Great place to get your lab work done. I go every 3 months as it's close to my house. I like digital check in as it's easy and convenient. The gal who checks you in is super sweet, professional and very friendly and welcoming. The phlebotomist is very welcoming, professional and makes you feel at ease. Here for Pre-Employment drug screen, Hours advertised are 7-3. They told me they only do those from 9-5????? They told me to come back, nope I'm just sitting and waiting. Lab Corp, particularly this location, continues to disappoint and call into question their competency. *. Appointments mean NOTHING to them. Expect long delays *. Their on-line system requires you to pre-register to make an appointment and gives you a QR code to check in. However, they do not have a QR code scanner at this location, so you get to do everything over again *. Check-in desk people are untrained and indifferent at best. The clerk here overheard saying: "I don't know anything about setting up this test"; "I have no training on this insurance"; "Hey, is your computer working back there?"; "I need your doctor's fax number. You need to find it yourself" The technicians seem quite competent and are friendly, once you get through the mess at the front counter. read more

Horrible experience here. Their hours start at 7am. I got there at 7:05. The employee showed up at 7:30 to unlock the door. The 5 people waiting by then, one tech. Then appointments started to show up too. So another hour wait. Don't use them without an appointment. read more

Lab Corp companies ate horrible to work with. This rating is for the specific location and specific person. They have not responded to numerous inquiries other than email saying we'll get back to you which they won't. Have gotten the run around by them pointing me in wrong direction. Even someone at this location gave me wrong info. Rebecca at this location is amazing. She was able to figure everything out and help me complete the test. If it wasn't for her I'd stop going to lab Corp facilities. read more

I made 3 attempts within a week to have blood work done here. All visits had greater than 2 hour waits for few clients waiting. I arrived this morning and was the only one there. It still took 30 minutes to get simple lab work done. I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there. There has to be a lab with better customer service out there for the our time and money. read more

I made my appointment and and asked my physician's office to fax the orders to the fax listed on the LabCorp site, for this location. I work in the medical field, so I knew I should call, prior to the appointment, to make sure the orders were received. I tried calling, many times, and no one ever answered the phone at the number listed for this location on the LabCorp website. There wasn't even an automated system. It just kept ringing. I sent an email through the LabCorp site, at least two days prior to the appointment, asking for someone to verify whether or not the orders were received. I did receive a response, at 4 am on the day of my appointment. I am a busy working mother of a toddler, and didn't check my email the morning of my appointment. So when I went in for the appointment, I checked in at the kiosk an then went to the front desk to ask if they had received the order. There were two women sitting at the desk and neither of them looked up and asked me if I needed help. After waiting for them to say something I spoke up and asked them if they could check on my orders. One of the women said "I will have to take a time out to look for it". She seemed annoyed, walked to the fax machine and looked through the papers on if for 1-2 minutes, and then said "I don't have anything for you". I told her to cancel my appointment and I left. This company is a joke. My experience with them was horrible and a total waist of time. My advice is to go with another company and not waist your time with any of the LabCorp locations. read more

They're always busy with limited hours, 7am-1230pm (lunch) then 130pm-3pm. There seems to be only 1 employee doing everything. The same rude female phlebotomist seems to always be there, with her angry face on. She either hates her job or just hates people or both. Either way her job is dealing with people so she should suck it up and pretend to be nice. I cringe going in and seeing that she's there. But I have no choice on location because this is the closest to me. read more

Front desk girl talks about people loudly to where they can hear even with the window closed. She is beyond rude. Her comment "see, no matter how big that sign is she doesn't see it." So I said right back "by the way people can hear you when you're talking even though your window is closed" she shut up real quick she knew she was in the wrong. No wonder this location gets bad reviews. The nurses who draw the blood are great, it's that blonde front desk lady who is rude to people and talks about them even when you can hear. read more

THIS PLACE DOESN'T DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENINGS. The website will let you sign up for one at this location but they don't honor it. This is clearly a problem because they have a sign next to check in saying they don't do these tests. The only one that does it for LabCorp is in Mesa. LabCorp get it together and don't allow people to sign up for services that aren't available at specific locations. This appointment was set up through an employer so now at least one employer knows to set up the pre employment screening through the Mesa location. read more

I've been to this LabCorp twice now and both times it was a great experience. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but I've experienced nothing but good things. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were organized and professional. I had different phlebotomist each time and both were great. I'm not the easiest stick so I was really impressed. I hope people will disregard many of the older negative reviews, as my experience was nothing short of phenomenal, twice. :) ...My 8 year old son is recovering from toxic black mold exposure, which caused his entire immune system to be under attack. We are concluding a 2 year recovery process, and my son's doctor ordered TWENTY-NINE tests done, to ensure he is recovering as we hoped. This had to be separated into two blood draws, which I scheduled this week, (reluctantly because of the bad reviews) at this location. (My little guy has been traumatized in the past due to blood draws gone bad, and I was a nervous wreck). We practiced on his 'emotional support bear', so he would be ready. After having two incredibly positive experiences at this LabCor within two days, I can honestly say THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR NERVOUS KIDS...AND THEIR PARENTS! They were fast, kind, loving, funny, and knew exactly what they were doing, did it fast, and as we were leaving, my proud (and relieved) little boy declared, "that was almost TOO easy!!!" ...ahhh, music to any scared parent's ears. There was NO wait (we scheduled online), and they got us in and out so quickly I left my jacket behind, as I was scrambling to keep up pace. The phone thing (try calling and it will just ring, ring, ring) I found out is being worked on. They are part of a major franchising organization, and the numbers online need to be corrected. The staff there is quick to give you all of their phone numbers for future calls to ensure you get a direct line next time. I also found out that for a recent period of time, they were short-staffed and needing to use temporary hires. A lot of the negative reviews are due to experiences during this interim period. She let him choose his arm, his vein, and laughed and distracted him until she expertly, quickly filled his gazillion vials of blood. Wyeisha R. was the friendly face at the front desk (and the one who sweetly called to tell me they had my jacket after I left). She was kind, fast, helpful, and offered to hold my son's hand and be with him if he needed the support. After many scary, bad experiences in my son's medical journey, this was a place of safety and accomplishment for him. I plan on this being 'our lab' for as long as these amazing women are there. Don't ever go here. Not only were the employees totally inexperienced and unprofessional but the central lab Corp support staff are rude and unhelpful. I went to this location for a time sensitive lab test. My specimen was never sent to their lab for processing and I never got results. I was traveling out of town and had to use an entire day of vacation trying to talk to someone from lab Corp about where the results were (never coming because they didn't know what they were doing and lost my specimen), talking with my doctors office to get a new order and having testing performed at a different lab (Mayo). read more

I made an appointment for a biometric screening 3 weeks in advance. I show up and she tells me Thier scale doesn't work and hasn't for weeks. I was like WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME. 3 WEEKS IVE HAD THIS APPOINTMENT. she was like we didn't know how to contact you. I took off work and for nothing. It was a rainy morning in Scottsdale. I had an 8:30 appointment for a blood draw and biometric testing. When I walked into the lab, they advised that they would not be able to do the biometric testing that day and they had tried calling. Well, they called 10 minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way, so I did not get the call. They advised that they don't get appointment information until just before the appointment...that was a lie. And the reason they couldn't do the biometric testing was because their scale was broken. I could have told them how much I weigh. Just ridiculous. From there I went to the Ironwood location and they were fantastic!!! read more

Gotta keep the expectations low here. It's a blood lab. I like it because it is close, and if you come early they see you. My appt today was for 9:15 but I had to fast so I went when they opened and I was in and out right away. Granted, yes, other times like any lab, the ladies can act like time is of no importance. But this is a blood lab. How happy would you be to do that job. Haha. Another thing that's good is they are the only lab that takes my online ordering of blood tests. The tests come directly to me by email within 24 hrs. I don't like to wait for the dr. Office to call me years later. read more

Lets face it most people don't like having blood draws, and some people,I mean me get dizzy and hyperventilate on the ride over to the lab..Today was the day, I tried to get there as early as I could,before 8 to beat the crowds..Because nothing is worse than getting there and having to wait and look at 10 other people trying to be brave. I got there before 7:30, was signed in within a few minutes.I told Rebecca,the very professional and caring person that she is that I was a fainter.She reassured me that I wasn't the first fainter she'd worked with and not to worry.Enough said ,I was resting on my back and before I realized it she was done.No fainting,no dizziness.I sat up ate my orange,the one i bought with me ,all cut up with a bit of sweetener.Rebecca is wonderful and what I hear the other phlebotomist is equally professional and caring.Needless to say I smiled all the way home.thank you Labcorp read more

Today my doctor sent me to LabCorp for a test. They informed me they will not do this test, and I was not impressed with how they handled my situation,or the lady in front of me. I have called my Dr. who sent me here to ask why they cannot do this test. The older lady asked what time her appointment was tomorrow to draw labs, and I heard the gal at the desk say, I am sorry, I cannot look at tomorrow's calendar and check. You will just have to show up here early, and we will get you in, when we get you in. !!! Since when can they not look up what time and day your appointment is? Her husband then came in, and he was upset, and asked the same questions to which he got the same reply from the girl at the desk. I really felt bad for this couple. They we're probably in their 80's. Not treated well at all. Me, well, I am waiting to see what my doctor says when he finds out they refused me this test. This place is not ran well at all. I for one, was not at all impressed with my first experience. Not professional at all in my opinion. read more
