I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and their team…read more My brother is a firefighter and rescued a cat this morning from a house fire. Another vet we spoke with said the care would cost close to $4,000 and even suggested that euthanasia might be the only realistic option. The cat was clearly in pain, but still alert and fighting. This clinic stepped in and completely changed everything. They treated him with such compassion and urgency. They performed X-rays, gave pain medication, started antibiotics, provided food, and monitored him carefully. They were honest, kind, and focused on what the cat actually needed, not on upselling fear-based care. What truly amazed us is that they comped the bill and told us that all follow-up care will be free. In a moment where we were emotionally overwhelmed and financially scared, they showed pure humanity. This was a burn victim who deserved a fighting chance, and this team gave him exactly that. They did not just provide medical care, they saved a life. I will forever be grateful to this clinic. If you are ever in a crisis with your pet, this is the kind of place you pray you find.

Dr. Gilson performed emergency surgery in the evening assisted by Dr. Shaheen and Rachel, both of whom had spent three hours with us and Sholoh diagnosing, testing and discussing treatment options for her life threatening condition. We can't tell you how much we appreciate their professional care and their utmost compassion for Sholoh and for us. They all gave so much of their time to help guide us towards our decision. The communication from them through out the surgery and through out the night was incredible. We've had pets for over 40 years and can truly say these professionals pulled out all the stops to save Sholoh's life! We are forever in their debt.

Short version = Tiffany at Pets at Peace responded quickly (I reached out late Monday evening, and…read moreshe came to our house early in the afternoon the next day). She was compassionate (she went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and felt no pain). She took her time (which allowed me to take my time saying goodbye). Tiffany made an impossible situation the best it could be for all involved, and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Long version = My wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle, was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2025. She did well for most of the next few months, but after the new year she started declining. On the evening of January 5th, 2026, I made the decision that every pet owner dreads. I reached out to Tiffany at Pets at Peace that night, and she came to our house at 12:30 pm the next day. This next part is important so please read as it may help you and your pet. I told Tiffany my biggest worry was the initial injection used to sedate Brigitte before the euthanasia injection was given. For my past two dogs it was clear that this shot stung a little, which was distressing for them (at least briefly) and for me (ever since). So, before giving Brigitte that sedative/anesthesia injection, Tiffany gave Brigitte an oral sedative that made her fall asleep first (we were lucky; Brigitte was still eating until the very end and we were able to mix the oral sedative in with some bread and cheese, which she always loved). After several minutes, when I was comfortable Brigitte was deeply asleep, Tiffany injected the main sedative/anesthesia. I watched Brigitte very closely as this injection was administered and I was very relieved to see that she did not react at all. This was the greatest gift Tiffany gave both of us. After several more minutes passed, Tiffany administers the final injection. Again, I watched Brigitte very closely, and I am confident she died as quickly, painlessly, and peacefully as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tiffany and Pets at Peace, on behalf of both Brigitte and me.
