The massage portion could've been a little deeper, but that was on me for not speaking up at the time. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a firmer touch. It was silent in the salon, no music, or tv playing. Not really my vibe. And their credit card machine was not working. So I had to pull out cash instead of getting miles. 5/10 experience.

This girl is talented!! I've always struggled with having builder gel/hard gel last, it always used to lift at the cuticle. Leila is so meticulous that I don't have they problem anymore. She is thorough in there ability to perfectly clean up the cuticle and prep the nail for polish. My manicured last for 5 to 6 weeks now, something I never would thought possible. Leila is incredibly talented, she can do pretty much any design that one would desire and she's always coming up with new techniques to make your nails stand out. Leila is located inside of Lola's Salon, there is usually parking but sometimes another business in the strip mall seems to have an event going which clogs parking up. Leila maintains a clean and comfortable space with a soothing ambiance. She is polite and always on time. She always is just a genuinely nice person, you can tell that she loves her craft and she cares about her clients being happy. Leila also offers a loyalty punch card which is so cool. This time I was extremely disappointed in the service. I went with my friend, the man who gave her a pedicure understood English, we both wanted the basic pedicure without gel polish. The lady I got ( I think she's the owner) never asked me what I wanted but I told her I DID NOT want gel polish. Halfway through the pedicure I realize she's doing way more to my feet than my friend. I told the lady I just wanted the basic pedicure No gel polish. In the end she still puts gel polish on my toes & charges me 25 extra. The entire time she was being really rough on my feet and one of my toes started bleeding. She completely ignored me. I paid $65 dollars for this pedicure, super unhappy. I know she understood that I wanted the basic pedicure with no polish. Then I left the tip part blank because I was frustrated but didn't want to make a scene. She pointed to it and asked me to tip her. So fine I tipped her $7. I will not be coming back here again. I didn't want to spend $73 on a pedicure that made me uncomfortable and bleed.
