We found True Roof after looking for a Velux sun tunnel installer. I had the following items completed: installed 2 sun tunnels, power washed the roof, cleaned the valleys, and facia/rot repair, painted the roof pipes. Now I'm having them come back because in installing the one sun tunnel it was found that our bathroom exhaust fan was not connected to anything! The pipe was on the roof but nothing attached to it! So, I'm hoping to have them back out to fix that. We cannot say enough about this company! Everything and everyone has been the best you could ask for! I only gave them one because I can't give them less than one. They're automated phone system is tremendously difficult to use and when I try to schedule some time, it didn't even ask me when I was available just told me they would be there between 9 AM and 4 PM. I was able to finally get a hold of somebody and reschedule. The technician came out for the inspection on a Friday. Told me that the report would be back to me by Wednesday of next week. It's been three weeks. I would've just preferred them to tell me they didn't want my business could've saved us all a lot of time. read more

True Roof had been great in their service. They are reliable and finished the job to my satisfaction. The guys who come over to do the job are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a little problem in the communication between the management and the workers in scheduling. The manager Chris was very apologetic about that. But still they fixed it, even though they came a little later finished the job. Mine was a little bit complicated because the closet downstairs was leaking. They looked through upstairs bathroom and eliminated one by one finally found the problem on the roof. It was very tricky to find where in the roof it was leaking but the job well done. After a very tough winter I found myself in need of a roof as the shingles were blowing off my current roof. One particularly bad storm blew several shingles off and I was worried about the roof leaking and ruining my sheet rock. I contacted True Roof, Odis DeHart, about my issue and they came out and tarped to my roof in a very bad wind storm on a Saturday! There work withstood several rain and wind events perfectly! True Roof installed a new flat roof on my home, a week earlier than was scheduled, for which I was very grateful. Rafael and his crew of worked from 8:30 AM to 6:50 PM with only a 25-minute lunch break, and re-roofed the entire area with great professional competence, and always a smile. A few days later, after the rain started up again, a waterfall came out of the kitchen ceiling light fixture! I called the office; Becky and Roxanne sent over several folks - Miguel, Adrian, Raoul, and Uriel - and after a couple of hours of work these geniuses managed to find one very small join flaw in an area where the gas line from the dual pac entered the roof. They repaired it immediately, and I believe this is a permanent solution, since it rained quite hard in the ensuing days and there has been no further leak. I appreciate True Roof's owner, Odis, and his office staff and crew of workers, for the effort it took to work on the roof of my home during what have been extremely trying times both for homeowners and for roofers.
