Following the advice posted by Breanna B. in her review, I came to this office 30 minutes before they opened because I was a walk-in, and was second in line. By opening time, the line had extended to near the building's entrance. Check-in was quick because of the digital stations, and I was called in for the blood draw within 20 minutes. In all, I was impressed by the efficiency I experienced during the visit. Because I had problems accessing online results (on my end, not theirs), I called and had difficulty reaching a live person, so I drove to the office to see if I could get a printed copy of the results there. No such luck, they just gave me a sheet of paper with a list of telephone numbers that I had already tried. Knowing that the results were forwarded to my doctor, I drove to the doctor's office and was finally able to get a printed copy of my blood test results there. So my own personal experience is, getting the blood draw procedure done was easy, and if I were not having computer problems, perhaps getting the results might have been easy as well; but I do wish they had a system in place where patients who have difficulty accessing portal results can easily get it from the office in person if needed, or maybe receive a copy by plain regular email. read more

Office experience is terrible, typically. I have witnessed the employees being very rude to the patients (especially elderly patients). Today, for example, a lady was told to go into room number 2. She looked as though she may have been 85-90 years old. When she tried to calmly explain her vision was impaired, & she couldn't read the room numbers, a Labcorp employee quickly snapped, "Well count the doors then." Why not just escort her to the correct room? The elderly lady was also hearing impaired & didn't understand the Labcorp employee when she told the woman she would need to count the doors. She had to repeat that instruction multiple times. When I need to come here, I dread it. I do not dread the wait itself, but rather listening to the inappropriate, unprofessional way the treat the customers as they filter through them. Also, they lie about the walk-in time hoping that people will decide to leave and go elsewhere. When I came in, they said the wait was 30 minutes. I was taken back almost immediately after check in. This is not right. With regard to the type of care they provide me, they do manage to take my blood fine, test it, & get the results back to the endocrinologist. I have never had any problems with my actual blood work. The LabCorp is easy in/easy out. It is in the bottom floor of a pretty good sized medical building. Lobby is big. Parking is plentiful (plentiful parking lot and garage). Again, there is a definite need for staff training with regard to how they are treating their customers. read more

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT TO THE WORD "LAB." If you're looking for professionalism, basic hygiene, or anyone who remotely understands their own job, prepare to be disappointed. First: they did NOT change their gloves after handling someone else's urine sample. Those same contaminated gloves went directly into my hair. That is not just careless -- it is a blatant health-code violation and shows they have zero respect for safety or sanitation. Second: they took far more hair than necessary, to the point it looked intentional or simply reckless. Any trained professional knows how much is required. These employees acted like they were guessing. When I pointed out their mistakes -- as someone who has actually worked in drug testing -- I was met with a dismissive, apathetic, "It is what it is." Translation: We don't care, and we're not going to fix it. The attitude, the incompetence, the disregard for basic standards -- it all speaks volumes. This staff moves like people who are just clocking in and hoping no one notices how poorly they're doing their jobs. This facility should not be trusted with anyone's test, hair, or health. Their lack of sanitation alone is enough to invalidate results, and their behavior toward clients is unprofessional at every level. If you value your dignity, your safety, or accurate testing, go anywhere else. I went as a "walk in" in the afternoon for blood work, along with my 3 year old, and they weren't too busy! I waited maybe a total of 30 minutes, MAX. The phlebotomist did a good job taking my blood, and I don't have any bruising from the blood draw. I'm a very happy customer all things considered! read more

Like many others- I was worried about this location based on its reviews. However, I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept up conversation to lower my stress. I attempted to do a walk in appointment right at 7- if you plan to do the same, know that a line forms before 7 outside the door. I got there at 6:52 and there were 7 others ahead of me. But, once they opened it was very quick and efficient. I waited for about 15-20 mins and was out the door by about 7:30 am. read more

I had to do some blood work and stuff for my annual physical for my new PCP. It was really easy to make a appointment on line and then use a text message app to let them know when I showed up. When you sign up on line you provide all your information on line so you don't need to provide it when you show up. Everyone is friendly and helpful and understanding. Place is nice and clean. I just drove 30 miles to Anthem for lab work and when I got there a guy from the big moving truck out in front came over with a paper in his hand that said they had moved to a mile away, but that they were not open until May 1st! So even though I had a computer generated appointment and received my reminder with QR code yesterday, they were already closed and not taking patients. They get a big fat ZERO from me as it was a fasting blood test which always takes more effort and no one bothered to inform the appointed patients that there was a change of plans and location! read more

I am a very difficult stick and Norma was absolutely amazing. My Doctor ordered so many tests, I had like 20 tubes. I have a clotting disorder so my blood stops sometimes during the process. Norma was the only one who could get all my blood. I'm a registered nurse and her technique and skills were on point. I will definitely recommend her when I go back to get my blood drawn again. Receptionist not very helpful, and not friendly toward patrons. However I needed the test so I stayed. Registered my insurance documents with the machine that took photo's and sat down. Only one phlebotomist on duty, a 40 minute wait insued. She was fantastic, I never felt a thing and I'm a needle terror. Big screw-up when I got a statement from my insurance showing I owed $875.00. Calling, they were unable to explain why they had no record of my Medicare information. I told the rep, I put both Medicare and suppliment into the machine and it showed me the copy prior to my approval!! I told the rep to review and find out why they didn't have my info. Umm, no return contact. I guess English is a secondary language at this facility. read more

Dig crap service. Had an appointment at 12:00, and when I get there I get asked for a "registration number" which is supposed to be provided by my employer. I'm an independent contractor. The guy asking for the drug test was not involved in this process at all. Get sent through the website, RequestATest, and this website is TRASH. Pages not loading, I am completely unable to add the test to my cart without going to DuckDuckGo. Pay for it, ask the lady at the desk if the confirmation number is the same as the registration number, she says no. I ask if there's supposed to be a third email and she kinda smiles at me and says "I don't know, maybe " like ok. You fkning suck. You are so unhelpful. This process is trash, and your website sucks. Mobile is not viable option. Rubbing he temples like her head was gonna explode, rolling her eyes, like she hated her job and you were bothering her. Mind you I and others had already done our self check in on kiosks. All she had to do was take the orders from us and enter them. Thought it was me bit she snapped at 2 other after me, raising her voice to the point of being offensive. 37 yrs as a Nurse here and dam glad I did not have to work with the howler. Horrible. I usually choose labcorp over sonora quest because they're easier to deal with on the billing end. Things just run smoother with them! That being said, this location blows. They have this weird check in system on screens that barely functions and the people at the desk are very reluctant to help.
