Their unit floods and rains dirt on my belongings and they don't seem to want to even try to make it right. Be warned! Choose another storage location.

Now I'm being told after calling the corporate office that they don't do prorated refunds that "sorry to say it was you to get your stuff by the 5th" which is the grace period that give you. So now I'm out about $140 that they are keeping and making even more on it renting it out to someone else they're gonna screw over!! Oh yeah and not to mention that the first time I called in about this last week, they were telling me my due date was on the 8th of every month not the 1st. I find it really shocking that I was charged a 27% increase on my unit for no reason or explanation. I called three times and left messages right after I was charged, as I thought it was an error on their end. I talked to Kyle and asked him why I was charged, and I was not notified by phone or email. Kyle said he would send in a complaint about it to corporate after our lengthy conversation, but it was not even done. I also told him because of the addition of $50 a month I would be leaving asap. I was sent a copy of the PDF increase 30 days after the increase was charged to my account. It shows on the PDF that they give their customers a 3-day notice for a 27% increase, which was $50 over my monthly payment. A 3-day notice, so their customers may not have an opportunity to make a decision to stay or leave. I have been waiting for a call or response but did not receive any communication from anyone at this location in this matter until I called back to confirm I already moved from this location. Sad that this company has to do this to make money by putting people in a difficult position of having to move or forced to pay this ridiculous increase. I will never use your company again and will share my experience with everyone I can, so they do get forced to make a decision like I had to. Again, it is really sad that this company has to take advantage of their own customers to make extra money. All together, it is a wrong and unethical practice.
