**experience during covid-19 ** the hours online didn't match up to current covid times. They are not open Saturdays so might want to double check before you go. I figured since there's a small limit capacity during covid I should do an appointment. It was kinda nice upon completion I was given two options for check in upon arrival: QR code to use at a kiosk or a link sent via text. I opted for the link upon arrival. I clicked it when I arrived and waited in my vehicle until they sent me a text to walk in once they were ready for me. Upon walking in there was a blank paper and a pen on the counter. Nobody was at the reception. I walked in and assumed they didn't need me to write my name as I had checked in. Other people walked in and wrote their name on it but there was nothing in it so I left it blank. Eventually I was called in after like 10 minutes of waiting. read more

I keep apologizing as this is very inconvenient but James was super reassuring and I had nothing to apologize for. He was super patient with me and even gave me a hug as I was super stressed out about peeing. Some people who give negative reviews have to learn that workers are people too and also have bad days. I had to a drug screen for employment . I went to Lab corp at 51st Aveand they stated they don't do Drug screen so I drove to the LabCorp on Meeker Rd. They again informed me they don't do drug screens either. I finally went to the Lab Corp at 153rd and Bell where I was able to complete the Drug Screen. Employees hang out in the back, never saw anyone at the front desk. Brown-haired woman with glasses is about as miserable as they come. When I came in for my appointment that was scheduled ahead of time, no one was at the front desk. The sign posted said to check in on the kiosk, but the kiosk was broken. There was a clipboard to sign in on, but again, no one at the front desk to look at said clipboard. So another lady with an appt and I waited a half hour until someone finally came back from their lunch to check us in. Once she came back & I gave her my name she stared at the computer screen with a confused look on her face and continued to say "why is it doing that?" She then said she was not able to pull my appointment and order up on the computer so I needed a paper order from my doctor that I didn't have and was told would be sent electronically. So I was then told I couldn't be seen since they couldn't figure out how to open my order in their system. Seriously?! Ridiculous. read more

Wow, wow, wow... I wish I'd checked Yelp on this location before we arrived. Do NOT come here... The wait is extremely long. Try another location. You have to arrive well hydrated (so you can take the test, right?) and this place won't let my friend use the bathroom while we wait. We have been waiting an hour, standing because they are not nearly enough chairs, while she is trying to hold her bladder. She's here for an International Aerospace Engineering Program and they're treating her like a criminal who has to do the mandatory checkin drug test. I'm so surprised at this experience because the LabCorps I've been to in CA are so organized and quick, and they will let you use a sample cup if you need to use the bathroom during your short wait. I would not recommend this location to anyone, but if you come, do so before 10am... Around 9am, maybe. I overheard them saying hey get busy by 10. If they're always so busy and have consistently bad reviews and long waits, it's commonsensical that they need a bigger facility. I came here since it's the closest drug test available. They seemed just ok, it's good that they have a water dispenser in the waiting area. I had an appointment but I still didn't get in right away and had to wait for a few others that checked in on paper before me. I found out later that I should have told them about my appointment ahead of time, but I find that strange. They should have a record of names for those who have appointments so that my bladder can relieve itself when I expected to be in. So in essence, you don't have to be prepared before going to get your test since they will make you wait long enough anyways and there is water to get you ready. Not sure if that's a good thing. It probably took about 40 minutes in total but the wait time was 75% of it. I was miserably trying to hold it in so the bathroom part took only 10 minutes including paper work and I was out. read more

Definitely would not recommend this location for a drug test. Went here for one and had an appointment scheduled 2 days in advance. When I arrived, I attempted to check in online from my vehicle and it wasn't working. So I decided to go inside to attempt to check in and when I got inside there was like 10 people waiting to be seen. (Mind you, this is a VERY small location) When I walked to the front desk to check and see about my appointment I was advised that the online system was down but they would try to find my appointment. That was it. Didn't ask for my name or what the appointment time was or any of that information. She then proceeds to ask another lady in the waiting room what she was waiting for and never got back to me on the appointment. Then, they decided to have everyone sign in on a paper sheet and I had to get behind EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE. When I got back to do my test, the lady was very blunt and rude towards me on top of everything else I had dealt with. I only went to this location because it was the best reviewed out of the area and it was still such an awful experience. I will make sure to avoid this location in the future. Alright not bad.. there is only 1 Lady there today. Poor thing she has about 4 people right now in the waiting room. But she is very nice. With such little staffing it would be hard to be very efficient especially since you have got to understand Saturday's are possible the most busy days. As for the time it took me it was 20 min. Which not bad considering the circumstances. The technician was very respectful and took her time explaining everything. The facility was nice and clean. This place is terrible! When initially checking in, there was no one at the front desk to take the registration information from the customers. I had an appointment at 10 and they didn't call me back until 11. I get that most of the people had been waiting longer than me, but what is the point of scheduling an appointment if I'm not going to actually be able to get in at that time?! Had to do a drug screen for a job. Only had a couple days and of course I showed up and they're closed on Mondays and it's the only one on this side of town. Realizing this I showed up Tuesday morning to get ahead of the line but there was already a long line before it opened. Waited about 45 minutes and the collector brought back two at a time but only one bathroom worked. Very awkward bringing my piss cup to an audience of the collector and the other dude waiting to do his thing.
