I talked to someone who said they'd call me back about coming out for a quote. A week later, after no return call, I called again and Eric came out the next day for a quote. The price was reasonable, so I said yes right away. We were having the house painted so it would be a few weeks until we would have them out. I called when we were ready to go. I had to call several times because no one ever returned any of my calls. When someone finally answered the phone they said they could come out the next day to take down the old gutters before the house was painted. No one showed up. I called to find out what happened and left voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I finally took the downspouts down myself. I called them back a couple days later letting them know the painting was complete and ready for them to install the gutters. They said they'd come out the following week (Tuesday at 9am). I was there, but no one showed up. I called several times that morning and left voice mail. Finally around noon, I called again and someone answered. He said that he was out of town and would have to check and find out what was going on. No one ever got back to me. I found someone else to do the work.

We now must remove/reinstall solar panels to put on a new roof and Rob's quote was nearly 4 times another reputable company. When I questioned reason, the response from Rob (in text) was basically "too bad, you have no choice. If someone else does the work, your warranty is void." Well, maybe his workmanship warranty, which is nearly expired anyway AND new installer will provide his own workmanship warranty. The 25 year manufacturers warranty IS transferrable (and has been) and will NOT be void, so Rob's "I have you over a barrel" in essence is SO slimy and disgusting. Do NOT do business with him!

He explained issues he found. The A/C duct was not properly attached to the roof and there was issues with the joints. This was all a possible reason for the leak we were experiencing. Now I'm having them come back because in installing the one sun tunnel it was found that our bathroom exhaust fan was not connected to anything! The pipe was on the roof but nothing attached to it! So, I'm hoping to have them back out to fix that. We cannot say enough about this company! Everything and everyone has been the best you could ask for!
