They do all your check in stuff in the back now no longer checking in in the front. I've been waiting for about 30 minutes as of now and there's a few people here all booked with the same appointments at least 7-8 of us. Just be prepared to wait. Also if you sit in the lobby the ringing from the elevator will aggravate you to no other.

Today I went to my doctor and he gave me a script for blood work. I called Summit and told them my good friend had recently used them and said he got them to drive over to his office to draw his blood during lunch for no charge. The one who answered the phone at summit name was Rick.. He was really friendly and told me he'd make sure I got hooked up. Lol He also told me that normally when you call to schedule a mobile visit you'll schedule a time and date which he said will normally be the next day. He told me that I was lucky caller number 5 which means I would receive a free mobile draw and it could actually be today if I'd like. Before I could say anything he said he was playin around and let me know everybody gets to use there mobile service for free, so tell your friends he says. He told me I was lucky tho and because I called early enough in the morning he could get somebody out the same day. I don't want to go on forever but feel like I left two other important kick ass things. 1. I don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I guess there cash pay prices are one of the lowest in the valley I didn't check but I believed him. 2. The phlembotmist named Pam who came to my house was very nice and made having my blood taken almost painless. When she was done I asked her when she thought I'd get my results back and she told me probably tomorrow. I can't believe it's that fast. I will leave another review if thats true. Thanks Summit I will let anyone I know who needs blood work done about your wonderful service and you will definitely be seeing me again. Thanks again

Jennifer Thatcher had good reviews on the insurance website, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, no one could confirm whether my physical and bloodwork would be covered by insurance. I attempted to confirm with my insurance provider but was unable to do so without the CPT code. I've received these codes from dentists and other healthcare providers in the past, but despite multiple requests, neither the receptionist, assistant, nor doctor would provide the necessary codes. As a result, I was unable to determine how much the service would cost out-of-pocket, which was frustrating since I'm not in a position to take on extra medical expenses. I did not end up getting bloodwork for this reason. Which is what I wanted to check the most. When I asked for the codes, Jennifer was dismissive and condescending, acting as though my request was inappropriate. After waiting about 45 minutes to be seen, I was given a physical exam, but it was largely pointless--my ears were checked, blood pressure taken, and my lungs, heart, and stomach were listened to with no feedback or explanation. I felt like I could have done all of that at home. Jennifer didn't let me finish speaking and kept cutting me off. She showed no active listening and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I tried to discuss other health concerns, she refused to talk about them, citing insurance reasons. She basically told me at my age there is not a concern and I already know what I need. The experience was unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning to this office, especially to see this provider. The lack of care and professionalism was appalling.

I scurried over to make it to my appointment on time. Appointments are such a game changer at this and all other Sonora Quest locations. I checked in on the kiosk and was called back a few minutes after I sat down thanks to the appointment. My phlebotomist was okay. I've always been told that I have shy veins and that my hand is the easiest stick. Despite informing the phlebotomist of this, she still tried to draw from my arm which was fruitless. I ended up needing to be stuck twice which would have been avoided if she had listened to me about my own body. Kind of frustrating.

I followed the instructions and dropped off 3078 mL of urine. I know the number because they measured it - and then inexplicably cancelled the test. They didn't inform me. They didn't tell me I would need to repeat the test. They just stopped processing it. Now, I have to repeat the test because someone at Sonora Quest didn't care about doing their job properly. I will never use Sonora Quest again.

The Mayo Clinic Emergency Department treated me for influenza A recently. As always it was a…read morepositive experience surrounded by caring cheerful staff. The new ED runs so smoothly with all departments close by. X-rays and blood tests results are back quickly and a board in your private room indicates when they have all been completed and the Dr and nurses names along with test progress is updated quickly. I have had many experiences of other departments there, from neurology , to foot surgery consultations and I am presently experiencing appointments in the PT department. Every where I go I am greeted and cared for with loving care and expertise. There are no rushed appointments and in my experience they run on time. What a great experience every time I have an appointment. Phone staff are so on the ball calling to make appointments and are mindful and helpful of time constraints one may have. Liz.

The hospital experience was great and all the nurses were great. I didn't meet the surgeons but the anesthesia team was great. The only bad thing that I took a star off for was the food was soooooo bad. I mean like nearly inedible. When you're trying to recover and eat it's hard to when you can barely shove down the food. I'm not even very picky but I can't overstate how bad it is so order oatmeal and fruit and stuff that isn't going to be nasty. The aftercare was also great and they set all my appointments for me and it was so easy to stay on track. No complaints and every provider I saw was great.
