This is the second time I go to this nail salon and let me just say the first time wasn't the best experience I've gotten, the nails were bulky and shorter than what I asked for. But this second time the nails definitely came out way better they weren't as thick. It was under 45 minutes from my Full-set she clean the bottom of the nails and made sure the edges were perfectly clean. She was a bit rough but her nails do last. My previous nails done by her lasted 5 weeks, they probably would've lasted more but they were growing out so I thought it was time for a new set. My mom got a pedicure it was $18 they have different options,depending on the deal you get more things done but she got just a simple package, which was nail cutting, feet scrub, and nail paint. Pricing here isn't that bad for a full set and pedicure. Paid a total of $51 and I've gone to places were just my full set is $70. I would recommend going only because pricing isn't so bad but just remember you are paying for what you're getting. These nails last long, quick service, and the pricing isn't so bad so I would recommend to check them out. I didn't really see any pictures of specialty nails or exotic looking nails I would say this place is more to just get like a full set of a solid color or maybe some small design but nothing wild. It's better to pay cash because if you pay by card there is a two dollar service fee. They are overpriced and very shabby. They get you I'm the door with a promise of a full set for 18 plus. Before you know it it's 40 dollars for old crappy polish that your 5 yr old sister could have done better. My two girls got the exact same nails and one got a magical discount for 22 and the other charges 38. Again no difference in length or design. NEVER COME HERE!
PLEASE for yourself do not come here. Everytime i come here my nails only last 3 days. I came In today for a pedicure and the lady completely botched my nail. I asked for acyrylic on the toe and it looks extremely lumpy and uneven. I have had this before and it has never looked lumpy. When I asked her to fix it she just buffed it off and put more nail polish on it. It still looks terrible. While I was here I also saw their "eyelash extension" process. IF YOU know anything about eyelash extensions you KNOW they are done laying down with separation , this woman was literally sitting getting her eyelashes done WITH HER EYES OPEN. this is ridiculous please do not come here . I wasted 40 dollars
i've been to this salon multiple times, it's good but there is this one lady that messed up on my request. i asked for a light blue french tip with an inspo pic and she gave me white. the length i asked for got shorter as she filled them down so much they are now shorter then what i asked for. overall everyone there is nice and good but this lady took forever and didn't really satisfy me.
Got my nail and toes done here for a little over $80 (not including tip) which is a steal. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. This is a hidden gem. This has definitely just become my regular salon.
I love love love my nails. I hadn't come for a while since I moved but I never regret the drive. Second time in a month and they never disappoint. I'm already getting compliments on my nails.
Im a fan! Got an "express" mani and pedi for $22 during my lunch break. Found the place in google maps and it was under "Best Nail" and was a little worried that I didn't find it on yelp and that the only review on google was bad. Still decided to give it a try since its close to my work and needed to get my nails done before the weekend. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place looked. There are a good number of spa chairs but no drying station. Best of all, they told me I could get them done in half hour as someone could do my nails and another my toes simultaneously!!! My coworker and I both did it and were satisfied. Nail polish selection was not that great and they dont seem to have Opi or Essie or any of the other brands im used to seeing and hence, the 4 stars. I got a mint blue and after 2 coats it was barely solid. I got a bright red for my toes and that one definitely looks better. The owner was super nice and gave us a loyalty card. Get five and the 6th is $10off. She also said they were going to get new chairs. They also have a flat screen tv (were playing Days of our lives) and play relaxing Hawaiian/spa type melodies. Will definitely go back and try gel or even a facial next time!
I love this nail salon. It's a hidden gem for me, I moved down to the oc only 6 months ago and I stumbled across this place while looking for wingstop lol and have been here ever since. There's usually a wait so enjoy that, unless you come early weekday morning.
I asked for my calluses to be removed for 3 extra dollars and this is what happened to both of my feet. then when paying i confronted the cashier about it and she gave me a whopping 3 dollars off my pedicure.... the 1st picture was when it happened vs 2 days later
I don't know why so many other people have bad experiences here. I had such a great experience on my first visit. This place is super close to my work and I decided to get my nails done here regardless of the reviews. I was lucky to meet and get my nails done by Tammy. She did such a great job and was spot on with the picture I showed her on Instagram. The only odd thing I noticed (that isn't really a big deal) is that my right thumb nail has a thicker nail bed than my right one. I still don't think it's worth not giving them a five star because Tammy was just amazing when working on my nails. I recommend her for anyone who hasn't been here. Btw the prices are AMAZING! I paid $33 for my nails, design included in the price.

I loved how Tammy did my nails, she's nice and super friendly. However, the lady that did my pedicure was a little rude and was rushing. It looked like she didn't even want to be there. She ended up hurting a little bit of my toe and didn't even help me put my sandals back on. Going back for acrylics but for pedicures..NO WAY!!! read more

I took my mom and my aunts here because they needed some relax time. I decided to do a pedicure. For all the people talking about prices. They are correct. They add a bunch of services and give you price at the end. Not cool. Also the day after i noticed a lot of pain and discomfort. Its been a week now and im still in pain. I have a ingrown because of them. read more

Decided to try this place after hearing a lady rave about it at another salon. I wish I had just gone to my usual salon. Walked through the door and no one greeted me. I had to walk in a lot further for someone to notice me. Asked for a full set and was directed to a station, the one against the wall, in the first row. The lady, seemed to be in her early twenties, started working on my nails. From the start, I felt she was disinterested and rushing through her work. I noticed that the acrylic layer was paper thin but decided not to say anything. It was late in the evening and I really needed my nails done for a wedding. Polish time came. I picked a light pink for most nails and a sparkly pink for an accent nail. As she was applying the polish, I noticed that the light pink looked dirty. I asked her to take it off and change the polish to something else. She got upset and was rough when she took it off. She finished the new polish and walked away from the station without a word. She refused to come back and had an older lady charge me. Not even 24 hours later, a nail broke while driving. read more

I highly recommend Design Nails. I was recommended by my friend at work because I liked her nails. It was my first time there. I arrived late Sunday and they went ahead and stayed open late to attend to me. They didnt rush. Kim and the rest of the staff were nice, friendly and professional and did a very good job on my pedi, acrylic gel, facial waxing and even put eyelash extension! I never had those before. So if your looking for a great nail salon, clean with decent prices, try Design Nails. I will definitely be back. read more

Been here a few times. LOVED how they did my nails the 1st 2 times but hate how my nails turned out today. The 1st 2 times a lady in the front row did my nails and went above my expectations. Then today, a lady in the 2nd row did my nails and cut me, gel polish is uneven, & messy. Be careful who you go to there. Disappointed today :/ read more

Ladies are very friendly and nice. You walk-in and everything is spacious. They have a wide variety of colors, gel and regular. Prices are average. First time visit due to the reviews and its near my house. Was very disappointed. After sitting for a little over an hour, I expected a better result. I had asked and even showed the lady I wanted squoval (squared-oval) shape and got squared. The color result looked messy. I got a lot of that nasty residue all over my fingers. I tried washing my hands multiple times and it took a good scrub to get it off. They make you pay ahead of time, makes sense why. I went home took off the nail polish and ended up doing it myself. My nails looked much better going in than coming out. I paid $17 with tip. You do get what you pay for. Do not recommend at all. read more

I've been getting my nails done for several years now and never did I have a problem before till I came across this place. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set with gel price sounded reasonable. Of course you get what you pay for; well the fungus came for free. I don't recommend this place honestly so disappointed! read more
