They didn't tell me I would need to repeat the test. They just stopped processing it. Now, I have to repeat the test because someone at Sonora Quest didn't care about doing their job properly. I will never use Sonora Quest again.

The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Anyways the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the receptionist was not wearing a mask but the person conducting the test was wearing a mask and was very nice but i didn't get her name. I called Summit and told them my good friend had recently used them and said he got them to drive over to his office to draw his blood during lunch for no charge. The one who answered the phone at summit name was Rick.. He was really friendly and told me he'd make sure I got hooked up. Lol He also told me that normally when you call to schedule a mobile visit you'll schedule a time and date which he said will normally be the next day. He told me that I was lucky caller number 5 which means I would receive a free mobile draw and it could actually be today if I'd like. Before I could say anything he said he was playin around and let me know everybody gets to use there mobile service for free, so tell your friends he says. He told me I was lucky tho and because I called early enough in the morning he could get somebody out the same day. I don't want to go on forever but feel like I left two other important kick ass things. 1. I don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I guess there cash pay prices are one of the lowest in the valley I didn't check but I believed him. 2. The phlembotmist named Pam who came to my house was very nice and made having my blood taken almost painless. When she was done I asked her when she thought I'd get my results back and she told me probably tomorrow. I can't believe it's that fast. I will leave another review if thats true. I've only ever had two staff members draw my blood, both of them have been efficient, pleasant and enjoyable. It's easy to park and get into their office and they have live local people who answer the phone when you call customer service, which I also appreciate. I usually book my own labs directly on their website, which is easy to navigate and also to download results from. They usually have some kind of monthly discount special also for cash pay clients. I would choose to have my blood drawn here over any other lab I've ever been to in my 40+ years on this earth.
