My manicure is beautiful and my cuticles are super clean--definitely shows their attention to detail. The nail quality overall was excellent--clean, precise, and exactly what I was hoping for. The massage portion could've been a little deeper, but that was on me for not speaking up at the time. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a firmer touch. You're in and out. Here's a run down of what happens. When you call to book an appointment they ask you what you what and set a time and now they now charge a $30 deposit before your appointment that you pay via Venmo or another service. The deposit is if your late or decide to change anything about your appointment you forfeit your $30. If you don't change anything they will reimburse you that $30 deposit. When you do arrive at your appointment on time you still sit in your car waiting for a phone call to come in and once you do go in you wash your hands and sit by the door until your technician is ready for you. Something I don't love is that they don't do cuticles. I have to do my own cuticles at home when I choose omg nails. Once your technician is ready for you it's very fast paced. You're in and out. The owners Crystal and her husband Troy are nice!! Crystal has to multitask while working on you. Being the owner, she works on your nails, answer the phone and book appointments. She's very impressive with that. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and welcoming. I love OMG Nails.

However they didn't do 2 layers of sparkles so there's some gaps on my toes without them. And the lady never asked me how I wanted my toe nails cut so they had sharp corners. My biggest complaint is that my feet were peeling bad just 3 days after my pedicure. Normally my feet go 2-3 weeks without peeling after a pedicure. It was silent in the salon, no music, or tv playing. Not really my vibe. And their credit card machine was not working. So I had to pull out cash instead of getting miles. 5/10 experience.
