Where do I start...I went there last week plus other times before and I will never go back there again...My appointment was at 1130am left at 115pm. Everyone is talking about the staff but no one mentioned the blood draw. Finally called after 1 hour past my appointment time, the lady went in the wrong spot to take my blood. Then she said, the other girl will get it. I stated I need a warming pack since I am a hard stick. I waited 15 more minutes in the room she finally comes in and finally used the warming pack for my left hand didn't work..onto the right hand, she never put a warming pack on it. I got stuck and hurt bad with the needle in and got 1 big tube, next, small one is coming. You know how they put the needle when they're in your hand and they keep moving it then it barely touches your skin and hanging like.. The blood was getting slower almost done with the small tube when she said it stopped. She pulled it out that's why it stopped. So got poked 3 times . They obviously never got the rest of the blood, but managed to run 1 of my doctors order but not the other one. I was suppose to get 3 big tubes and 1 small. I unwrapped the co-ban when I got home there was already a bruise. Welp my whole entire hand got bruised as the days went on and still now changing colors. The supervisor who did my blood was upset cause there was going to be a bruise. Never in my life did I left a laboratory and not finish and I was always a hard stick and mind you I fasted for my lab draw. OMG...I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! Have to get stuck again in July at my primary care doctors office and fast again. read more

The test center itself is nice and clean. However, the staff aren't very attentive. They didn't read my full lab order, charged me, then took three full vials before realizing they couldn't do the test my doctor ordered. I had to fast for this lab work, and it was a complete waste of time and money all because my order wasn't read in its entirety. They didn't even offer to help find a different location that could fulfill the order. I have been calling for a refund and no one will pick up the phone. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the way the front desk is being handled at this Labcorp location. The woman at the front desk was rude, impatient, and dismissive, especially toward elderly patients. I personally witnessed her telling seniors who were clearly not feeling well that they "should have made an appointment" instead of walking in, and she did so with zero compassion or respect. These are sick, older people, and the way they were spoken to was unacceptable and honestly upsetting to watch. On top of that, after I checked in, she did not acknowledge me at all no greeting, no instructions, nothing. The office itself feels extremely disorganized and overcrowded, which I understand can be stressful, but that is not an excuse to treat patients poorly. Healthcare settings should be built on patience and basic human decency, and that was completely lacking here. I hope management addresses this because no one especially elderly patients should be treated this way. read more

Then they tried to argue with me that I didn't have an appointment, which I actually had a confirmation email for. At least 5 or 6 people came in after me, and were seen before I was. This was the best lab / blood work experience I've ever had. As long as you make an appointment ahead of time like i did, it's so easy to get in and out of there. I went online last night, filled out my info, then showed up today at 2:20 right around 40 mins before they closed. The guy up front told me to fill out the iPad questions and I walked right in, did my blood work and i was out of there in less than 10 mins. Easiest process ever, just do your due diligence and plan accordingly and you won't have issues. I'll be back! read more

I got my blood taken yesterday at Labcorp. Horrible blood experience and wrong test submitted: I've had my blood taken roughly 200 times in my life due to medical conditions, and this was definitely the worst. It took almost 20 minutes to take it, multiple sticks, and multiple vials (very odd as only needed one ) because they couldn't get it to work (and would then just get a new vial). I almost fainted, and the next patient seemed to take nearly as long as well. The lady was totally incompetent and needs re-training to be effective in her job. Further, the worst part is that they submitted the wrong test. I reviewed my order, and it clearly stated the correct test. They ordered the wrong one, and the results are not helpful to me. Now, I have spent money, been through physical pain, and now I have to return to a new provider (not Labcorp!) to get re-tested again. This test was very important and time-critical, so it is hard to say what else the delay will cost me.... just unreal overall. read more

Wow, what a mistake to enter this place. I blame it on the management or owners for the business they run. No front desk receptionist, no communication between the guest and employees, you could tell it was understaffed upon entering. The staff is overwhelmed and it definitely is not their fault. I feel for the staff because they are having to deal with problems that could have been resolved by proper management. The owners definitely make this a hostile environment. Shame on them for providing.their staff without the proper tools to succeed. The staff I interacted with were helpful, respectful and doing the best with what they were provided with by the management and owners. Clean it up, provide your staff with proper staff to be successful. But I get it....the profit line for running the way you do is greater and you make more money. Keep lining your pockets and blame all the issues on the poor employees. That's the American way! Bs By the way, it's 2024.....and the cell reception is non-existent in your building. It's a busy place, set your expectations low and have your paperwork ready. Staff are too busy and yes will get irritated if you slow them down or don't listen. What really mattered, getting my blood drawn and tested, went well and I found their online access to test results was outstanding. Will use again. read more

I had an appointment for a simple drug screen and lab draw. I came with my paperwork ready with all the information they needed and they still managed to screw up. they drew about 5 lab tubes but apparently none of them were the one I needed, so now I have to make another visit on their error. definitely not going back to this location and I suggest you don't either. not to mention all the lab tech did was complain about her other colleagues and tell me "she would be their boss tomorrow" so "let's see if they're still screwing around then." you probably shouldn't be the boss of anyone with that unprofessional behavior and poor attention to your work. read more

My wife had took our 3 year old son to get his blood work done and they sent a brand new nurse to "try" and draw his blood. After her failed attempts, a doctor with "20 years experience" came in and tried as well, after his failed attempt my wife stood up for our 3 year old son as they already poked him 3 separate times and told them to stop because they obviously don't know what they're doing. Which then the doctor starts to argue with her and call her a bad parent and proceeds to threaten her with calling the cops for standing up for him, very unprofessional never have i heard of such poor behavior and lack of practice. I tried to reach out to get the names of the doctors who poked him and threatened her. To no surprise they don't answer the phones. read more

Don't bother with an appointment, go somewhere else. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment time, got checked in, lobby full of people. Asked one gal at the front desk about 5 mins after appointment time how long of a wait it would be she said they were over an hour behind on appointments. Left work to come here on my lunch break (as that was my only option) and I was unable to wait an hour+ as I had to get back to work. What's the point in making am appointment? I recently needed some lab work done and decided to try to do a walk-in at this Labcorp location vs. making an appointment. I had some questions prior to going but unfortunately, I could not reach a person when attempting to call. I took my chances and headed over. My first attempt was a fail as one of the tests I needed was supposed to be a morning test after a fast. I revisited on a Monday morning at around 7:15am and that visit went smoothly. I appreciated the fellow at the front desk walking me through the check-in process, taking my co-pay, etc... and the phlebotomist who took my blood did so without issue. The place is clean and following Covid-19 precautions with hand sanitizer and wipes readily available as well as a touch-free self check-in process. My results came back within 48 hours and were normal, which was a huge relief! If I need bloodwork in the future (or if you do), this location seems as good as any. read more

So convenient. Made an appointment online. Came over on a break from work. Quick check in with a QR code on my phone. Paid my co-pay, blood was professionally drawn, and I was on my way back to work - after lunch of course, due to fasting. The two gentleman at this location were very friendly and helpful and made my trip in quick and painless (and I am no fan of shots). Highly recommend this location. read more

I don't even know where to start with how AWFUL of an experiences this was. By far the rudest staff of any customer service experience I've ever had. 4/11/24 I was sent in with a referral from my doctor for time sensitive maternity blood work. I was told it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait time. Ok thats fine! All seats were taken and the waiting room was already crowded with people standing so I decided to wait in my car for 25 minutes to stay out of they way. When I came back in, I proceeded to wait for TWO MORE HOURS, until the place was closing for the day and I was the last one there, for the lady in the front to tell me they already called my name and I wasn't there so they took me out of the system. They watched me sit there for hours. They asked me my name twice while I waiting so they knew what happened. By the time I got any attention the door was locked, they were closing, and they acted like they didn't understand my referral paperwork so I didn't even get the blood work done. It was too late in the day for them to figure it out. Somehow this was my fault. This isn't the worst part. The worst part is what I witnessed in those 2 hours while I was waiting. There was a woman at the front desk ( on the left with short hair) who was by far the rudest person I've experienced professionally. She was aggressively combative with other staff members, slamming doors like she was in a divorce, slamming paperwork on her desk. Looking at customers dead in the eye and saying "are you kidding me?!" as they walked in the door. Like merely existing as a patient entering the building was the biggest inconvenience. She was condescending to everyone in that office- staff and customers alike. She audibly referenced quitting/never coning back over and over again to customers. How unprofessional. She made it a point to let everybody know how unhappy she was at her job that day. By the time this was all over for me. I called my doctor and said I'm never coming back to this place again. read more

The "gentleman" at the front desk is a real piece of work. If you read my hundreds of reviews, you will not find any that call someone rude. This man is obnoxious and rude. Worst customer service we have ever encountered in 73 years on earth. Went in Sept 1 for lab work. As of Sept 27, neither doctor or us have received results. Help from the front desk? Not a chance. Was told, "I can't believe you or your doctor haven't called this number to get the results." Handed is a paper with the phone number and said, "Call them." We have choices for lab work. That choice will NOT include Lab Corp ever again. read more

You can check in from your cellphone and they text you when your technician is ready. Front desk guy was not so nice, but he happened to also be the person who drawn my blood. We had a scheduled appointment and have waited one hour. Numerous people waiting for 3 hours over 20 people in the waiting room looking very irritated. I had an appointment for 1015. I checked in at 1010 at the kiosk. The machine showed the check in as a walk in despite having an appointment! We waited 45 minutes the desk is mostly understaffed with the phlebotomists needed to do desk work and check ins which is a very bad thing because it takes away from doing blood draws. Many patients elderly had waited long periods of time with family and had checked in but were not showing the check in board. Many people had appointments and began to leave. This is tremendously poor customer servicez here is how you need to fix it higher designated people to work the front desk have at least four people working the front desk who can check patients in and do not have the phlebotomist to in check-in higher. At least one more phlebotomist. The office sign says the staff on lunch between 11 and one. That's not cool. Hire partime emppyeees to take over during lunch time. Why a 2 hour lunch??? My daughter is 11 and has been fasting since yesterday to get the lab work done at 1015. It is now 11 and judging by how slow things are moving she may go into hypoglycemia due to the horrific lack of organization and understaffing at this location. We drive over 50 miles from out of town to come to this appointment and to have to wait for hours is not ok. Most of the time there is not a live soup at the front desk they expect blood draw employees to do office work. This is ridiculous. This has to be the worst run company in the medical field. I found the closest location on their website. Hours were shown and no mention of being closed. When I arrived there was a sign in the door saying they are closed due to staffing shortages. So I decided to make an appointment on their website at another location. When I arrived for my appointment time (after receiving a million texts and email reminders to be on time) - they are closed due to internet problems. The folks at this location deserve a 5-star review. Unfortunately, when I went to the site to register for a new account to review my results, the website was absolutely horrible. Each time I attempted to register using different browsers and completing all of the blocks for information, it would tell me that I needed to fill in the blank highlighted in red. There were no blanks left unfilled and none were highlighted in red. After 30 minutes of attempts, I went to their Help page. After I completed all of the blocks to submit my request for assistance, wouldn't you know it...I got the same message at the top of the page telling me to complete the block highlighted in red. This experience leads me to the conclusion that this is not a professional organization and that I will be returning to Sonora Quest for all of my future labs. read more

The two staff members working the afternoon of 02/23/2024 at the site located at physical address 9465 E Ironwood Square Dr, Unit 103, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, United States, were unprofessional and inappropriate. They were rude to elderly clients/customers and at minimum need HR training and appropriate employee sample collection re-training if they ever had adequate training to begin with. They work at such a nice location and are not grateful for their employment at this site for sure..... the PTS Supervisor, Ms.Johnson, was the only appropriate thing about this location. When contacted, she did come to the location to meet with me in person. Hopefully she can relocate the two female staff that were on shift to a different business location and have alternative employees staffed at this site that will more effectively provide client services at this location moving forward. read more
