    I am so upset right now. Why do you take our email or our text messages if you can't even call us when you are closed for the day? No, I did not have to drive far, only 5 miles. But it really is a problem when you have to get bloodwork, and you schedule it in advance, and then you cancel as if you could just go somewhere else the same day. I am amazed how a company so large can be so disorganized, disheveled, uncaring, and unable to keep employees. If you can send appointment Reminders, you should be able to say hey we don't have enough employees today. We need to close this location temporarily you can go here and they will do your bloodwork or too bad make another appointment. this location already has shorten hours so maybe you need to close this location altogether. I knew something was wrong when I went on the site to get directions because of all the construction around and it told me I had no upcoming appointments. I knew that I looked last night and I took a picture of the screen so I wasn't going crazy. I guess it was easier for you to just cancel my appointment than it was to send me a text message. Nicely done Lab Corp. I'm very unimpressed.

    I had a 1:15 appt here. I am high risk for covid and had been putting off getting these labs done but it had to be done, so I went. I made an appt so I wouldn't have to wait. We arrived 15 minutes early. My husband went in at 1:00 to check me in. He gave them my papers and said they were going to text me when they were ready. When he went in it was empty- no one was waiting. At 1:14 I get a text that my technician is ready (see pics). I go in and stand up front waiting 15 minutes - both techs in the back, one treating specimens and the other chatting and drawing someone's blood. While I'm waiting two people without appts come in and use the scanner to check in (I know they didn't have an appt because we were chatting while we waited). Finally I walk back to see if I can give my urine sample at least. Older tech was annoyed at my asking that but let me give the sample because I had to go. It's now 1:30, 15 min past my appt time. I submit my urine sample and continue to wait up front. The younger tech comes to the front and annoyingly tells me she hasn't even processed my papers yet and they will text me when they're ready, and to go back to my car if I want. At 1:55 I still haven't received a text so I decide to go back in and check in with them. Much to my surprise, one of the walk in patients was already in back getting his blood drawn and the other was being taken back as I walked in!!! They hadn't even bothered with my paperwork yet! AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 45 minutes prior! I complained, and the woman they were calling back knew I had an appt and had been waiting a while when she arrived and told them to take me first but they refused and took her back anyway. This older tech claimed they had been texting me which was a blatant lie because there was nothing on my phone since 1:14 when they texted me to say they were ready (but they weren't and told me to go back to my car after I waited 15 min). I absolutely cannot believe how badly this place is run. I didn't get taken back until 2:20, OVER AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME, while 3 other walk-ins were taken ahead of me. And when I was leaving they told me I should get the at-home lab to come to me (a paid service). They clearly expressed their disdain for me and my chronic illness and my large lab order. They were also supposed to call me with information about the mobile lab and never did. On top of all of this- they didn't even do 3 of the vital labs on my slip. This is my life. My chronic illness. It's important to my health care. It took me a lot of energy and stress to get there during a pandemic to get these NECESSARY LABS FOR MY CARE and to them I'm just a hassle and this is just a minimum wage job. Incompetence at its finest. I cannot recommend anyone come to this lab.

    This location has cancelled my appointment twice now because they decided to close for the day. Very frustrating.

    Choose another lab. The staff is incompetent and rude. No common sense environment and mismanaged.
