We now must remove/reinstall solar panels to put on a new roof and Rob's quote was nearly 4 times another reputable company. When I questioned reason, the response from Rob (in text) was basically "too bad, you have no choice. If someone else does the work, your warranty is void." Well, maybe his workmanship warranty, which is nearly expired anyway AND new installer will provide his own workmanship warranty. The 25 year manufacturers warranty IS transferrable (and has been) and will NOT be void, so Rob's "I have you over a barrel" in essence is SO slimy and disgusting. Do NOT do business with him!

We found True Roof after looking for a Velux sun tunnel installer. I had the following items…read morecompleted: installed 2 sun tunnels, power washed the roof, cleaned the valleys, and facia/rot repair, painted the roof pipes. Now I'm having them come back because in installing the one sun tunnel it was found that our bathroom exhaust fan was not connected to anything! The pipe was on the roof but nothing attached to it! So, I'm hoping to have them back out to fix that. We cannot say enough about this company! Everything and everyone has been the best you could ask for! The price was unbelievable and their work far superior than I could have asked for.

After the roof tiles were removed, they determined they did not need to replace any wood or use the plastic roof cement included in the estimate. I repeatedly requested an updated invoice to remove the unused materials, but they refused to revise the charges. I could not understand why I was expected to pay for materials that were never used. I never expected such outcome. When I disputed those charges, they sent my account to collections. Avoid the nightmare
