I have NO idea why people are so upset and leaving such bad reviews on Getlabs. Ive used Getlabs 4 times now in the past year, once for my husband and 3 times for me. We have had nothing but fantastic service from them ! I suffer extreme medical anxiety so when I found Getlabs I was very happy ! All 4 times I scheduled the appointment, paid my fee and recieved a confirmation within minutes. Our phlebotomists have all been so kind and friendly ! Each time I recieved a text message letting me know when my person was on the way and what time they would be here. Always arrived exactly when stated. Also recieved a text when they arrived in front of my house. Before leaving they always tell me that they will drop off the labs and I will be able to view my results on their portal .... every time the labs are available within 24 hours (usually faster). Keep doing a great job Getlabs ... your people are great and its an awesome service you provide for people who cant get to the lab or don't want to deal with the chaos at the lab. Will always use these people if I need labwork done . That being said.... I have never had the need to contact them directly so I cant say anything about that. Its an easy process but im sure as with everything ..... things happen. read more

I was nervous after I booked this company and saw the reviews but overall had a fine experience. The individual that came to my house was kind and the process was quick. It only took her about 5 minutes to do my blood draw start to Finish. Scheduling was easy and it was so nice to be in the comfort of my own home. Not five stars because there is no way to contact the company but emailing them. My person said they arrived and they had trouble finding my apartment but there was no way to get in contact with them or the company. I would expect some way to chat/call the person coming to your house or the company. read more

Five Stars for Las Vegas! Been using Getlabs for the last 2 years. I work demanding hours and it's very hard for me to get to lab. When my doctor sends me a lab order, I simply go to Labcorp to make an appointment. I'm directed over to Getlabs . Scheduling is easy and they have appointments as early as 6am. I always schedule for 6 because it's right before I start working. Jazzmin is the phlebotomist who usually arrives. She is always on time. She is super friendl. Jazzmine has all the necessary equipment needed to complete the blood draw. Usually the day after the blood draw, I receive my lab results. This is the best $99 I can spend. Additionally, HSA cards are accepted. Thank you Getlabs for making my life easy when it comes to lab appointments! read more

In an age of telehealth, AI diagnostics, and concierge care, it's frustrating that Getlabs still can't deliver. Especially when in-home lab work is a basic convenience that modern healthcare should have nailed by now. I used Getlabs once before and was extremely disappointed. My apt was repeatedly delayed while I was fasting. When the phlebotomist finally arrived, she didn't even have medical gloves! I had to provide my own! Over a yr later, I gave them another chance. I paid for the soonest available appointment, a time slot (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Instead, I got a call at 8:30 a.m. from a woman who wouldn't give her name and said, "I'm calling to reschedule your appointment to Monday at 8-11." No apology. No flexibility. No alternative options. Just a reschedule I never agreed to..and a vague excuse that my phlebotomist had an emergency. When I asked if a partial refund or discount would be provided for the inconvenience, she said she'd look into it. Then she hung up. I got a text moments later saying my appointment was canceled. With no mention of a refund or rescheduling. I tried calling the number back multiple times. First, no answer. Then, declined. Then, voicemail. When she finally called back, she claimed I had canceled, which I hadn't- and said, "I recorded the call." (I'm in Illinois, and her caller ID said California -which raises legal concerns about recording without consent.) She still refused to give her name or her manager's contact info and hung up again. It's been over an hour, and I still haven't received a refund. On top of everything, their advertised prices are misleading. They promote $35 lab draws. The lowest I've ever seen, even weeks out, is $100. Most times they're around $130+ I hope lab centers find better partners soon. For those of us managing chronic illness, this type of service is genuinely needed. But Getlabs continues to show they're unreliable, overpriced, and unprofessional. read more

1. Technician walked into my house stinking of cigarette smoke 2. I had two physicians that requested lab tests. I submitted both orders to GetLabs online when I signed up. Technician was completely unprepared and initially asked me to print out the first physician order, which I had already submitted online, which was 24 pages. The technician then asked me to print out the second one which was another 28 pages of printing! 3. The technician had to stick needles into three different spots on my body to get the blood that was needed. 4. The only submitted the blood for one of the doctors orders. The second one they didn't do, which I specifically told her was the ones I needed done. So, I paid the money for nothing. 5. There is no way to speak to a customer service representative on the phone. They have BS AI customer support e-mail/chat. read more

Of the last 3 blood draws and urinalysis tests I have taken with them, only one actually made it to Sonora Quest. The last time they came, the phlebotomist hadn't read the order correctly, so he had to scramble all through his car to find a cup for my urine sample. I had a very poor experience with the phlebotomist this morning. It was very frustrating after only being able to meet at 5 am. They were not able to draw blood stating that the area had scar tissue. Plebotomist arrived and looked at my uncle's arms with disgust. She asked "Why are his arms red like that". I thought she new as a medical professional but she seemed very new. My uncle is an stroke patient on plavix in which causes which causes the skin to bruise easily and look paper thin due to it breaking the clots inside his arms. She still looked at him with disgust and said she needed to call her supervisor to ask for permission to draw blood. She only poked him twice and didn't even try to provide the service that I payed her for 99 dollars. Other plebotomists have come and done the job so my uncle can have his labs done and treated him kinder and not look at him with disgust. This was the worst experience ever. The company will not give me back my $99 dollars and want me to pay $99 again because the phlebotomnist came eventhough she did not do her job. Basically I got scammed. Unprofessional, dear I even say, ghetto. I've used GetLabs a few times this year. I work from home so, valued the convenience they offered. Despite our doctor sending them over multiple times, they never have lab orders. Because of this, I've had to reschedule appointments. Then today, about 20 minutes prior to our appointment, the scheduled technician called to say that our cats could not be near her because she had an allergy. I explained to her that the cats would not be near her but since they lived in the home, she would still be subject to cat dander, etc. She suggested doing a blood draw outside. I explained that our porch is dusty and asked how that would work. She went on to say I had "a tone" said my appointment would be rescheduled and hung up. Then, the person who called to reschedule called just said, "I'm calling about the appointment from 12-2 today". Not I'm calling to reschedule, not I'm calling about the incident so, I had to directly ask her why she was calling, to discuss the incident or reschedule? In short, the people here are unprofessional and require better training for sufficient customer interaction. I value convenience but, I also value a smooth and thoughtful customer experience. Yikes what a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. 3 redraws, 3 invoices with Labcorp, and over $4000 later I can tell you it's not worth the convenience. Just don't do it. I've used Get Labs on a few occasions for my PCP labs because the convenience ( it's $75, but worth it to me) of coming to your home is invaluable to me. Going to Sonora or Lab Corp is the worst, not as bad as going to Simon Dread, but almost as bad. I had labs set for the time frame between 6-8 am ( fasting ), but tech didn't get here until about 8:30, that's ok, she got here is what matters. They got my labs to Sonora quest ,and I actually had my results the next day! No mess ups either. The nice lady tech did say they are really busy and I get the feeling understaffed. The window used to be an hour, now it's two hours and prices increased but that's ok, I like getting my labs done at home. I noticed when you go to SQ website, they offer labs through Get Labs too, so that's probably the main reason they seem a lot busier now than in the past. I'll definitely use them again on my next labs and I hope they get more staff, but overall, pretty happy with this service and option. read more

There is no phone number to follow up with, no site to follow up because you need an account number, and it took a full 7 days for physicians office to receive results. At that point it was useless. We used Labcorp for the results. I'm going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Used this company for my disabled spouse who has such pain and difficulty leaving the house. In one situation my appointment was moved from Monday to Tuesday, then to Wednesday, then to Thursday only to be cancelled late Wednesday night. I've given up on them due to dramatic unreliability. Over the last year, she has had to have blood work several times and it hasn't gotten easier... until today. Both the format of in home and Jasmine's professional yet compassionate demeanor made the process so much easier. Their specialist gave me the wrong collection cup for an FOBT. Labcorp would not run it as I was given the wrong cup. They will not fix their mistake because I didn't collect when they were here. I know this 5 star review amidst all these 1 stars is hard to believe , but I actually had a wonderful experience. despite all the horrible reviews I took a chance and was not disappointed. this was my first time doing a at home lab work, usually I went directly to lab corp but it was always a very uncomfortable experience for me as I'm not the easiest person to draw blood from, so I opted to try this at home service so i can be more comfy. Ashely was kind, right on time, easy to work with, and was the first phlebotomist I didn't faint with!! So off the bat I was very pleased. she had all the right collection materials with her which I confirmed beforehand. I asked to send me a receipt of confirmation of delivery to the lab because the reviews scared me that they will loose my lab work and I would have to do this process again (which is very hard for me physically and mentally to have my blood taken) and she told me that she herself cannot confirm a delivery but I should get some form of text confirming they were being processed, I begged her to make sure everything will be delivered and processed correctly and on time, I even referenced the horrible reviews to her so she understood why I was so paranoid. A few hours later she personally texted me to confirm she dropped my lab work off!!! I was so relieved I prayed for a secure processing of my lab work, as it was very important I had this work done urgently , and boom, two days later I get all my test results I'm very pleased with this experience, maybe I just got lucky? read more

Horrible. I have a very small window in which to get bloodwork done due to what I'm testing for. GetLabs rescheduled me less than 24 hours prior to my appointment (double standard, as I as the patient am not allowed to do that). It was impossible to get in touch with any one in customer service, if that exists here, in order to try and fix this in time. Considering as well, my appointment was rescheduled at 4:30 P.M. the day before, even if there WAS a customer service person in existence I would have barely had enough time to try to resolve this with them. I can't travel to any clinic in person so services like these are what I rely on to get answers, like so many other people in these reviews. This quality of service is unacceptable. Unacceptable. I now have to wait a month to do bloodwork if I can even manage to find a different service that will coordinate with my lab and actually show up on time. The technician was very nice she collected blood specimens but did not have the proper supplies to collect a urine specimen. Initially GetLabs suggested I drive to the lab to get a specimen collection container and drive it back to the lab after I collected it myself. I refused to do this since that is what I was paying them for. After several emails and calls GetLabs finally agreed to bring a container to our house and collect the specimen. About a week later we found out that they had lost the blood specimens they had collected on the first visit. We scheduled another visit and the day of the visit one hour before the scheduled time we received a message that the appointment was changed to the next day. They made no attempt at contacting us to see if this was convenient for us (which it isn't). Also, it was a fasting test and I had not eaten for over 12 hours. This is unacceptable. read more

My technician EMA arrived at my office parking lot and checked in at 10:00, she entered my office at 10:10 and told my receptionist she had to leave by 10:14. I will never use this service again. One would think that these remote Phlebotomy services ensure proper collection, handling, and transportation of blood specimens to labs for analysis, playing a crucial role in diagnosing and monitoring health conditions. Not so much! In which I am filing a complaint with my state attorney general, HHS, etc. I initially rated Getlabs five stars based on my previous experience on how convenient this service was. However, I recently discovered that LabCorp received my specimen without an order form, which has caused significant concern. Now there is an investigation. The GetLabs technician visited my home, I personally witnessed (provided ring app video screenshots) the technician place my paperwork (lab order form) which contained my Personally Identifiable Information (PII), into the plastic sleeve along with my specimen. Despite this, LabCorp informed me via email that they received the specimen without an order form when I was reaching out to get my results prior to my Dr appointment. As a result, I now have no lab results, an upcoming doctor's appointment, and an ongoing investigation into a potential data breach involving my sensitive PII information. I am extremely concerned about how this was handled. Word of advice, be cautious with these services, your sensitive information, such as your full name, date of birth, address, and patient ID, is often included on paperwork that accompanies your specimen. Unfortunately, if this documentation is mishandled or lost, it can pose a significant data breach risk. All I can advise others to safeguard your PII information, consider the following precautions: - Verify the Technician's Credentials: Ensure the individual is a verified representative of the service provider. - Confirm the Paperwork Process: Watch the technician place your paperwork securely in the designated sleeve or container. - Ask for Confirmation: Request proof of specimen drop-off or delivery receipt whenever possible. - Follow Up Promptly: Contact the lab within a few days to confirm your specimen was received and processed with the correct documentation. I planned our trip around someone coming to our home this morning and now must go as a walkin to LacCorp and hope that i can get in before 9am. If unsuccessful, i cannot cancel our departure for a cruise. I have a PreOp visit with Neurologist in a week, no other time after returning from our honeymoon. I asked for a redraw and I detest needles! but have to have it done. I have a biopsy next Monday and I need those lab results. they will not answer a request to call back, they do not have any number for you to call. their "patient experience" expert Linzy gives no phone number and asked me, via email, to give them 24 to 72 hours to find out whose fault it was - Get Labs or sonora quest.
