If I can review these cop outs with Zero stars, I would. Would never recommend to anyone. I received a referral flyer on my car windshield after a bad hailstorm in the Dallas area. Contacted the salesperson Nick who; in correspondence, was unable to get my car in for a week or two. After four weeks of no contact, Nick called. I still chose them due to the $400 referral being offered and being guaranteed completed work in three weeks. I was moving out of state and made it clear that the car had to be completed. Over the three week time period, I contacted Nick several times regarding progress and timeline. Each time, I was told ALL was good. This and that had been worked on, we were good to go, etc. Towards the end of the three week timeline, Nick was unreachable. I called more than a dozen times over a 4-5 time period with no response. Several texts with no response as well. Two days before we moved, I was finally able to get in touch with him. He just randomly picked up the phone like, "Hey, what's up? I just got done riding my motorcycle." He had NO update on my car and was unable to give me alternate contact information as to what location my car was being worked on at. I told him I wanted to drive by the place myself since he was pretty busy. He would not release any address information. When requesting to talk to a supervisor or manager of the sort, Nick would not give me any names nor contacts. I hung up, irate. Two hours later, a "District Manager" for storm solutions called me back. Believe his name was Gabe or Jeff; wanting to know what my "issues" were. When I explained the contract signed with the salesperson and commitment to finish the job on time, he bluntly told me that my car would not be done for several months due to workload. When explaining that I was moving out of state the next day and had been unable to get any update on my car for over a week, he told me he could get me a rental car and would ship my car in a few months whenever it was completed. I asked where my vehicle was at so I could pick it up. He would not release the location nor give me additional phone numbers to contact someone as well. In turn, I got loud with him-explaining that I needed my vehicle and didn't understand why someone was unable to give me a location of my car. He continued to argue with me-saying the work would be eventually completed and I would just need to wait. I demanded to know the location of my car. He then hung up on me so I texted Nick and his boss to let them know it had been several weeks without an accurate update nor accurate location on my car and that I was calling the police to report my car stolen. Ten minutes later, I received an accomodating phone call as to where they needed to drop my car off. The next afternoon, my vehicle was dropped off to me without any work done too it-minus a handful of small dents that were pulled out. After three weeks-very minimal work was done on an 11k claim, car was returned with an empty gas tank, and no referral money was even paid (supposedly used to pay for the "work" that was completed). The man-Gabe or Jeff-whatever his dopehead ass name was-then passed out referral cards at the storage facility where we met. What a joke. Seriously. This company is great - I can't make it any simpler than that. When the hail storm came through we had extensive damage to both our automobiles and the roof on our home. When Estevan came out and told us his company could take care of both cars and our roof I was very skeptical, but he explained that they are the only company that does BOTH. He was very honest about the process for everything and explained everything from the claims process with our insurance to how they do their car repairs. Then he inspected our roof and showed us pictures so we knew we needed to call in that claim as well. He met with our adjuster and went over all the paperwork they provided so we understood what we were going to have replaced on our property. Bottom line - both cars look awesome and we have a new, great-looking roof. The crew that came out to handle our property was professional and our neighbors were even asking how to get in touch with Estevan. Only having to make one call to take care of everything after a hail storm is so great, especially when I know they will do an amazing job with everything. I finally decided to fix the hail damage that I received from the storms in June. I googled hail repair and a million repair places popped up. I started looking at reviews. I finally decided on DFW Storm Solutions because they seemed to have a lot of happy customers. I didn't really know what to expect since I've never dealt with this before, but I was very pleased with the service. I called them on a Monday to discuss my concerns and they were able to answer all of my questions. I didn't have to leave my house! They brought my rental car(Nissan Maxima) to me! We filed the claim together, and then they took my car to the shop. They handled everything with the insurance and called me every step of the way to let me know what stage my vehicle was in. Once the insurance company got out there, it took 2 days to get my car back! They brought the vehicle to my house and to my surprise they had taken the liberty and waxed my car as well! Wonderful and speedy service, these guys went above and beyond my expectations! Definitely my go-to in the event of another hail storm! read more

I received a 2000 dollar check after calling my insurance company out to inspect my car, i wasn't sure what to do to get all of my dents fixed with so little money, my neighbor said call DFW storm solutions, they do the best and most thorough inspection in order to get you car fixed properly. DFW storm solutions put my car under special lighting and instead of 45 minutes of inspecting for a 2000 dollar repair estimate, they spent 2-3 hrs closely documenting and marking the damages my insurance carrier had missed, there facility is something to see and other than the time it took my insurance to approve this undeniable process they have in place it was unbelievable service, i didn't have rental insurance and they still gave me a car to drive during the long time frame it took my insurance to pay the correct amount and have my car as good as new, they also repair homes from storm damage, thats something i never heard but next week they are putting a new upgraded roof on my house. i love these guys read more

AMAZING WORK! DFW STORM SOLUTIONS of Oklahoma City did a superb job getting all my hail damage repaired. They we're honest helpful and easy to work with. So Glad They went over and beyond, impressed me beyond belief. First Shawna and Ryan helped me by contacting me and it made it so that I didn't have to do one thing except call my insurance company. First Ryan, knocked on my door and he was so nice explained I could get my hail damage for free, then we signed some paperwork they picked up my car they brought me a rental. Now it took a little while to get my car fixed but that's okay to be honest because I liked the rental more than my own car anyways. They made my car look brand new and I was worried because I love my baby but it looks better than I could ever imagine. So to recap, Friendly staff, Great Communication, Great Business. LOVE IT DEFINITELY THE BEST IN OKC read more

I found this place online and it was too good to be true to me. I gave it a shot and sent an email with my inquiry. Within 20 minutes, Gabriel, contacted me and his brother took my car two days later and he showed up with a rental they paid for. Two weeks passed and I did not hear from them but I was told it was regarding the insurance. Within 24hrs, the insurance called me and they went to the shop to re-inspect the vehicle. A few days later, Gabriel called me that he was on his way to deliver my car! I was kind of concerned because there was no out of pocket cost for me. I was really impressed with how well-worked my car was! No more hail damage! Definitely, I will recommend this amazing company that really cares about customers. Excellent customer service, always great communication with the owner! Will definitely come back if my car needs a fix again! read more

I made a promise to Gabe (the owner) that if I was as impressed as he claimed I would be after taking a tour of the shop and operations and finished work on my 2017 F-150, I would refer 2 friends or family members and write a nice review here on Yelp. My truck looks really good, and a deal is a deal, so here we go. Why? No deductible (up to $1,000), free loaner cars, concierge service and they will file the claim to your insurance company for you. Google "hail repair in Dallas" and wow you won't believe how many options come up. Let me save you a ton of time and headache. After doing the google search I asked a friend at work who he had used to get his car fix. He told me he used DFW Storm Solutions and would be doing so again if he evet gets hail damage on his car again. So, I figured why not give them a try. I am certainly glad I did. They did a great job on the hail damage, provided me with a full size rental car at no cost to me while my car was in their shop, cleaned the car inside and out and delivered it to me at work when they were done fixing it. I was dreading the whole claims process but they made it very easy. All I had to do was make a single call and file the claim. They handled the rest from there. This saved me many hours of hastle. read more

Everything about my experience with DFW Storm Solutions was great. My vehicle was returned to me looking amazing and they even detailed the inside before it came back to me. The only thing that held up the process was my insurance company who took awhile to approve the repair, but that was not their fault at all, so I was very pleased with everything. They also did a roof inspection for free on my home. When they showed me the pictures they took they explained that I didn't have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim and thanked me for allowing them to take a look. I was very impressed that they were honest and up front about the roof and didn't try to pressure me into anything. This is a very honest and decent company to do business with. read more

I was lazy after the last hail storm. Too lazy to bother getting my car fixed and randomly one weekend Joe knocked on my door. Said he could get it looking new, no cost to me and the would cut me a $200 check. I said why not and it couldn't have been an easier experience. They brought me a loaner car to drive while they worked on mine. It wasn't the best car I have ever driven but it was clean and it ran. Now everyone said "you will still be able to tell it was in a hail storm" and "they can't get that out" but to my amazement they got EVERYTHING out. My baby looks brand new and I got 200 bucks in my pocket. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Wow! Says it all! My insurance company, Snake Farms, sent me a check for $750 to fix the hail damage to my 2020 WRX STI and my deductible is $500. You see the dilemma there. DFW Storm Solutions took in my car anyway and was able to send an estimate to supplement all the items that were not included in the items State Farms approved using the 4 photos they had me submit using my cell phone as instructed by my former agent. Vince was able to supply a loaner car from the fleet of vehicles at no cost to me. I can't believe they fix all the hail dents by hand and you can't see any flaws in the metal or paint. I had been putting off fixing my hail damage on my car. I just wasn't excited to call my insurance company to make a claim, and the go hunting for someone to fix it. Luckily my husband had seen them advertised and suggested we look into it. The team here is absolutely wonderful. They made the entire process quite painless. They even offered me a car to drive while they were fixing mine, and they came and picked it up and delivered it back when they were done. They were always polite and most importantly friendly. Many companies could learn from their customer service! I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you DFW Storm Solutions! read more

DFW Storm Solutions provides excellent customer service and makes car repair. I worked with Mark while my car was being repaired and he was very responsive and attentive whenever I needed assistance. It was so convenient to have them drop my rental car off to me at home and pick up my car. I appreciated the texts that informed me of what was being done to my car and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Mark even went the extra mile and deliver my garage door opener to me after I left it in the rental (which they returned for me). Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

Friendly service, and great quality. This is near the DFW gun range where I go most Fridays. It was nice to have in mind where I wanted to take the car after I received the damage. They were quick and great about updating me througout the process. In fact, after the insurance company came out, the vehicle was finished the next day! There was just over $6K worth of damage so I was pretty impressed with the end result! The car was ready, and we actually had to wait till the check came in to pick up the car, understandably. I would use them again, though I hope I dont need to. read more

I had hail and minor collision damage fixed on my Lexus LS460 back in August 2018. The owner made an effort to give me a tour before I signed anything, and the free loaner car they gave me while they had my car was awesome since I literally cancelled my rental insurance coverage a few weeks before the last hail storm. I highly recommend this shop, and am continuing to recommend this place to my friends not only because they do great work, but also due to the $200 referral bonus they pay me for sending anyone their way now that I know they are legit. read more

Phenomenal workmanship. Panels that the my insurance company said to replace, they were able to fix, thus retaining the factory finish and value of the vehicle. This is important to me because I plan to drive this car into the ground. I was Skeptical at first but then I read all the filtered reviews on Yelp and on Yellow Pages and felt confident in my choice. In fact, Im going back to get my bumper done by them next week. I would recommend them to anyone out there who wants to save a little cash but still get a professional job done. caio read more

Great Job. The ease of the whole process was a pleasant surprise. I hate talking to my insurance carrier so I was more than happy to allow Dina to handle all of that for me. Added bonus was receiving $200 cash in hand, on the spot, just for taking a 15 minute tour of the shop. Gabe, the owner, explained the step by step restoration process. In the end, I was able to get my Little Red Charger looking like new again with no money out of pocket and get $200 to use for New Year's Eve. 5 Stars!!! Patty P. Fort Worth, Tx read more

Ive been in the Dallas area for 40 years and have always taken my car to Service King or the dealerships. I liked the fact that they offered meassistance with my deductible and a rental car.
