We bought our pool table from this store approx. 30 years ago and are satisfied with its quality though it's seen better days. Inside the store looks pleasant. They have a nice selection of merchandise. They greeted us and David R. was the one who helped us find a model sufficient for us. He's knowledgable and engaged. I found something I liked, but he showed me a smaller model that actually fit our patio footprint. We agreed to it. He knocked a couple of hundred off because it had scratches on the top. And we were ecstatic. Careful! If you buy a floor model, it's 'As-Is' and it's noted on your sales receipt. Returnable within 30 days and still packaged they'll give you a full refund. We purchased it early August under these Terms. They helped us load it onto our pickup and we took it straight home not 7 mins. away. Though my gut told me to buy a propane tank and fire it up to see if it was working, we put it in the backyard on a rug and didn't buy a tank and try it until October 7th. You have to take the plastic wrap off to light it but it wouldn't stay lit. My husband, who is handy, looked underneath and found a broken wire to the Thermal Coupler. Argh! He quickly went back to the store, and of course, they nonchalantly said, there's nothing they could do. My husband was fuming, and after a little while, him threatening to return the unit for a full refund, someone found a part from another unit in the back. My husband came home, replaced the broken, and now it works. Otherwise, it would have been $800 wasted.

Jeremy was awesome, super knowledgeable about every aspect of our system and very professional. He fixed the heater in under 30 minutes and the service call and repair were reasonably priced. He then stayed to give a lot of input about our system, helped us understand how to care for it ourselves, and really put in the time and effort to build a strong customer relationship. We are so pleased with the service from the office communications to the service itself. We are 2-3 years (or less) away from needing a replacing heater and new liner and plan to use All Seasons for that work. They are by far the most professional pool service company we've used.

Team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, willing to make suggestions and talk through options. We're very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone's pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and great about addressing questions and making suggestions. Crew made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing. Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!

We were new to owning a pool so we decided to get a pool company to help with weekly cleanings. We…read morecalled around to a few companies and most didn't respond. One company said they would not come to my address (May be related to previous home owner). Casey at Danna was very helpful, responsive, and professional. I had a number of questions and she found answers to everything and we were happy to use them for the weekly cleanings. We also had them add a vinyl and mesh cover to the pool and they did great work. One thing to improve is that I would have liked to see good levels on Ph, Alkaline, and the different types of Chlorine. The pool guy may not have done all of the testing we would have liked. After taking the water to get tested there were a few things we had to do to get all of the level to where we wanted them.

Stay far away! They will leave your pool unfinished and in complete disrepair. I contracted Daniel…read moreKamide from Dana pools on June 11th, 2020, to build a pool in Lake Forest. The pool was supposed to be finished by years end 2020 and it's still unfinished in November 2021. I have continued to make payments during 2021 in hopes the pool will be finished. I paid an additional 40k due to price increases and he once again promised it would be completed before winter 2021. Now material costs have risen once again. Daniel Kamide from Dana Pools is asking for even more money to finish the project that was supposed to be completed in 2020. His new projected completion date is mid 2022. Waiting another winter for them to finish the pool will lead to further damage, possible wall collapse and just a complete waste of time money. The pool has cracks all over which they tried to repair saying a pool liner would solve the issue. I hired another pool company to inspect, and they were shocked to see this type of damage on a new install. They said a pool liner would only last a little while before further cracks appear and cause major issues. The last straw was after the installation of the pumps and equipment. I was notified that Daniel Kamide returned after installing the pumps and started to disconnect everything. He attempted to steal the pumps and equipment he installed a few days earlier. We immediately contacted the Lake Forest police department and luckily, they arrived just before he left. We have begun to peruse legal action against Dana Pools and hope no one else falls for their terrible work and shady practices
