Avoid this company. I was given an estimate and told it could change once the roof tiles were removed. After the roof tiles were removed, they determined they did not need to replace any wood or use the plastic roof cement included in the estimate. I repeatedly requested an updated invoice to remove the unused materials, but they refused to revise the charges. I could not understand why I was expected to pay for materials that were never used. I never expected such outcome. When I disputed those charges, they sent my account to collections. Avoid the nightmare read more

I only gave them one because I can't give them less than one. They're automated phone system is tremendously difficult to use and when I try to schedule some time, it didn't even ask me when I was available just told me they would be there between 9 AM and 4 PM. I was able to finally get a hold of somebody and reschedule. The technician came out for the inspection on a Friday. Told me that the report would be back to me by Wednesday of next week. It's been three weeks. I would've just preferred them to tell me they didn't want my business could've saved us all a lot of time. read more

We found True Roof after looking for a Velux sun tunnel installer. I had the following items completed: installed 2 sun tunnels, power washed the roof, cleaned the valleys, and facia/rot repair, painted the roof pipes. Now I'm having them come back because in installing the one sun tunnel it was found that our bathroom exhaust fan was not connected to anything! The pipe was on the roof but nothing attached to it! So, I'm hoping to have them back out to fix that. We cannot say enough about this company! Everything and everyone has been the best you could ask for! The price was unbelievable and their work far superior than I could have asked for. read more

The team gave me a quick and holistic quote, communicated well along the way and did top notch work on my roof. Everything you ask for in a great service provider. The roof looks great and I'm happy with the results. read more

This company was assigned through American Home Shield warranty, person came to check, didn't go in Attic to check the leak, didn't go on top of the roof to check the leak. Just flew drone to check and found no leak, even though showed ceiling with wet spots. Very Unprofessional. read more

I hired True Roof to replace or service 4 rooftops on my home in 2023, two of which are three stories up. They were great to work with through the whole process. I especially appreciated Odis's hands-on approach, being at the job site on multiple occasions and always accessible. They did a great job of keeping the place relatively clean for such a messy job. One ding against the crew was a broken window pane on the side of the house where they were working. Despite nobody admitting their error, Odis covered the cost and recommended an installer who fixed it promptly. read more

The service was great would remind them to family and friends. Great work. Good price. We were very happy with the service in general.

True Roof is my go to roofing company. They do great work and are very reasonably priced

Honest, reliable, efficient and friendly. Their service was prompt and delivered well. They were thorough in their inspections; they are my go to for my business. I also recommend them to other people I know. read more

I highly recommend True Roof and, in particular, Marco Arce. I have a cabin in Twain Harte and originally paid another roofing company $6k to do some repair work in 2023. That work didn't even hold up with the first rain and dealing with the company was horrific. So, in 2024 I reached out to True Roof. Marco was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. True roof had to remove the work previously performed and do the job correctly, and I also had them replqce multiple fascia boards, install new gutters and put a new roof on my shed. My calls were answered promptly, they showed up when they said they would and they left the site as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend True Roof for your roofing needs. read more

My roof repair is still holding up! it's been 2 years since I bought my home and I had repairs done that were brought to my attention after the roof inspection. We had so much record rain that first year and my roof is really holding up. I felt secure that any problems would be taken care of because of the warranty that was provided. I will definitely contact True Roof when it's time to install a new roof. read more

It was a fantastic experience. The bid was better than I expected the work done quickly and efficiently. I wish I've done this years ago.

We just bought our first home and true roof did some work to it. As first time home owners, a lot of concerns come up, and to us establishing a relationship with professionals is important. The crew, office staff and leadership that makes up True roof is superb. We are very pleased with the work, customer service, professionalism and the commitment to quality work. The crew that came out to do our repairs truly went above and beyond. Ernesto and Jesus represented true roof very well and we will absolutely be contacting them for any roof work, and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and loved ones. Thanks for the peace of mind True roof! read more

They did a roof inspection for us and then corrected the problems they found. They provided photos of the work they did.

Good communication throughout the job. Work was finished as promised and priced competitively with the other quotes received. Good value and good quality. I recommend Marco, Otis and the True Roof team! read more

Great service. I hired True Roof after Terminex inspection and pointed out some hazards we didn't notice. True Roof was out quickly, finished their service discreetly, and the rate was reasonable. read more

True Roof had been great in their service. They are reliable and finished the job to my satisfaction. The guys who come over to do the job are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a little problem in the communication between the management and the workers in scheduling. The manager Chris was very apologetic about that. But still they fixed it, even though they came a little later finished the job. Mine was a little bit complicated because the closet downstairs was leaking. They looked through upstairs bathroom and eliminated one by one finally found the problem on the roof. It was very tricky to find where in the roof it was leaking but the job well done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The guy who came to fix my problem was Rafayel I would give a five star for his excellent service and patience! read more

Fallen tree branch damaged my mom's roof and gutter. True Roof provide a very detailed estimate and made quality repairs. They may be slightly higher priced by comparison but it was worth it for me to have the new shingles matched (no longer available) and have some other issues by previous roofer repaired properly. You get what you pay for, and True Roof is worth the price. read more

We contacted True Roof for a quote on regular roof maintenance. The owner responded personally and came out promptly, offered a competitive quote with clear expansion of the services to be provided and got us on the schedule. Then the wind and rain storms came and proved that the suggested maintenance was needed. Odis was able to get his crew to our house ahead of schedule. They were on time, hard working, and took the time to show us what they did and how to maintain the work. They were an excellent company to work with! read more

Had a roof leak. Was repaired and ended up less than original quote. Will use again but hopefully not if you catch my drift. True Roof is making roofs great again! read more

Can't say enough about True Roof! I purchased a home that was in need of some TLC and found them through a referral. True Roof gave me a competitive bid, performed the work as requested/bid (and even flexed up when I added my garage). The work is high quality and done on time. They even walked around with a magnet to pick up dropped staples, etc. when the project was completed. Lastly, they never complained about my lurking and asking questions. :-). Highly recommend and would use again!! Recommendation to anyone looking to have work done. There's a backlog in getting roofers to your site....contact them early. read more

After a very tough winter I found myself in need of a roof as the shingles were blowing off my current roof. One particularly bad storm blew several shingles off and I was worried about the roof leaking and ruining my sheet rock. I contacted True Roof, Odis DeHart, about my issue and they came out and tarped to my roof in a very bad wind storm on a Saturday! There work withstood several rain and wind events perfectly! When we finally got a weather window to get the roof put on they were there enforce. Odis told me it would be five days from start to finish but in reality it was four! The fifth day was just some very minor details. Their daily cleanup was excellent! I would recommend True Roof for anyone in need of a new roof or repair. Their price was extremely competitive! Thank you Odis and crew! read more

Highly recommend True Roof and their team. Work was completed quickly in a very professional manor.

This is an addition to the above review, added 4/3/23. In the event I haven't emphasized it, this company gets 10 stars! True Roof installed a new flat roof on my home, a week earlier than was scheduled, for which I was very grateful. Rafael and his crew of worked from 8:30 AM to 6:50 PM with only a 25-minute lunch break, and re-roofed the entire area with great professional competence, and always a smile. A few days later, after the rain started up again, a waterfall came out of the kitchen ceiling light fixture! I called the office; Becky and Roxanne sent over several folks - Miguel, Adrian, Raoul, and Uriel - and after a couple of hours of work these geniuses managed to find one very small join flaw in an area where the gas line from the dual pac entered the roof. They repaired it immediately, and I believe this is a permanent solution, since it rained quite hard in the ensuing days and there has been no further leak. I appreciate True Roof's owner, Odis, and his office staff and crew of workers, for the effort it took to work on the roof of my home during what have been extremely trying times both for homeowners and for roofers. Thank you again . And readers, don't hesitate to call on True Roof for your roofing needs. read more

This company did a roof inspection on the home I am selling the report came back saying " No attic exhaust vents were installed in this roofing system" And that they needed to install new ones. Then showed pictures of the low profile dormer vents already on the roof. I guess they expect people to just assume that they are telling the truth. read more

I am a real Estate Broker and have used local Roofing companies for Inspections and repairs on a regular basis for each and every transaction. I have used just about every company in the Valley. After years of receiving good, bad and ugly services. True Roof has become our Primary Inspection company, scheduling is easy, the response time is fast and if there is work to be done it is completed within a reasonable time period and lower cost than other roofing companies. We recently had a situation where the entire roof needed to be replaced, True roof estimate came in $2300 less than 2 other Valley roofing companies. read more

This company is operated by Dehart Roofing in Turlock. Don't be fooled. I am disabled. I can't climb a ladder and verify if True Roof did the work. They were supposed to send me pictures of the completed work. They did not and have ignored my requests since June of 2021. If you are disabled, do not use this company. read more

Odis is a great guy with professionalism. I called him for an inspection and estimate, he was there on time and did a thorough inspection.
