I have to admit, but after looking at the reviews, I was very nervous to come here. There were so many bad ones, it sounded like it might be terrible. I can honestly say that I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. I only had to wait about 8 to 10 minutes, which is no big deal. They were extremely friendly when I walked in. Honestly even the other people in the waiting room were very nice to me. I told the young man that was going to do my blood draw that I sometimes have a bit of a reaction when I get my blood drawn and he was so understanding, gentle and kind. He chatted with me the entire time and made the experience so much easier. I lived in Boston for a long time and I've gotten my blood drawn at Mass General Hospital many times. I would say that LabCorp did just as good of a job as the best people that ever drew my blood at that hospital. Really excellent experience and I think they've gotten some pretty inaccurate reviews. One location was closed with only a paper sign on the door--no notice on the website. So I head 20 minutes away to another listed on the paper sign. As a walking I had to check in at a kiosk. The first time didn't take. The second time it didn't take. Finally the young lady at the window said she'd sign me in manually but I'd have to wait for her. She should have done this after the first time. After sitting for @20 with no help from her, I left. And only 3 HOURS later did I get email confirmation of both of my check in attempts. Nonsense. WORST WEBSITE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! My doc sent in an order to LabCorp. I call to make an appt. The automated message refers me to the website. There's no option to talk to anyone. The website instructs me to find a lab near me and select MAKE APPOINTMENT. I do that and it doesn't give me the results of my search but takes me to a page (URL below) that is an endless loop. I'm calling my doc so I can go to a different lab. LabCorp is terrible. I had drug test scheduled I go there two girls in front doing nothing just chatting with each other and telling me I need to go to different locations to do my test. Why are guys not telling us when we r scheduling the appointment? Then she tells me that she was going to call me but she didn't . But seriously these two ladies just sitting Doing nothing . This LabCorp is currently "Temporarily Closed". No further info provided. Before they changed to by-appointment, I could show up at 7 and be on my way by 7:30. With the change, it became hard to get in after fasting. Phlebotomists consistently nice people and knew their job. They were 5's. Had an appointment for fasting bloodwork. Received an email and text confirmation the day before. I show up for my appointment and they are closed with a sign indicating the nearest location (15 min drive). I am now waiting as a walk in at the second location. It is an hour wait. I have about 10 mins before hangry takes over. Labcorp, do better. Either notify appointments of the closure or have the other locations honor the appointment time. read more

Nothing against the people who work here. They are usually very courteous and as efficient as they can be, but often they are entirely, overloaded. Sometimes only one person will be staffing the whole place--front desk, phlebotomist, etc. Location also is frequently closed without warning, during posted business hours--often with a handwritten sign taped on the door about the closure, which you don't find out about until you arrive--appointment or no. Again, nothing against the people who work there, but the management at this facility leaves much to be desired. read more

Be aware that this location is no longer accepting walk-ins without an appointment. They say that their policy changed on November 11th with the intention of making their office run more efficiently. I get it...It is hard to efficiently collect samples on patients when you have an office full of patients. It wastes patient time and keeps staff working beyond their normal hours. But, I have two issues with this new policy. 1) Their website still says that walk-in patients are Welcome. Is this policy only being used at the Princess Drive location? 2) Consider having a finite number of walk-in appointments available at different time periods during the day, and let the public know. I would be surprised if everybody who made an appointment actually shows up for it. 3) What does a loyal patient do that has just received a test order for immediate sample collection and testing from their doctor? Appointments are currently about 2 weeks out. Lab Corp needs to rethink this new policy and do better. read more

I went it to have my blood drawn at this location on 7/1/2024 at 10:30 am for routine blood work. It is now 7/5/2024 and I have no results. I have called several times and no one ever picks up the phone at this location. I left a message and no one has called me back. I called a main customer service number and was told: "You are mistaken, you were never here. We don't have any record of you being here that day". It is very strange, because I made an appointment on line, went in on time, gave the man at the window my ID and insurance care, got called back, had my blood drawn and gave the doctor's orders paper to the phlebotomist (I should have gotten his name, but he was the only person there, so they should know who he is) and I was never there? Their system does not work and no one ever picks up the phone or calls you back. Frustrating and awful. read more

I am so upset right now. Why do you take our email or our text messages if you can't even call us when you are closed for the day? No, I did not have to drive far, only 5 miles. But it really is a problem when you have to get bloodwork, and you schedule it in advance, and then you cancel as if you could just go somewhere else the same day. I am amazed how a company so large can be so disorganized, disheveled, uncaring, and unable to keep employees. If you can send appointment Reminders, you should be able to say hey we don't have enough employees today. We need to close this location temporarily you can go here and they will do your bloodwork or too bad make another appointment. this location already has shorten hours so maybe you need to close this location altogether. I knew something was wrong when I went on the site to get directions because of all the construction around and it told me I had no upcoming appointments. I knew that I looked last night and I took a picture of the screen so I wasn't going crazy. I guess it was easier for you to just cancel my appointment than it was to send me a text message. I had a 1:15 appt here. I am high risk for covid and had been putting off getting these labs done but it had to be done, so I went. I made an appt so I wouldn't have to wait. We arrived 15 minutes early. My husband went in at 1:00 to check me in. He gave them my papers and said they were going to text me when they were ready. When he went in it was empty- no one was waiting. At 1:14 I get a text that my technician is ready (see pics). I go in and stand up front waiting 15 minutes - both techs in the back, one treating specimens and the other chatting and drawing someone's blood. While I'm waiting two people without appts come in and use the scanner to check in (I know they didn't have an appt because we were chatting while we waited). Finally I walk back to see if I can give my urine sample at least. Older tech was annoyed at my asking that but let me give the sample because I had to go. It's now 1:30, 15 min past my appt time. I submit my urine sample and continue to wait up front. The younger tech comes to the front and annoyingly tells me she hasn't even processed my papers yet and they will text me when they're ready, and to go back to my car if I want. At 1:55 I still haven't received a text so I decide to go back in and check in with them. Much to my surprise, one of the walk in patients was already in back getting his blood drawn and the other was being taken back as I walked in!!! They hadn't even bothered with my paperwork yet! AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 45 minutes prior! I complained, and the woman they were calling back knew I had an appt and had been waiting a while when she arrived and told them to take me first but they refused and took her back anyway. This older tech claimed they had been texting me which was a blatant lie because there was nothing on my phone since 1:14 when they texted me to say they were ready (but they weren't and told me to go back to my car after I waited 15 min). I absolutely cannot believe how badly this place is run. I didn't get taken back until 2:20, OVER AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME, while 3 other walk-ins were taken ahead of me. And when I was leaving they told me I should get the at-home lab to come to me (a paid service). They clearly expressed their disdain for me and my chronic illness and my large lab order. They were also supposed to call me with information about the mobile lab and never did. On top of all of this- they didn't even do 3 of the vital labs on my slip. This is my life. My chronic illness. It's important to my health care. It took me a lot of energy and stress to get there during a pandemic to get these NECESSARY LABS FOR MY CARE and to them I'm just a hassle and this is just a minimum wage job. By far THE WORST LAB ever. And I don't say that lightly. Completely incompetent from the lab techs, all the way to their billing department and corporate management. Labs are dirty, they lose your orders constantly, and there is NEVER any hand sanitizer anywhere in the lab, not in the lobby, not outside the lab room, all pumps are ALWAYS EMPTY. On a side note, I've been calling them for months now to let them know that they are sending someone else's bill to my home by mistake. I've called and told them twice and returned the bills 5 times, but they still send. It's to the point of harassment, since they continue to send this bill to the wrong person. When you call to tell them for a 3rd time, after waiting on hold for 10-20 mins, they keep hanging up on you. I am just trying to make sure this poor patient doesn't get screwed with non-payment due to this completely incompetent company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. read more

I am a phlebotomist's nightmare!!! Angela was AMAAAAZING...wonderful, calming and super calming person. I did not FEEL the stick and she was able to draw the requested amount required for my Dr. I am the person who gets the "pic-team" even when going for x-rays that require contrast and still have veins blow, roll and it causes horrible bruising. Worst location. If the next closest location is 3 hours away... Do it! There's no respect for anybody's time here. Made an appointment a week in advance and then sat in the office with every walk-in that came in and waited and waited and waited. My appointment came and went and 45 minutes later, I was finally called. Why have an appointment system if you're going to disregard appointment times? I'd also agree with others that said the front office staff is pretty bland. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most painful blood draw I've had in a VERY long time. I was in this lab Corp today , and the person at the window taking your info and drawing blood was not wearing a mask when I was filling out the paper work . Then a person came in and not wearing a mask and nobody said anything. Then the supervisor came in And had no mask at all on . He was there 20 minutes with no mask . This is a disgrace that nobody says anything and the people who work there were not wearing a mask , she had it in when she drew my blood . They were nice but this should not be happening. read more

LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS- I blame labcorp supervisors and thier leadership team 100% for not making changes to turn things around after all this place has a 2.00 in customer ratings at what point does the alram go off to make the necessary changes to improve things? 1. We had an appointment at 1 pm and did not get seen until 2:40 2. The order that was sent in I was told (by Tucker) that it was not a proper order when I asked him to call the doctor he said he could not because they were busy. 3. I take it upon myself to call the medical assisstant when I got her on the phone I needed them to talk to him however he was in the back drawing blood and the other person working there, a girl with black hair looked up and said we are busy you will have to wait in the most rudest tone. If we ever spoke to a customer in that manner there would be for sure a write up or worse, She needs to be disciplined for engaging me a customer/patient with such hostility. 4. You have the staff doing the front office paperwork, you need a seperate person for that. 5. Only 1 of the 2 kiosks were working 6. They did not call us up at our appointment time I finally got called up at 1:30 before the rejection of paperwork began. 7. When we arrived only one person was working there (the rude girl) You can not run a business this way, patients are coming to you with orders being given out from doctors and in thier hearts and minds they are already concerned about the results and then to be treated with such lack of emphaty, kindness and compassion is disgraceful!! read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Everything was super-efficient and organized. There was plenty of parking available and the outside and inside were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lady who did my work was fantastic at her job and really nice to be around. I checked in on my phone and was texted my notice just before my appointment time, and had only a few minutes of wait time before I was seen. The ladies at the counter were great, too. I need a 5 minute wellness screening so I get to LabCorp 25 minutes before they open, wait in the office building lobby joined by others waiting for LabCorp and they never open. I call and the recording says they are temporarily closed. This place must be run by the State of California because only super special organizations can shut down an office and not pop a sign on the door or update the Apple/Google maps info. read more

This is the second positive experience I've had at this location. I've had similarly positive experiences at other locations, too! They literally got me in and out within less than ten minutes of the time I walked in the door, with no appointment. I checked in at the kiosk, name was called in less than two minutes, blood drawn in less than five minutes, and back in my car before I even realized how quick they were! There is a phlebotomists at this office that also covers the reception desk. She clearly does not like her job. Unhelpful, rude, slow and unprofessional in a healthcare service industry is not what anyone needs at an early Monday morning blood draw.
