The worst service you can even ask for. The workers were no help at all. I've been waiting for at least an 1 hr and a half and when I first checked in I ask the lady how long and she said half an hour. Turns out it lead to almost 1 hr and half. When I went up to the same lay with the glasses and blonde hair she said if you can't wait than leave. All I was gonna ask was how long and she suggested I leave. This facility has moved across the street to 3815 E. Bell suite 1405. This clinic is behind the 3811 building so its kind of hard to see and tricky to get to. The waiting area is much bigger than the other labcorp facilities to accommodate the average wait time of 40 mins for any walk in, so make sure you get an appointment thru their intuitive reservation system online @ www.labcorp.com As much as I hate needles the Phlebotomist I had was a uber pro leet, got poked without even knowing, not sure if that a good or a bad thing. Anyways it was much better than the one I had from Sonora Quest who left a bruise my arm and scar that lasted 2 weeks. Bastard! read more

My doctor wrote orders for me to have some testing, giving me the directions from labcorp to do the testing (a stool sample). The labcorp directions were obscure. When I called labcorp for clarification, the labcorp tech told me, "I can't figure this out either". My doctor's medical assistant gave me a guess what I was supposed to do. I brought in the sample. Lapcorp LOST THE SAMPLE!. I went in to get a new kit. They said they needed a new order, since they could not find the original order. In total, I spent about 8 hours with calls, emails, driving the sample to the lab, driving to the lab to confirm the loss of the sample, or find out why they lost the sample. The staff was also exceedingly rude, and do not care about quality services. Therefore, any lab done there is now suspect. read more

I went into LabCorp at @8:30 AM (I had to fast for 12 hours) without an appointment. Got called to register after about a 15-minute wait (not bad) and was taken back about 2 minutes later. My Phlebotomist (wish I had gotten her name) laid me back, stuck me and got the required 2 vials out all in about 1 minute. Incredible!!! I had gone to a competitor, something that rhymes with Snoring West. They got about 1/4th of 1 vial (I needed 2), gave my arm bruised and left me nauseous. That took more than 5 minutes. read more

I was sent for preop labs and the lady at the counter tried to get me to check in on the computer in the lobby, where I'd have to insert my driver's license. Had routine blood work, didn't have an appointment hit there before opened, was already10 people in line on a Tuesday. Not disappointed because I knew I would wait, but the blessing was, I was out of there in 35 minutes. I felt this was great without an appointment! I am super surprised by these low reviews. I had a really great experience at this location on Friday, July 12th, around 4 PM. I had just finished up a doctor's appointment and felt kind of bad coming in right before they closed for the weekend, but time was of the essence for what I was getting tested for. However, despite me showing up about an hour before closing time, everyone who worked there was so unbelievably kind. The woman processing the lab orders was so empathetic and we chit-chatted​ while I waited (only waited maybe 10 minutes?). The phlebotomist I had was hilarious and I seriously didn't even feel a pinch. She was a pro! I live closer to the Princess location but will drive out of my way to come back to this location based on my experience. read more

As a travel nurse, I have to get drug screens on a regular basis. I dread it every time, but this was by far the best experience I have had. I had zero wait time, the staff was extremely friendly, and one of the girls was even from my hometown in Idaho. This labcorp had the most negligent staff I've ever interacted with. Every staffer on shift (if they weren't ignoring you) were the most unhelpful people on earth. With the attitude of "I don't know go figure it out". Overall very demeaning and unprofessional experience. The lead company I'm trying to work for had contacted them in numerous forms of communication and the labcorp workers had just decided to ignore it because the request they were trying to process wouldn't go though. Just overall unprofessional and lazy workers (I hear one talking about how they tried to submit it but just didn't because it wasn't going through), Great customer service guys 10/10 couldn't even take me after having 2-3 different appointments scheduled and then either no doctors were available or the workers themselves just decided not to process requests just because they didn't want to. IDIOTS! I went to have a blood draw, order in hand from the doctor. Asked the phlebotomist is she wanted the order, she said no, I have it. She drew blood for an old order that was already completed and didn't bother confirming the order in my hand. They wasted my time, and are interfering with my employment by having to make multiple appointments because of their mistake. read more

This is the longest I have ever waited I am at an hour and 20 min. The kiosk is deity where you check in. No wait times are listed or given at the check in. As it is I might have to leave and come back if I dont get in because I have to go to work. I would rather have the PA I work with draw my blood and send it out from the office. Sad... Most of the Labcorp offices are closed-not something that you find out until you arrive at a closed office. Then, once you have frantically (and finally) found one that is open, you are loftily advised that without an appointment, you will wait most of the day. I will not use Labcorp again-not that I expect them to be in business much longer. read more

For the love of dog, please try to get your blood drawn anywhere else, such as at your doc's office. Labcorp a month ago closed nearly all their Phoenix locations, leaving only 3 Phx locations open - one on McDowell, one on Thomas, and one on Bell. Yet, Labcorp seems to have expanded in the east valley. Gee, wonder why? (Private pay insurance vs Medicare and Medicaid is my guess.) Service is horrible as always. The kiosks are annoying and there is never more than one of them working. Staff is impatient. I had to wait for 90 minutes for a blood draw today. The online scheduler wouldn't let me schedule until more than a week out. That's a crap shoot anyway since I've been denied my scheduled time more than once before. FYI, phlebotomists in AZ are not required to have any certification and they are not licensed. Moreover, the facilities themselves aren't licensed either. My doctor despises that many of his patients are required to use Labcorp and it is likely you will too. I recommend if you have a bad experience at Labcorp, complain to your insurance company and/or Medicare or Medicaid, not just on here. read more

Very unhappy with Labcore's scheduling process. I cannot schedule an appointment before 8:45 which does not work for me. Plus I cannot them on the phone to ask how early I can walk in. I have to fast for my blood work and cannot go late in the morning or afternoons. Its been two weeks since I was supposed to have bloodwork done. Frustrating!! read more

Check in on a kiosk that did not work- waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with admin walking by and not attending. Finally 5 mins til close a very rude lady came and said it was too late.... when I had gotten there with plenty of time to spare. Ignorance on their end. This place is the worse. The front desk have been rude on many occasions The final topper is the patient that I am caretaker for on occasion was told he has to wait 60 to 90 minutes for a standard blood draw on a standing order. Apparently now this is their policy if you don't have an appointment. My schedule does not allow for appointments each time as I am his only form of transportation and don't always know what my schedules going to be. Also, how does someone just coming with an order from their Dr appointment have time to wait that length of time. This is unacceptable. read more

It's hard to say something nice about people who poke me with needles... but their staff was lighthearted and kind to a poor girl who's squeamish about giving blood. -1 star because their lobby is small and their lovely flat-screen tv only loops mind-numbing healthcare "infomercials". read more

First the process of having social distancing was not well managed as they left elderly handicapped people standing for way too long out side in the hall way. They never had a sign out stating, if you had an appointment - sign in or where to sign in or telling "walk in" clients what to do. Then the person drawing blood had to direct people where to sit AND draw the blood which slowed down the whole process - where the person behind the desk barely moved. This desk person actually tossed my order back to me through the window opening finding Lab Cor doesn't take my Insurance. ... I left and told others to go across the parking lot to Sonoran Quest if they could and they will be treated better. When I got to Sonoran Quest I was In & Out and out in 15 min where I waited one hour plus to get to the front desk only to be treated poorly. This review will be posted in YELP and Google to get LABCORP management to pay attention as Elderly dont have anyone to fight for them or care how ignorant people in their organization treat them. Come on Lab Cor .. have better internal system and treat our most precious resource with respect instead of like cattle! read more

Associates could be more friendly and polite. They were all just chit chatting and had no interest other than to pack my kit to take home and it wasn't professionally put together as other labs. I think they can definitely do better in customer service and when you go and drop off, they should be faster and get you out of there sooner. But one has to log in and then wait to be called for your turn. Facility is larger and cleaner than Sonora down the lane. read more

This is for labcorp at 10th and McDowell. The staff behind the desk was rude and acted like they did not even want to be there. They did not advise people where sign in and did not offer help when some of the people did not understand. The only positive thing was the girl that took my blood. Melissa was quick and painless. She was the only person I met that seemed happy to be there. I sat there from1:00 till 2:30 for a simple blood draw. I do NOT write reviews but I just had to this time. Walked in at 8am asking if we could draw blood because my doctor had just sent me over here and said I could just walk in and the lady at the desk short dark red hair had her mask down while all her coworkers and everyone else had them up which was a first red flag especially since covid cases are arising? Disgusting. Then she yelled saying she couldn't hear me and to mover over to the side where the protecting screen was not at. Most of all she reacted in the WORST way laughing and saying I couldn't do that after I told her what I was there for and I need a doctors note in order for them to draw blood and just kept going on and on YELLING at me because I had came in?? And said it was and I quote "ridiculous" that I didn't know that?? Literally will never be coming back to this location after this horrible experience especially not while this crazy woman works there. People like her who aren't happy or friendly in their work environment are ones who truly deserve to NOT work in it. There are PLENTY of friendly/younger woman in the health industry who would LOVE to do her job. Overall very disappointed with my experience here. read more

Are they doing us a FAVOR or providing us a SERVICE? Going forward I will ask all my doctors to GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE to Lab Corp. I guarantee if they see decrease profits their CFO and CEO will start asking questions about WHY? They obviously are only interested in profit and customer service is non-existent. The only reason we know that the 4011 E. Bell location has moved is because someone from YELP 2011 posted the move! Of course we find this out after we have driven to the location. Lab Corp doesn't care or respect patient time. I have listened to my phone ring for 3.5 minutes while sitting in the parking lot of the facility. When I walk into the office everyone can hear the phone but it is no one's job to answer the phone? "Not my job" ? Upper management should visit their locations once in awhile. Like that show where the Boss goes undercover. I feel bad for the employees who have to work for such a large conglomerate that is profit oriented. IF they treat their patients this bad imagine how bad it must be for their employees. read more

I made an appointment with this office. Arrived on time but had to wait for about 30 minutes. Not fair. If you have an appointment then this is when they should be ready for you. I have important things to do and do not want to wait when I have scheduled a block of my time for something. The people there were snobish and I was treated unfairly. Not friendly either.The phlebotomist hardly said 2 words to me. Since my doctor now has a lab for drawing blood for onlyy $10 I now use them. But the only drawback is that they send it out to Labcorp. Now my beef with Labcorp is that I need my results and used their website to register. After setting up a account and getting a code to validate it I then tried to log in and there were problems with the website and I should try again later. Well that is exactly what I did. When I tried to login with my ID and PW it tells me that what I typed was wrong. I carefully typed it again and got the same. I tried several times and it just does ot work. I sent email and told them there was something definitely wrong with the site. A day later and I still can't get my records and this company has not even responded to my email. Today I call the McDowell Rd office to see if I could get any help. No human!!!! I was given the toll free number but just get a recording to stay on line to talk to a representative. It just rings and rings and finally I get a HUMAN. Got transferred to another person who then tells me he has to transfer me again to the right person. Then I get another message which says "due to the inclement weather our office is now closed. Please call again later." I am just about fed up with Labcorp. They used to be the best lab for draws but that has also gone downhill as many have closed. The location on 15th Ave that I always had used is now one that closed. I liked that place, nice friendly people, keeps schedule on time, and a great phlebotomist. read more

In and out this time! They took my sons blood on the first try. He was amazed and happy since he gets such anxiety. I don't like that I had to give them my credit card as a back up payment especially when I have great insurance. I used their online appointment calendar. It was easy. Had to wait about 15 mins but better than hours I guess. Staff was polite. read more
