The teamwork was prompt, very friendly, and made the visit smooth from start to finish (mani/pedi). My manicure is beautiful and my cuticles are super clean--definitely shows their attention to detail. The nail quality overall was excellent--clean, precise, and exactly what I was hoping for. The massage portion could've been a little deeper, but that was on me for not speaking up at the time. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer a firmer touch. Overall, a solid spot for good quality nail care, and I'd definitely come back!

The staff are always friendly and courteous and they have a good system to get in a chair and check out at the end. I've never had to wait as a walk in. I always get a nice spa pedicure with simple gel nails and they do a fantastic job. The price for a gel pedicure is $75 for the deluxe spa package (it's $50 plus an extra $25 for gel.) So about what I'd pay at home in a big city in the lower 48. Highly recommend!

They don't take walk ins so you will have to call & make an appointment. You're in and out. Here's a run down of what happens. When you call to book an appointment they ask you what you what and set a time and now they now charge a $30 deposit before your appointment that you pay via Venmo or another service. The deposit is if your late or decide to change anything about your appointment you forfeit your $30. If you don't change anything they will reimburse you that $30 deposit. When you do arrive at your appointment on time you still sit in your car waiting for a phone call to come in and once you do go in you wash your hands and sit by the door until your technician is ready for you. Something I don't love is that they don't do cuticles. I have to do my own cuticles at home when I choose omg nails. Once your technician is ready for you it's very fast paced. You're in and out. The owners Crystal and her husband Troy are nice!! Crystal has to multitask while working on you. Being the owner, she works on your nails, answer the phone and book appointments. She's very impressive with that. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and welcoming. I love OMG Nails.
