Before heading on vacation you have to have a pedicure while wearing shorts & slippers. I called yesterday for a same day appointment and the lady who answered the phone said she could get me in at the time I needed. The pedicure comes with a hot stone leg/foot rub which is totally amazing after you soaking your little toes in a hot bath. Then your calf's are massaged with hot oil & black stones which is very soothing all while sitting in a massage chair, the only thing missing would be a glass of wine. The ONLY reason why I'm leaving 3 stars is because my friend that I want with said she was happy with her nails. But my friend and I went to get mani-pedis and I liked the pedicure. That was nice. Amazing! They were able to book me same day for pedicures/manicure for my daughter and I both. The ladies were so sweet, and my daughter absolutely loved the lady who did her pedi/mani. She was very good with her fun, talkative and let her pick everything she wanted. My pedicure was amazing, and they got the design I wanted just right! They give a lotion rub and hot stone massage with every pedicure as well which felt amazing. Also, I liked they had really hot water which I prefer and other places the water isn't ever hot enough to my liking. Highly recommend! read more

Very nice little shop. Took my wifey here to treat her to some pampering and ended up getting a pedicure. Had a relaxing massage , great massage chair, hot foot bath and a happy wife. Brownie points galore. Now I can watch the game in peace (joking).i would recommend this salon and will go back for sure. You should too, honestly. 12/18 second visit. Took my wifey and son. I have had such a hard time finding a nail salon with fair prices and quality work. I finally found it in Executive Nails! Dian does beautiful work and I came to her on my birthday wanting long, elegant nails. I was a little too ambitious with the length and with my hands-on job as a florist, of course I suffered a broken nail. On three separate occasions. Each time, Dian joked about the length but fixed it no questions asked and with such a gracious attitude. Detail. Quality. Fair pricing. Relaxing atmosphere. Full disclosure, I have a **regular** nail place. But sometimes my schedule is so packed that I need a local spot that I can drop into on the odd morning I'm trying to do 87 things at a time. So I called Executive Nails, on a recommendation from another nail fanatic, for a last minute morning appt. They had no trouble seeing me at 11am - which is clutch. The lady did an amazing job on my gel fill and shellac color. But- I had two issues ...this the 4/5 star rating. First, color selection was a little thin. I'm a red girl and I had some trouble finding what I wanted. Not a huge deal. Second, the gel fill was applied waaaay too thin. I chipped a gel nail the first day. That never happens! So if you go in for a fill, ask for a thicker application. I will definitely be back. read more

A group of 4 got mani and pedis. My friend and her husband, my husband and I. We had a great time. My friends husband was saying he didn't want to get a pedicure because he doesnt want anyone touching his feet. The nail lady said he should because he works hard for his family (military) and he deserves it. They did a great job with all of us. This place is awesome! My boss comes here and recommended that I give it a go, walked in on a Monday around 2 and was immediately greeted with a smile and seated. Small and very quiet - They have maybe three or four manicure stations and three pedicure chairs, but nonetheless they do a fantastic job for what you pay. Basic pedicure runs $35 and lasts about an hour, my toes look great! Very friendly staff in a relaxing, clean environment. Located in the strip mall across from Outback Steakhouse down 34th between A and C Street. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

I went in there was going to get the deluxe pedicure it's the fastest pedicure I've ever had for an $80 charge they didn't even scrape my feet or do any callus removal. No trim of cuticles like it says as part is deluxe pedi. I was in and out in less than 20 minuteswater was cold I told her twice and three times she smashed my foot with the nail dryer because I was getting a gel pedicure, will never go back mess nail job to boot . I am very disappointed in my most recent gel manicure. I requested a full set and the technician insisted that I only need a fill. I requested gels and slightly rounded oval shaping and I got more pointed shaping. Had to ask that the technician redo a few nails. When polishing, the gel (if she actually used gel) was smudging after it came out from under the lamp. She said, don't worry it will fix itself and she proceeded to paint over it. Two days after the gel manicure, the polish on two of my nails starting chipping and now less that a week afterwards, the polish on most nails is chipping and peeling off. The technician filed the tips again AFTER she was done with all the gel polish! I live in bush Alaska and don't have access to a nail salon. I do my nails myself when I am not traveling. Even I know that part of the trick to keeping gels so long lasting is to seal the tips of the nails with the gel polish - you don't file this off! I go to this salon only because they will get me in at the last minute. Now I know why they can do this. No one comes back! Very disappointing! Take the the time to make an appointment somewhere that is more professional and knows what they are doing! read more

Traveling from lower 48 and needed a pedicure. Called at the last minute for appointments for 2 pedicures and was given directions to the spa. Very nice, clean and receptive long time owners greeted us. A really good pedicure. My friend got a wonderful massage, and that would be the only fault that I could find with mine. The wife of the couple seemed a bit distracted by phone calls and disappeared a few times during my pedicure to attend to calls and other activities. My polish went on before lotion or massage and it was a bit weak. Felt that very little attention was spent on smoothing feet and almost NO massage. Just grateful to have found a spa that would take us. If ever in the area would try again. read more

I want to start by saying that I used this nail spa once before and it was great. Today's experience was all around horrible. The man who started giving me my $55 pedicure was trimming my nails with a nail clipper when he cut a big chunk out of my toe. It bled profusely. No apology. He and another woman, I think it was his wife, told me I had thin skin and that everyone is different. No. That absolutely was not what happened. The man using the clipper cut my toe. After about 10 more minutes of him trying to work around the bleeding toe, he finally said that maybe someone else should take over. What followed was a minimal, quick pedicure. I'll be surprised if the two coats of polish last the weekend. The woman working on my feet then gave me a quick manicure, trimming cuticles, buffing my nails and putting lotion on my hands. I was still charged $55 for the pedicure and $20 for the manicure. NEVER AGAIN! This very negative experience outweighs the good one I had before. There is no way that it was my fault that he cut my toe. I got pretty tired of the two people saying, "Oh, you have thin skin." No, really I don't. And I can't believe that they still charged me as much as they did for cutting my toe and giving an abbreviated pedicure. I'd steer clear of this place if you have a choice. Absolutely horrible!!! Went in with my family to get out nails done and they are crooked!! Not even glued on all the way!! Pieces of our nail is still showing and the acrylic is all lumpy and uneven!!! They didn't listen to us about the length we wanted and just did what they wanted!! They designs are descent but the nail is horrid. We won't be going back!!! They don't communicate with you. That's four customers that won't be returning. My friend and I went to have pedis done, and were quite happy with the service we received. The two women (Ann and Diane) were so kind and very good at their jobs; they were attentive and friendly. We've been to the more high-scale places in downtown, but their pedicures just don't compare to what these two ladies can accomplish. It's a small, but relaxing place.
