The 4 of us tried, spent about an hour trying to lift this 730 pound hot tub and try to get it to the window ledge...it was not going to happen. After some quick googling I came across Two Guys and a Spa Dolly. In a matter of a few text messages detailing the hottub make and model, pictures of the pickup and drop off location, the appointment was set. The next day, I was extremely pleased with the punctuality, friendliness, and know how. It was great to see what an A squad really looks like, and they did it with 3! Pros with ingenuity and the right tools! Book early because I am sure these guys will get busy quickly!

We signed a contract back in February this year for weekly service. We also signed up in February…read moreto open up the pool the second week in May. I did so early so we could make sure that our pool would be open and usable for memorial day. Service so far has been an absolute nightmare. We were totally flexible on the day of service and the time but just asked that it be ready to go by mid May and I let them know that I was having events on memorial day and on the Friday before. Here is what I emailed Sunset today about my experience thus far. It looks like barring a miracle, we won't even be able to use our pool on memorial day as the pool and chemicals are cloudy and our cleaner is not working properly: "I have called seven times to your office over the past three days. The first time I called on Wednesday to confirm that my service was on Thursday and it would be performed as scheduled. They confirmed yes. On Thursday (yesterday), I called because at 11 am, no one had arrived for the scheduled service that day. The front office again told me not to worry and assured me they would be coming that day, Thursday. Then I called again at 3 pm because no one was there and they said I was next on the Thursday schedule, and they should be at my home shortly. At 5:15 PM when no one had still arrived, I called again and your office was now closed. I left a message on the general number. I also called your "emergency line" and left a message there. No one ever returned my call. No one ever showed up!! Today (Friday) I called this morning and they said someone would be coming today. Then when no one arrived by 11 am, I called again and they said they didn't know what was going on and would call me back. No one did. I called again and the office was closed." So, if you want to spend your time chasing down customer service and looking at an unusable pool for the memorial day weekend, this may be your company for weekly service. Just don't ask for Thursdays, that's our day!!! (Dripping with sarcasm ).

AAA POOLS & SPAS PHONE:630-274-5293…read more We needed to replace a 15 year old Liner and the floor underneath the Liner needed extensive repair. We met with Andrew who came to our home on time and on the date scheduled. We explained what we wanted and he explained what his AAA Pools and Spas offered. Soon thereafter we received a detailed written estimate. We hired them. When the Liner was removed the damage to the Pool floor was a little higher than Andrew's estimate but we witnessed how much more work Andrew and his workers had to do. Its done. We now have our Pool back and it looks beautiful, AAA POOLS & SPAS are very hard working and very professional. If you're in need of a Pool or Spa and decide from this review to hire them please tell them that the Workman's from Bensenville wrote this review and you decided to call and possibly use them. They can create a new pool or repair what you have on all types of Pools and Spas inside or out and all replacement equipment too. We were so very happy to find a company that's honest. Very disappointed with Lotus Pools. We decided to give them a try because their pricing was lower…read morethan other companies, but in the end, it wasn't worth the savings. I would much rather pay more for a company that knows what they're doing so we can actually enjoy our pool. Before hiring Lotus Pools, we had never had issues with algae or cloudy water. After they began servicing our pool, we suddenly had both. Instead of resolving the problem, we were given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't get the pool clear. When I called to discuss our concerns, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The manager, in particular, showed very poor customer service and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. Rather than listening or trying to make things right, the receptionist repeatedly tried to upsell us on additional services instead of resolving the problems we were already paying them to fix. Overall, our experience was frustrating from start to finish. We hired Lotus Pools to maintain our pool, but instead we ended up with problems we had never experienced before and poor customer service when we tried to address them. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Lotus Pools.

Stay far away! They will leave your pool unfinished and in complete disrepair. I contracted Daniel…read moreKamide from Dana pools on June 11th, 2020, to build a pool in Lake Forest. The pool was supposed to be finished by years end 2020 and it's still unfinished in November 2021. I have continued to make payments during 2021 in hopes the pool will be finished. I paid an additional 40k due to price increases and he once again promised it would be completed before winter 2021. Now material costs have risen once again. Daniel Kamide from Dana Pools is asking for even more money to finish the project that was supposed to be completed in 2020. His new projected completion date is mid 2022. Waiting another winter for them to finish the pool will lead to further damage, possible wall collapse and just a complete waste of time money. The pool has cracks all over which they tried to repair saying a pool liner would solve the issue. I hired another pool company to inspect, and they were shocked to see this type of damage on a new install. They said a pool liner would only last a little while before further cracks appear and cause major issues. The last straw was after the installation of the pumps and equipment. I was notified that Daniel Kamide returned after installing the pumps and started to disconnect everything. He attempted to steal the pumps and equipment he installed a few days earlier. We immediately contacted the Lake Forest police department and luckily, they arrived just before he left. We have begun to peruse legal action against Dana Pools and hope no one else falls for their terrible work and shady practices
