Website says they are open till 2:00 on Saturday. It would be nice if they mentioned that they only draw blood until 12:30.

This place is clean, sufficient, and the staff is very nice! I had to come get a test ASAP before I left for an event. The staff worked with me through my other testing facility to send my results in the mail. The testing itself was gentle & speedy. The woman who helped me (didn't get her name) assisted me when I was feeling weak during the blood draw. She gave me water and was fanning me to help me feel better, which was definitely not required, but was very appreciated. I've been tested by a lot of places, but this one was 10/10. They cannot provide test results to a patient. I got a semen analysis and to know the results I have to get in touch with my doctor and have them call them where they can relay the information to me. I came here to get test results, why wouldn't you be able to tell me. Ridiculous read more

I would never recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone. The test results were extremely late (drawn 9/9, reported 10/3) with zero communication on why the results were so late. The staff at the location did her job properly but the follow up from the lab itself was awful. On top of that, they're extremely expensive. You end up saving no time for the money wasted. Going through Directlabs, Marek Health, PrivateMDLabs or any of the other sites affiliated with Labcorp/Sonora will be much easier. The pricing here is insane. For a vitamin D test alone it was $199 and then my other 4 test totaled to be $150 so I was going to end up paying $350 total. No thanks. And whoever it was on the phone, sounded like a older guy was very rude. read more

This place has one phlebotomist on staff while operating. They run out of Covid tests frequently. The manager is very rude, the first phlebotomist could not find a vein to draw my blood, leaving me to have to return the day after to o it one phlebotomist on staff yet again and when I located a big vein for her she ignored me went to two different spots on my arm and missed every time. Months ago I went there and got by blood drawn and I got picked a total of 6. Yes, SIX times, they are inconsiderate. Manager is rude I would not recommend this place. I needed test done per my doctors request. I tried multiple times to go to Sonoran and They either weren't there or hours behind schedule on appointments. I found this place on yelp so I walked in with no appointment. They made sure I got the best price. It was even cheaper than going through my insurance. Very fast. Very professional. Very pleased with the service I was given. Over the phone before coming to the lab the lady said she had to call me back about the cost of a particular test. Sure enough she called back in a timely manner and gave me their price. It was a test for my 7 year old daughter. They did great with her and got us in and out very fast. Went in 2 times and both times was in and out very quick, the owner runs this location. He is really friendly and gave results quickly and exactly when he said we would. He was also very informative on the process. We had tried the Mesa location prior and had a really bad experience. Now we drive past the Mesa location then 30 minutes to get to this location and it is 100% worth it!!! Don't try any other location, go to this one!! The older reviews seem inaccurate. Just got through talking to Tracy at any lab test now and she was extremely rude and demanding payment for a service that was never rendered. I took the order that was given to me to another lab that was half the drive and half the price and Any Lab Test Now called me demanding payment for something they didn't do. Somebody please explain to me how any of this is even legal of them. Will never use their service and we'll definitely be letting people know regarding their business practices. read more

"Nurse Tish" drew a blood test for our 5 month old son. I was super nervous about the needle, him squirming, multiple sticks, etc. She showed us exactly how to hold him and found the vein quickly. We knew he would cry but it was quick and way better than expected. Tish absolutely made my day! This company is lucky to have her. read more

Went in here a couple weeks ago, I needed a labtest done, involving something particularly personal. The woman who seems to be the primary nurse came up to me. I never stayed long enough to get her actual name or position. She has shortish blond hair. She asked me out loud in front of everyone there what test I wanted to get done, everyone turns, and is looking at us standing in the middle of the lobby as I answer. She apparently does not hear me somehow even though she is three feet away from me, so I say it louder, enunciating clearly. She turns and repeats what I said in a mocking tone. I understand that this is just a small clinic, not a well run hospital, but can't people expect just basic courtesy and professionalism even here? So I left. But the problem is for me to go to another clinic is at least an extra 15 miles and probably an extra hour of time wasted, while this one is almost walking distance to where I live, so I gave it another chance, hoping maybe someone else was working. The same woman was there unfortunately, I walked up and tried to look at their intake paperwork, hoping I could just fill it out and wait. Which, by the way is how any decent clinic functions; you go online and/or fill out a form telling them what you need done, not someone coming up to you with some kind of creepy and immediate curiosity and overbearing ignorance of peoples' privacy. But, no, blond woman was there, and oh yes she remembered me from before, and she was determined to let me know how offended she was by my being offended by her. She of course loudly asked me again what test I wanted to get, and I asked her if this was the way they did things here, just publicly ask people about private medical issues. She said we could go back in private and talk about it, but by this time I really did not want this, and besides, I would not trust this woman to stick a needle in me, not ever. So I left, and blond woman called after me in an unpleasant and accusatory? tone, "this is the second time you did this!". I guess in her mind I did something to her somehow? Not sure what's going on in the head of someone like that. Attention Anylabtestnow, I have never been to any of your other clinics so I don't know if this is how you run them all or if it's just this one. But you need to stop this, stop asking people about private medical issues in the middle of a clinic with strangers sitting there staring at you like monkeys in the zoo. I'm not a lawyer specializing in medical privacy issues but this has to be a violation of rules and ethics, if not an actual violation of HIPAA law. Don't go here. Don't do business with this woman. Edit/Update from later this same day: I quote from AnyLabTestNow's own documents, "ANY LAB TEST NOW is required by applicable federal law and state law to maintain the privacy of your health information." "We use and disclose health information about you for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, IF AND ONLY IF YOU PROVIDE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION." - capitalization added by myself. I have never had a drug screening test until today for my new upcoming job. The location is nice and clean and the gentleman working there was very polite and helped explain everything for me. I have been told by others sometimes you have to go in front of others or like through some kind of glass, luckily it was nothing like that. Although having to bring out the filled cup to him was weird/ awkward/ slightly embarrassing, but whatever I finished and was on my way within 15 minutes. read more

Honestly I'm pretty disappointed. When I called it seemed like the test where quick and results came back fast. Once I got there the woman behind the desk told me to come back the next day because she wasn't sure how to do a simple paternity test. I explained I lived far and was limited on time so she got help from someone else who worked there but was out of office. Once we FINALLY got our test done I was told it would take 3 days to a week to get results. It has now been almost 2 weeks and no results yet. Prices were good and the lady at the desk was nice or I wouldve only given 1 star. read more

I didn't think there would be a reason to rate a service like this... and then you receive exceptional service and it becomes necessary to spread the word! Patrick is one of the most respectful people. I saw him interact with others that had inquiries about services, and with another that had other general concerns. He treated everyone like they were the most important person there. As an employer looking to have an employee tested, he offered up a lot of great tips and info on what to expect. I have severe anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn. After working up the courage to finally leave my house & drive to the office, I still sat in my car for an hour & a half before being able to walk in! I was greeted by Alex, a kind man with a gentle voice- when I told him that I needed blood drawn I asked if he had a butterfly needle available because of my anxiety- with a reassuring smile he said "Of course. You have nothing to worry about, I'll take good care of you & you'll be done in just a few minutes". From the time I sat in the chair until the time he was tapping me on the shoulder to open my eyes & let me know I had survived, it must have been less than 45 seconds. I originally found out about Any Lab Test Now through a local news channel. They were highlighting ways for people without health insurance to save money on medical procedures. The east Thomas Road location was convenient for me. I had been getting B-12 shots at local med/spa/weight loss clinics. They always required an appointment at week in advance and the hours of operation were not convenient. I was pleased to find out that Any Lab Test Now offered several types of B-12 injections ( B12 w/Lipotropic and Vitamin B Complex). These shots are affordable and do not require an appointment. The Owner and Manager at this facility are very competent and friendly. I plan on using Any Lab Test Now for the continuation of my B-12 shots as well as any routine lab work which my doctor might order. read more
