The pita was warm, fresh, and unlike anything I've had before. The hummus was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The chicken wings were phenomenal, perfectly grilled with incredible flavor and just the right amount of char. The highlight of the night was the lamb neck with the Polo Sefid. The lamb was unbelievably tender and flavorful, and paired with the saffron rice, it was one of the most memorable dishes I've ever eaten. What truly elevated the experience was Taz's service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about the food. Her recommendations made the entire meal unforgettable. If I hadn't trusted her guidance, I would've missed out on an amazing culinary experience. Beyond the incredible food, Delbar has an atmosphere that is truly special. For the Spreads, we did the hummus with mushroom, shisito and egg, which was amazing and the labneh with pickled fennel on the top. It's served with taftoun bread which I would describe as a mix of a cracker and pita with sesame on top. We also enjoyed a raw vegetable dish with radish and the most delicious apple slices. Their heirloom tomato salad was beautifully presented and plentiful. They had a flight of condiments and we were able to sample zhoug, spicy tahina and torshi, which was a mixture of pickled vegetables.
