However, if I knew that asking for an accommodation would mean my needs wouldn't have been met I would have looked elsewhere. I ordered a 7 inch buttercream cake but instead received fondant which went uneaten. I went back to review the invoice she sent and I realized there was a portion that said fondant but it also said buttercream so I just ignored it because I had no problems with the previous cakes I had received. This cake was for my friends son so I was so sad when they complained about the toughness of the fondant. I should have contacted her prior to make sure it would be buttercream but I believe she also could have let me know she would have been diverging from what I requested. Especially because $220 isnt cheap :(. The inside of the cake was great!

I ordered a two-tiered racing themed cake, smash cake, cupcakes, and cookies. About 2 weeks before the party, I went in and met with Shavon to brainstorm the design of the cakes/cookies. I also had very specific dietary restrictions for the cake/cupcakes (no sugar, no salt). Shavon was able to accommodate all my requests. I was honestly shocked when I saw the cakes. Her cakes are stunning. (And they also taste good!) The best part of my order were the cookies. I ordered a total of 4 dozen cookies (various shapes/designs). They were delicious (not the least bit dry!) AND all so beautifully decorated. I've attached a photo of the cookies and you can also see part of the cake in the background. I decided to place my order with Nisha through Instagram. The ordering process was super simple and Nisha was very responsive. She answered all of my questions and was able to design this beautiful box of hot cocoa bombs for me. Not only did the hot cocoa bombs look beautiful, they tasted delicious as well! My favorite was the milk chocolate one. This was probably the best hot cocoa I've ever had. It was so thick, rich, and creamy. It was perfect on a cold day. The other flavors were strawberry and a mix of strawberry and milk chocolate which were also both really good. About a month ago, I ordered custom macarons from Agatha for my baby shower. The ordering form on…read moreher website makes it seem like it will be a seamless process. However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.
