We have had nothing but fantastic service from them ! I suffer extreme medical anxiety so when I found Getlabs I was very happy ! All 4 times I scheduled the appointment, paid my fee and recieved a confirmation within minutes. Our phlebotomists have all been so kind and friendly ! Each time I recieved a text message letting me know when my person was on the way and what time they would be here. Always arrived exactly when stated. Also recieved a text when they arrived in front of my house. Before leaving they always tell me that they will drop off the labs and I will be able to view my results on their portal .... every time the labs are available within 24 hours (usually faster). Keep doing a great job Getlabs ... your people are great and its an awesome service you provide for people who cant get to the lab or don't want to deal with the chaos at the lab. Will always use these people if I need labwork done . That being said.... I have never had the need to contact them directly so I cant say anything about that. Its an easy process but im sure as with everything ..... things happen.

It only took her about 5 minutes to do my blood draw start to Finish. Scheduling was easy and it was so nice to be in the comfort of my own home. Not five stars because there is no way to contact the company but emailing them. My person said they arrived and they had trouble finding my apartment but there was no way to get in contact with them or the company. Following the advice posted by Breanna B. in her review, I came to this office 30 minutes before…read morethey opened because I was a walk-in, and was second in line. By opening time, the line had extended to near the building's entrance. Check-in was quick because of the digital stations, and I was called in for the blood draw within 20 minutes. In all, I was impressed by the efficiency I experienced during the visit. Because I had problems accessing online results (on my end, not theirs), I called and had difficulty reaching a live person, so I drove to the office to see if I could get a printed copy of the results there. No such luck, they just gave me a sheet of paper with a list of telephone numbers that I had already tried. Knowing that the results were forwarded to my doctor, I drove to the doctor's office and was finally able to get a printed copy of my blood test results there. So my own personal experience is, getting the blood draw procedure done was easy, and if I were not having computer problems, perhaps getting the results might have been easy as well; but I do wish they had a system in place where patients who have difficulty accessing portal results can easily get it from the office in person if needed, or maybe receive a copy by plain regular email.

I got here at 11:43AM and the door was unlocked, the door from the lobby into the back was left open and no one was up front. At about 12:01PM the lady came back and was like, "How did you get in here?!" I must have scared her because she wasn't expecting someone to be in the lobby. She did my drug test despite it being her lunch time. She was really nice and called me "babe."
