. The person I communicated with was very rude, un-accompanying, outright lied to me & then refused to acknowledge me anymore. I walked away feeling taken advantage of, oh, and $85 poorer for the abuse. These people have a great deal to learn about the services offered & need to seriously work on their people skills. I Took my daughter in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Asked how much regular is and how much gel is. they said regular is $15 for hands and $15 for feet and gel would be $55 for hands and feet. I said perfect she'll take the gel. I get a color change (not a fill as I just had my nails done a few days ago) asked how much that is and they said $35. Got it done. They ring me up and tell me my total is $125 I'm confused because that's not mathing. I'm paying $90 for a basic manicure and pedicure polish for a little girl, no acrylic, nothing. Go to pay and my cards not reading so I go to the atm to pull out cash. I get back and another man is there to check me out and tells me $140. I'm pissed at this point because how did the gel polish price raise in the 3 minutes it took me to pull out cash?! They really stood there and argued with me that the lady rang me up wrong. Entire time they have their prices listed on the wall. Never again. I tried to give them a second chance from the last incident in 2021 they double charged my card, told me it didn't go through when clearly it took it out immediately, and they refused to refund me for 4 days until I called my bank and disputed it and their bank confirmed 2 payments had been successful. read more

Went in for a fun pedicure with daughter and grand daughter. The job itself was okay for a quick one. However we asked for the plain pedicure. Then handed the entire nail color board to my 7 yr. Old granddaughter to pick a color. She chose a pink..turned out gel, 25.00$ more!! They should have asked the payer or her mom first. The language barrier seems to come when asking a question. The charge for her was ridiculous at the start being no work is really needed and the gel amount on her tiny nails. Up sale was rude. The job on ours was ok. Nothing great. I have so many things to say about this establishment... First of all, I had to wait an hour to begin the process when they had available nail technicians. A worker there started to file and do my nails when out of the blue she stopped and left. She never came back and I had to ask for a new person. I was glad to finally start doing my nails but after specifically asking for square nails he started cutting the sides off so I asked him to redo them. He did them again and cut them really short, when I made it very clear I didn't want them short. He told me it would cost $10 to redo it a 3rd time but ended up charging me $20 after my mom left. He said he wanted me to pay first, because I was being difficult, but he was the one who had kept doing the nails how HE wanted. He then said that it was too difficult so once again, I had to get a new nail tech. The nails turned out alright, but it was overall the worst service experience I've ever had and I did cry. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. Nails are uneven. I showed them a picture of the nail shape I wanted and what I kind of wanted them to look like (color and design) and they gave me the basic square design, not the short coffin I asked for. I kinda wanted my nails to look milky and a little see through, but the nail polish was just white. I also asked for a gold strip down the center of my ring finger, and she gave me an off center, crooked yellow line with glitter. on top of that my ring and middle fingers along with my thumb are not symmetrical. yes they cant be exactly symmetrical, but they don't even look like the same shape. Lady who did my nails was rushing ,she ended up making my thumb cuticle bleed from getting too close with the machine. I've been to better that charged less. acrylics with regular nail polish was 50$, gel was 75$!!!!! I thought I was paying for the quality. the lady kept asking me the whole time if I was scared! NEVER going back here again. now I have to wait for my nails to heal before I can even get them removed, getting these acrylics was painful, she was rushing the entire time and couldn't care less that I was in pain the entire time read more
