Yummy bagels, yummy coffee. I'd definitely be coming back when visiting MD again. Prices are a little steep for a basic bagel with egg & cheese, but the coffee is totally worth the price. Definitely a popular little spot, so if you wanna catch a table you gotta go early. Quick service, especially since they are a busy place. Super cutie decor on the inside of all the doggie too, so take a peek around !
What a great addition to the Baltimore bagel game! This place was bustling on the weekend with not a lot of space to wait for your food but there's a decent seating both inside and outside. I grabbed a sesame bagel with the garlic jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was chewy on the outside and soft inside. The cream cheese was blended well and not super overwhelming. I honestly could have done with a little more spicy but totally understand the choice to make it more approachable. Everything others were eating looks absolutely delicious so I will be back to try more! Plus their full espresso bar was very enticing!
Given we don't have a ton of shops that specialize in bagels, I went into Good Boy Bagels with high expecations and unfortunately left with mixed feelings. I love the premise of the bagel shop being dog themed and all of the pictures of dogs on the wall are so adorably cute. So I can definitely see this being a fan favorite for those with four legged friends. During my visit I stepped up to the counter to pondered a little over the menu but was never greeted by the young lady attending the counter. She just looked past me, which wasn't very welcoming. Once I told her good morning and that I was ready to order, she then spoke. I ordered a few items since the bagels were going to be breakfast that morning and then a quick breakfast while on vacation. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, three flavors of bagels, the honey old bay cream cheese, a brownie, and a matcha. Now the matcha was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed that and could see myself paying them another visit if I were in the area. The cream cheese was also very tasty. And there are no words to describe how good the brick of brownie was. Now the bagels were just mediocre to me. I wanted more flavor from the french toast bagel but it was kinda undesired. And I know a good bagel has a good chew to it, however, these were just a little too chewy in my opinion. My sausage and cheese bagel was ok, but I wasn't a fan of the sausage they use. All in all a cute little spot if you're in the neighborhood. I just can't say I'd make a special trip for another visit.
A lot of quick breakfast options. The bacon eggs cheese on French toast bagel was good! It's not giving NY bagel but I'm satisfied with the Baltimore style. The Valentine's Day latte was not good at first but as a kept drinking it grew on me. The service was quick and the workers were working really hard. There are a lot of places to sit and there is some street parking if you don't mind walking a few blocks. Dogs are welcome and they have walls of dog Polaroid pictures everywhere.
The cutest little dog friendly Bagel shop. My first time at this business and it will not be my last. I was visiting from AZ and my daughter took me here to get a bagel sandwich... it was Yummy for sure. The set up is very inviting and I found the staff to be very nice. They have a great menu and my Chi latte was scrumptious!! I loved the dog wall photos. It has a very cozy vibe,, definitely will be back when I visit Baltimore again.
Decided to check out Good Boy Bagels before Barcstoberfest. It was packed but the line moved quick and the staff were friendly and the food and drinks came out quick! I got an iced vanilla matcha latte which was good and a bagel with cream cheese which was decent. I wouldn't classify these as NY/NJ level bagels (like advertised) because mine was pretty dense and somewhat flat. It had good flavor! Overall, a good spot!
Good Boy Bagels is a casual breakfast and lunch spot. I normally get the turkey bacon, egg and cheddar on an everything bagel. They have a few bagels to select from including sesame, poppy, onion, egg and French toast. The bagels are always fresh. I got a latte today with lavender vanilla syrup and it was delicious. The staff are nice and it's very clean.
when it comes to breakfast burrito's, this place is my FAV!! the barista that rung me out was friendly and patient when i was trying to figure out my drink order. the one thing i love about good boy bagel is that if you bring your dog, they'll bring your food outside to you and (most of the time) they have a polaroid camera that they take your dogs picture and put it up on the wall! it's such a cute way to include the dogs of canton
Excellent bagels and good matcha! I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and it was exactly the texture I was looking for. Crispy outside, chewy inside. Service was friendly and fast and the interior is so good. Not a huge space but there is plenty of seating and it seems most people order to go. Can't wait to go back and try other bagels and cream cheese flavors.
The service was great and I loved the decor. I think the wall with dog pictures is a nice touch and very on brand for the theme of the coffee shop. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, cold brew with lavender vanilla syrup and a chocolate chip cookie to go. Everything was delicious. The cookie was definitely my favorite, it was large with crispy thin edges but an overall soft cookie. It was a great balance.
This is a cute spot that we were excited to try. Now, I am a NY/NJ bagel gal and while these were close they were so tiny. A little over half the size of what I'm accustomed to. Service was okay but what really caused the score was health and safety. They have a sign about no pets inside yet someone came in with a non service pet and they did not ask them to exit with the pet so the dog was near all the items (napkins, utensils, etc). On top of that, someone asked for extra milk for their beverage and they handed the carton they use for everyone else's drinks to use at the customer's leisure. Unacceptable. Won't be going back.
Food: bagel was great, burrito was delicious and cheesy. Iced matcha was tasty and you can customize how sweet it is! Service: genuinely so friendly. Asked immediately if we had been there before, we said no, they asked if they could suggest menu items, which are all the items we ordered after. Brought the drinks to our table. Ambiance: this place is so cute! Pooping dog themed wallpaper in the bathroom genuinely made me chuckle, and they have Polaroids of dogs that frequent them on a dedicated wall.

I can track down some Zekes for a higher quality coffee that won't cost me an arm and a leg. Rent is pricey, I understand but my god I'll need a promotion at my job before I ever come back here. IMO the best bagel shop in Baltimore. Near highland town, there's easy parking around and great vibes. Inside and outside plenty of seating and dog friendly. Water and snacks for dogs outside and if you bring your dog, they will come out to you and take your order, that's service lol. Inside is cute they have Polaroids of doggos with their names on the wall. So the bagels /food. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel which is my go to breakfast bagel order, cause they have the option I added a hash brown which put it over top. The breakfast bagel was delicious, the bagel crisp and chewy with plenty of toppings, cheese melted, egg and bacon cooked fresh all for $7.75 what a deal! Ordered an iced americano to drink and that came out fast and refreshing, The service here was so welcoming and friendly. You definitely get awesome neighborhood spot vibes. This is my new favorite spot for breakfast bagels and just to get a coffee drink in the area. Always love supporting small businesses and this place does an exceptional job. Good Boy Bagels was GREAT! The prices were decent, the ambience was so cute, and service was amazing. Came early on a Sunday morning before it was crowded, so I found a street parking spot easily. I ordered a coffee and bagel sandwich and waited inside for a few minutes. It's very cute inside and outside, with a dog theme!! The bagel and coffee were delicious! I loved the lox sandwich (puptown girl) and my friend liked her sandwich. Overall, this is a must try if you're in the area. I wish I lived here because I would become a regular. read more

My first visit to Good Boy Bagels was long overdue! Soon to become one of my go to neighborhood spots, this rowhome gem is churning out top notch bagel fare with some of the friendliest staff on the block. I arrived late Sunday morning to find the line nearly out the door, but with many folks ordering to go, I was able to find a table, which with excellent free WiFi, I was able to post up at to work. The GBB staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating from top to bottom. Place your order a the front register and collect any drink orders at the cafe bar once called out, while any food orders are brought straight to your table. I ordered the weekend special--bagel of choice topped with cream cheese, local bourbon-cherry jam, aged-balsamic and basil. Truly one of the best bagel bites I've had in recent memory. Let's talk bagel first. I went with the Everything, which had a nice bagel base to seasoning ratio. The bagel itself had a perfect crisp exterior to chewy, soft interior. The house cream cheese is divine--thick and creamy but restrained in flavor so as to not overpower the rest of the bite. The bourbon-cherry jam was out of this world. Sweet meets rich, complex savory flavor with whole cherries that melt in your mouth. The aged-balsamic drizzle and basil added just the right acidity and fresh herb pop. I paired with a hot oat milk latte which I'd give a solid 4/5 stars. Espresso roast was a bit darker than my preference but would certainly order again. If you haven't checked out this rising Canton star, make sure you pop in asap, currently open Wednesday-Sunday! read more

A welcome new bagel place in the neighborhood! I was so excited to try this place! I got the everything bagel egg and cheese and it was great! I liked their bagel consistency a lot! They have great coffee as well! I went on a really busy day early on during their opening so it took a while for the order to come out, but they've worked out some of these kinks since then! They have nice indoor and outdoor seating. I am excited to go back! read more

It seems like the Good Boy Bagel sign has been up for what seems like years. Driving down one of the main roads in the neighborhood, I try to use my restaurant activity super-vision to see if someone is making bagels. Well finally the neighborhood social media let me know the bagels are out of the oven and Good Boy Bagel is open. I stopped by on a Friday morning after the gym. I brought my laptop to do some work and there was a brisk business the whole time I was there and I shut the place down. You order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. I had an iced vanilla matcha latte and it was perfect after the gym. I was excited to try the bagels but I couldn't resist a chorizo burrito especially with queso and hash browns inside. I have no regrets. The staff was great. The place was nice and sunny. It has seating for maybe 30. There is also seating outside. If you come with your pet, you can order and have your food brought to you outside. Next time I will get a bagel and there will be a next time. read more

A little subpar in my opinion for how expensive the sandwich is. I got an everything bagel with Taylor ham, egg, and cheese and it just didn't do it. I asked for extra toasted and it was a little soggy. The Taylor ham is very salty and has a taste I didn't love. I ordered my order as a pick up so may be better in person, but I prefer THB for sandwiches and bagel. read more

Yum! Found this place on Instagram and immediately visited after a nice workout at Orange Theory. I ordered the vanilla matcha latte and the Club Hon on an onion bagel. That old bay cream cheese is to die for I will say I wish the bagel wasn't as well done and it came out a little cold so it was harder than my personal prefer. The matcha latte was perfect and just the right amount of vanilla that it wasn't overpowering and the drink wasn't too sweet. They have quite a bit of seating inside and the drinks came out quick! Food took maybe another 15 mins from when we ordered which wasn't bad. Great first visit! read more
Good Boy Bagels hit a much needed bagel shop right on the head. It's the perfect neighborhood spot with the craftiest drink menu and great bagel selection. I love the outdoor seating. The service is always so quick and efficient and all the workers are so kind. The decor is so fun too! read more

What are the odds that I hear about this place then have to pick up a recliner around the corner the *literal* next day. I went here the other day and was really glad I did! First off - I have to say the music and overall vibe is very cozy and gives off that "neighborhood/local bagel spot" energy, which I looooved. The staff, and I mean *every* person working there, was soo kind and patient (even when I asked them to tell me the name of the song that was playing while they were rushing to get coffees made ^^). I also had to bring home an order for other friends so I *kept* getting back in line to order more food...which eventually turned into a silly moment where the food runner would give me super friendly "Didnt I JUST bring your food out?" looks. I should probably talk about the food now - I brought a friend and we loved everything that we ordered! I always go to the *same* bagel spot so not only was this a nice change of pace, but their bagels were sooo fresh and delicious. Im not going to act like I'm some bagel master, but I loved how soft their bagels were! Also - we traveled with the bagels in a bag for 30 minutes and they were still excellent! Oookay Im going to stop typing, but I work nearby and am excited to introduce more people to this spot! A highly anticipated, much welcomed and very needed business in Brewers Hill, Good Boy Bagels is a brand new casual cafe to get your breakfast, brunch, or even lunch fix. We arrived around 11AM on a Saturday, and there was already a line out the door and down the street. The wait wasn't bad, about 20-25 minutes, but they were out of plain bagels by the time we got to the front of the line. They promised us fresh bagels if we waited another 15 minutes, and because the rest of their offerings (everything, sesame, and poppy) are all seeded and I can not eat seeds, we agreed to wait. The fresh, plain bagel was worth the wait - crispy outside, doughy inside, so yummy. The vibe inside the café is very cute and welcoming. Appropriately dog-themed, which I ADORE. I am sure Good Boys Bagels' popularity won't wane anytime soon! read more

Was really excited to check out this new bagel place in Baltimore. This cute bagel shop is for all the dog lovers out there who need a nice place to study. The vibe is really nice and has plenty of seating to accommodate those who want to stay a while. I was however a little disappointed by the food. Okay SO the food was fantastic just like the first time. The GBB breakfast burrito came with salsa this time? Kinda threw me off because the flavors didn't match fully but it was still good nonetheless, and it's optional to eat with so I don't mind that. It's a nice little addition. The iced pumpkin spice chai though wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Didn't really have much flavor and I didn't notice any pumpkin spice. The cappuccino is pretty good. No complaints, it's really tasty. The ambiance is just as good as it was the first time. Very cute, clean, and a calm atmosphere. The service was also very good like the first time. The staff remembers the people who come in!! We were recognized even though we've only been there once before and I thought that was really fun! read more
Drove down from the county because I heard these bagels were like New York/New Jersey bagels so I was definitely excited to try it out. I ordered a BLT and a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel, one hot chocolate, one Matcha, and two iced teas. The bagels seem to be overcooked. I can bite it, but the pull away was really tough and the onion bagel wasn't necessarily a onion bagel, but rather a plain bagel with onion sprinkles on top. The iced tea wasn't sweet at all, but the ice maple vanilla Matcha was great. They forgot to give us the hot chocolate, but then said that they never put it on the order slip, but eventually they gave us a really tiny cup of hot chocolate for free. I probably won't come back because it was nothing memorable, it wasn't like a New York bagel and it's a little pricey for what I want to pay for a bagel sandwich. My overall total was about $36 and that's without the hot chocolate that they said they didn't charge me for. read more
