Wow! In light of the things I heard from folks at the gym, their donuts are great...but when I arrived there were 6 people waiting for orders and a constant flow coming in. As I'd just come from the gym, I was pleasantly surprised to see they also sell food- breakfast sammys and grilled cheese and Smashburgers. I ordered 3 doughnuts and burgers for my husband and I. The burgers were phenomenal - the guy in line was right - and only $9. Very reasonable for the high quality. The doughnuts were very good ! Fun! The panty dropper (maple bacon) was the perfect sweet and savory combo.

Decent donut shop (came around 10AM)--got the cinnamon crunch donut which was a yeasted donut. The cereal on top was stale and the topping was a bit too sweet. The girl at the register didn't seem to know what donuts had what inside them. We asked what the fillings were for some and they kept going to the back to ask. The also didn't know which was a cake donut and had to get clarification.

Hey friends! One thing I'm gonna do for sure is reward myself with a sweet treat lol. I stopped by Diablos to celebrate leaving a job I hated which was close by. This was definitely the BEST way to celebrate. I'm still thinking about those donuts lol. Service was super friendly. I was greeted with a warm hello and smile from both employees. She was super patient with me as I decided with flavors I wanted because they all sounded so tempting! While these aren't the best donuts I've ever had, they're certainly good. They're worth the price. I paid about $13 for four donuts. The donuts are huge compared to average donuts such as Krispy Kreme. The texture is more on the doughy side, they're cake-like. I prefer light, airy donuts like Shoppers donuts. Even with all the toppings, I appreciated that they were not overly sweet. If I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to stop by at Diablos again. Just do it, reward yourself with that sweet treat lol! With love, The Picky Pescatarian.

Delicious! We were craving some out of the ordinary donuts and Diablo hit the spot. The dough is super fluffy, idk, just straight up delicious.

Even though the restaurant was full to the brim when I walked in, they greeted every customer as soon as they walked through the door. While there was a long wait because they were busy, the staff was extremely polite and appreciative of everyone's patience and nobody seemed upset. Because it was so packed, I wasn't able to get pictures inside but it was an absolutely adorable place and I hope to be back soon! The donuts were delicious, we loved every one we had!

Fresh doughnuts ... got the coffee bean and a one for my son. The place has an upbeat vibe with interesting decor lol. The employee was very friendly and hospitable

Creative culinary innovations are made here at Diablo Doughnuts. A small batch artisan bakery packed with epic ideas and designs placed on to the top of each donut they serve. Giving a total new meaning to "serving up creativity." Who knew that a simple circle of fried dough could be so artsy! With that said...you won't find the norm donuts/doughnuts here. Instead of a simple glazed, powered cream filled or the typical apple fritter, you will find the "Bra Popper," "Lemon Meringue," "S'mores," "Everything But the Bagel," "Coffee Bean," "Your Mom," "Lemon Cookie Crunch," "Unicorn Farts," "Berry Cheesecake," "Sin Crunch," "Panty Dropper," "Homer," "Blackberry Lime," and "Raspberry Bomb," are just to name a few of Baltimore's favorites. If any of these sound interesting/appetizing, you'll have to stop in to check them out to taste them for yourself! Tip: If you go towards closing time, you'll get a few added to your box for free! They love to gift surprises.

This place always has a line out the door. The doughnuts are good though not to mention fun and creative still tasty all at the same time.

This place was on my list when the location was closer to me. I went once, without planning, and got nothing. Tried once at this location, again without planning *smh at myself*, and they were almost sold out. Third time's a charm because I arrived as they were opening at 6am. There were 2 of us buying doughnuts and each person/employee greeted us with the warmest smiles and gratitude. It's a small but mighty and well decorated space. All doughnuts on display to help visual shoppers like me! I grabbed half a dozen to share since it's not so close. I got a glazed, a couple Panty Droppers, a Sin Crunch, a Berry Cheesecake and a Homer. I can personally vouch for the glazed, Panty Dropper and the Sin Crunch. All samples I had were delicious. Got rave reviews for the other 2 flavors as well. Such a good experience all around, I completely understand why it's best to place an order ahead of time.

These donuts were so delicious and such a great price considering the size and quality! The service was great, I really appreciate the girl answering all the questions that we asked about all the flavors! Definitely will be back!

Ask the Community - Diablo Doughnuts

Do any regular customers have info/tips on parking? Since Diablo moved, I've only gotten Diablo from closer sellers (e.g. Bmore Licks, Cafe Latte'da), and I rarely drive to Federal Hill.

Idk if it's the best tip but when I frequented there over the summer, I often snagged a spot across the street in front of the Grilled Cheese Co or drove up a bit to the light and parked on the very next side street. The side street (if you make a… Read more

The rest of the menu is American stuff. I've as of now tried both of these and very content with the taste and filling of these two, the price is reasonable per the portion and yummyness($12.49) plus tax about $13.25. The only thing I would change a bit is making sure that the juice from the bulgogi doesn't soak the bread too much cuz then it's mushy. I like a crunchy texture to my subs, but the may be just my preference. Both the son and the mom are super nice, if you become a regular it's very nice to have people know what you want right away. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I hope that they can incorporate more korean food to their menu, at least 2 more that have a different protein so we have a bit more variety. Though I understand why the options for kfood are limited given the area's population. Things to keep in mind: - When you order let them know if you want it to go or to eat there. Nobody can read minds, but they will do their best to ask you prior to packaging to confirm. - It can get busy so sometimes transaction may take longer because people are multitasking. - - - Don't rip out the receipt, you might be taking the wrong copy. Wait for the cashier to hand it to you or simply ask. -If you have questions about a product, ask them and don't assume. Yes. There is a big menu and pamphlets available and they provide brief item description but if that's not clear, just ask. They also have prepackaged salads, fruit and a few sweet treats, along with MissVickies chips, and bottle drinks. It's a cafe so the basics. Overall, really nice experience. Tots recommended :3

The service was good, and the dishes were tasty, but nothing that really stood out. That being said, I miss the old owner--there was something special about his presence that made every visit feel more welcoming and personal. I hope the new management keeps things moving in the right direction. I'll definitely return, but it's just not quite the same without the old vibe.

I had the Southern Slammer Sandwich (with the grits) and my sister had the Fried Chicken, Biscuit and Gravy Omelet (with the hash browns). We couldn't stop saying how good they were! The service was on point, everyone was very nice, and the noise level was fine. Here is something I literally have never experienced anywhere else: My sister has a couple of food allergies and she gave the waitress a piece of paper where she listed out what she can and cannot have. A few minutes later, a lovely young woman (I think she said she was a manager) came out and discussed the list with my sister in detail, just to make sure the restaurant got it exactly right. My sister almost cried! As far as timing goes: They don't take reservations, but they have an efficient system -- when you arrive, they take down your name and phone number, tell you how long the wait will be, and then text you when it's your turn. They told us 40 minutes but it turned out to be only 20, so it's good we hadn't wandered too far away. Next time we're in Baltimore, we'll definitely be back.
