We came here for an antibodies test in early June because I was sick in January and thought maybe I already had antibodies from covid 19. My test turned out to be Negative IgG, Negative IgG. The test is not FDA approved but has been fast tracked under the emergency authorization use act and is believed to be reliable. Anyways the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the receptionist was not wearing a mask but the person conducting the test was wearing a mask and was very nice but i didn't get her name. The good: super easy to get a test complete. The bad: everything else. I completed a COVID rapid antigen test on Thursday afternoon, was told I would have the results that night or the next morning. It's Saturday and I still have not gotten results. I've called them multiple times and it's impossible to get through to someone. I left a voice message, and still no response. I would recommend going somewhere more reliable and less expensive if you want to find out whether or not you have a contagious and potentially deadly virus. read more

The receptionists are incredibly rude and unhelpful. There was an issue with my code that I needed to provide for a drug screening, and the staff provided no solutions. When I attempted to solve the problem by calling the customer service number on the form like they should have, they were argumentative with the the customer service agent as well. While attempting to find a solution, the staff then proceeded to talk negatively about me in front of my face as if I weren't even there. At least wait for me to leave the building. I was nothing but kind, and tried to find solutions, but the lazy and rude staff trash talking right in front of my face was enough to make anyone get up and leave. Terrible service and I hope that I never have to return to this horrendous establishment. read more

Went to get tested today at this site. They were AMAZING! The line was pretty long but they offered waters to everyone waiting and were so caring about the people waiting in the heat. I believe they did the best they could for those waiting in line! When we got in it was so fast, paperwork was easy and we were in and out! The guy we had was so great and walked us through everything that he was doing. Everyone we cane in contact with were so friendly and helpful! Do not use this lab for a blood draw. The phlebotomist techs are inexperienced and cannot get the needle into a vein. I left with my arm looking like a pin cushion. I have had regular lab draws for over 30 years and have NEVER, EVER had a failed attempt. I have good prominent veins. Do not use this lab. Save yourself the pain and frustration of several attempts and then being told to come back later for more punishment. Don't do it. read more

I'll provide 1 data point: I asked how many COVID-19 antibody tests they had done. The tech said she had personally tested around 1,000 people, and of those only 2 came back positive for the antibody. I only add this as it has caused me to question the accuracy of the test. That seems like a low number of people to have the antibody, but maybe? read more

I went in to do the Covid-19 Antibody testing and I feel like they were not practicing the social-distancing rules that much. They didn't monitor how many people were in the full waiting room, and one woman was walking around handing paper results to people without a mask or gloves. I'm probably just being extremely careful compared to others, but being one of the only labs in AZ offering antibody testing, you'd think that they would know customer volumes would be tremendous and that they should put in place some distancing rules/standards for the safety of their customers and staff. The staff themselves were nice, I just thought the whole experience felt very rushed. The antibody test itself left me skeptical. The $60 tests came from China, aren't FDA approved, and every person who had results read out loud were negative. I read only 3-7% of the tests had positive results which seems really low. I will probably get tested once a FDA approved test is more readily available. read more

Terrible! We got there early and still had to wait 30 minutes. Receptionist was also lab technician. Extremely unprofessional. She had to stick me twice as she grabbed someone else's paperwork. I had to have a blood draw at a specialty lab.I chose the ARC lab on Greenway Hayden in Scottsdale. It was an uncomfortable situation even though I was wearing a mask. First, I called to make an appointment. Even though advertised to call for appointments they did not take appointments. I asked about people being tested for Covid. The person who answered the phone said people being tested for Covid would have to wait outside. Contrary to what I was told there were people who were waiting to be tested for Covid inside, unmasked. There was only a small waiting area for non Covid people. Three of us hardly had room to social distance. There were staff members who were not wearing masks including the receptionist. Before the phlebotomist handed my credit card to the person at the front desk my credit card she asked him to sanitize his hands. He blankly looked at her and picked up my card. She did clean the credit card before returning it to me. There were only 3 non Covid patients waiting to be tested. Instead of taking us so we did not have to be waiting in that unhealthy environment they made us wait. I was shocked that a lab testing for Covid was so relaxed about precautions. I certainly would not use that lab again based on my experience yesterday. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!! I have been going here for a couple of years now. I save a lot of money, since I self-pay, and the work is done quickly via LABCORP, so it is reputable. ROYCE is the best. You create your own lab draws, or add to the ones your doctor wants, so there is great flexibility, and the pricing for each test is on the lab sheet. Be prepared for about a 20 minute wait as they code all your labs, but I have waited much longer a Quest. Only negative is when they have a new phlebotomist, I have had a couple of bad sticks. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ArcPoint Labs. I would rate them ten stars if I could. Chantell and Tim are amazing and so well educated on helping find out what labs provide the most helpful information for specific concern areas. I went in a few months ago and was struggling to lose weight. Anyone who has done so knows how challenging and frustrating this can be. The ALCAT test, a food sensitivity test, was suggested as well as a test of my hormones. When I got the results I was shocked. I found that I was not processing many of the foods I was eating-chicken, rice, white potatoes, and a few others. I pulled these foods out of my diet and within one week I lost 7 pounds! ARCPoint represents they serve TSA quick boarding applications. I made a 3:15 PM Friday appt. Came 15min early, and entered "here" in the computer kiosk and also made eye contact with the receptionist. I have a 3:15 and she said thanks for coming early, you get a lollipop! Didnt get a lollipop!. They then wrote down I was a walk in and didn't tell me. When I asked if they forgot me 45 min later another said you have no appt, your a walk in. Its Friday at 3:45 a half hour after my appt, 45 minutes after I arrived early to respect their time and they say do you have proof you made a appt? Wow, great emotional intelligence and Cust service response. 10, Yeah 10 Employees are staring at me gabbing for the last 15 minutes w nothing to do but talk about getting out of there. One says yeah your a walk in so we might get to you in another 20 Min. While already waiting 45 minutes there is zero TSA literature, signage, pricing etc. Don't waist your time because they will. This is a drug test DNA test Co that could care less about customer service or TSA. Not one of the 10 sitting on their ass for 15 min offered a resolution while they laughed and chatted like I was waisting their time. After all, it was almost quitting time on Friday right? BTW no rate chart anywhere for the TSA service or any drug test or DNA service. Hook you, make you wait, get you invested like a used car salesman and then tell you the punchline costs - The guy that said you need to wait 20 more minutes said that with a smart ass smile on top of it.
