Both Manicure and Pedicure were perfect: she massaged my feet and lower legs, hands, arms and shoulders after a perfect trim and paint. I feel like she gave me extra special service!! Honestly I think it was the best attention to detail I've ever had. And she speaks English which can be a thing at some salons. The pricing seemed similar to lower 48 honestly. Went there because their sign outside says gel shellac $20. Jade was nice and made good conversation. Sign inside says $20 up I did not have gel on my fingers so there was no time consuming removal. And they're short. My nails were square and she decided to file them round. Why?!! They were already short but now they're even shorter because she had to file them more square. She had butterfly stickers on her nails so I said I wanted them too. She says she wasn't going to charge me. Not painted firm to the cuticle line so regrow tho is going to be fast. Messy paint. Finish up and was charged $40! Double the posted price. For what?!!!? My nails are messy and I had to file one when I left because the edge was not smooth. Super disappointed and pricing is misleading. My nails should not have cost double. I will not go back. --------- It's been 4.5 hours since my appointment and the decals she put on have already lifted and one came off completely. -------- Jade messaged me and said the sign is for shellac polish for $20. The cuticle clean up and manicure was $15 and she didn't charge me for the crappy stickers. Ok. Then why was my total $40 not $35?!?! I had a simple leaf design I wanted and it was done very sloppy. I personally could have done better myself. The station I was at was very dirty and had (not mine) nail shavings and clipped nails and already used tools laying around. There was hair getting in my nails that wasn't mine. They didn't have a very welcoming personality. They were painting the salon and salon doors while I was there, adding to the unwanted smells. They left me alone at the drying station for to long. I have to go and look for them to say I was done drying. They didn't cut my cuticles down, left my nails feeling very undone and flakey. I won't be returning. read more

Never been involved in the mani/pedi fetish. I've only ever had two pedicures, and both times left confused as to why most of my girlfriends make it a monthly ritual. I generally do just fine clipping and painting my own toes, however, this winter I have lost interest in ever removing my feet from their Smartwools, and decided they were due for some professional attention. -WOAH- what an experience. I took a tip from a lady just finishing up to go for the 'deluxe pedicure' and the treatment was borderline life changing. I felt transformed after the soak, exfoliant, and leg mask, but such were simply precursors for the paraffin wax dip...Unreal. Friendly staff, clean establishment. $45 Deluxe Pedicure - Do yourself a favor and jump on the upgrade. It's totally worth the extra $20 for the generic toe makeover. :) read more

My nails turned out great! The staff was friendly! And the place was clean and welcoming, they also have quite the selection of colors for someone to choose from! I popped in after work on a Tuesday, around 5:30. They were friendly and apologized that they asked me to wait for 10 minutes until someone was available to assist me, there were 3 people working. I'm a nail biter. I hate it. It's gross. I have stubby little gnarly looking finger nails because of it. I go in to get my nails done when I get so embarrassed about me gnawing on my nails, to the point that my fingers are raw little stubs, in hopes to help me stop biting them. I told them that I wanted gel shellac, they asked me to look at the color wheels and pick a shellac color. Like I said my fingers and nails are raw little stubs, so when I sat down they looked at my hands and had me soak in warm water a little longer than normal. When Bobby removed one hand to cut back my cuticles he, was very gentle and made sure I wasn't uncomfortable with his trimming. He took extra care in making sure he wasn't hurting my raw little nubs, he even took a look at my busted thumb (smashed it in an unfortunate event) and asked me if I wanted him to do anything with it, which I told him no because it was too sensitive at the moment. Bobby carried on a friendly conversation and then Jade took over for my shellac and color. She was friendly and very pleasant as well. I'll be returning in 2 weeks for a shellac fill in/update, if not sooner if I start biting again! read more

It was my first time there and it had been a while since my last pedi, so I went for the $50 'deluxe' offering. The pedicure I received was fine - but just fine. The gentleman doing my toes didn't once ask for input - even on nail length and shape. My friend and I had pedis at the same time, and the two techs shared tools between us (!). They use to be good and had more employees. Now I wouldn't recommend them at all. Went and got pedi and nails. The nails broke off within five days. I called them to let them know and Jade stated still being rough. Both Jade & Bobby cut me with the dremel. My feet are still rough. Bobby ran out of clear top coat and didn't finish my toes. The lady named Jade who works there gave me the best pedicure I've probably ever had. She spent lots of time on massage and paid close attention to my calluses. I've never had a person try so hard to get rid of them before. I was very grateful to her because most of the time I only see people give a half-hearted effort. She gets a 10/10. Same lady gave me my shellac nails and while I thought she wasn't going to get them short enough, she did in the end. 9/10 Place has nice ambience as far as nail salons go, but it was a little too bright for me when the early am sun started to shine through the windows. I had to put my shades on lol...7/10 Cost: Nails and Pedicures are bloody expensive up here. I now have to spend about $30 more to get the shellac nail/pedi combination. However, this place is a bit cheaper than the last place I tried on Dimond. 6/10 Color selection: Fantastic. They have a shit ton of colors whether you're looking for regular polish or shellac. 10/10 This will likely become my new nail salon. read more

(My biggest fear because I never go to get my nails done) I work in customer service myself so it's always very shocking when people are rude to me. Just moved to the area and decided to try out Forever Nails. I got a white tip shellac manicure and within 24 hours it had already started to flake off. It's now been 48 hours and some part of the manicure has already chipped off on 4 of my nails. I'm not rough with my nails & don't see any reason this should be happening. Not to mention, their sign says $20 for a shellac manicure and at checkout I was charged $40. Do not waste your money on this place. read more

This place is convenient because it's right next to my home. I really want to like this place but the owner is a punk and they rush through every job just so they can get on to the next one.
