She had the BEST bedside manner--so warm, caring, and empathetic. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and truly made me feel cared for. She recommended I follow up with my primary care provider, but the earliest appointment I could get was two weeks out. So, I made another appointment at the CVS MinuteClinic on Germann--and to my surprise, when I walked in, I locked eyes with NP Heather again! I was immediately relieved and so thankful to see her familiar and kind face. She is absolutely in the right profession. They don't take my insurance but I do send the claim into my insurance and get reimbursed so if that works for me.

He was out of his prescribed pain medications. Cindy did not care about the fact that my father was supposed to be on palliative care (her counterpart Eric was "researching it"). He should have one doctor prescribing his meds and managing his healthcare. She insisted that for my father to get his end of life pain meds, he needed to be seen. (Proven yet denied by Cindy, that we received two days of pain meds while she was out because Eric refused to see him.) Unfortunately, my father cannot hardly walk and can barely sit-up. This was of no consequence to Cindy, she "needed to see him". So, I and a friend of the family took him. Due to the exertion of moving him, he was unable to speak or make decisions. He fell twice trying to just get him there! Hence, why he gave me medical POA! Well, long story short, when I confronted her absolute disregard for my fathers well being, she locked me out from being able to make decisions. Literally, tricked me into going into the hallway and then locked the door. She is out of her mind! I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and truly hope that if you are considering this terrible person to be your healthcare provider, that you reconsider. There other, more qualified providers located in Spring Valley, Dewey or PV. Sadly, it could literally be life or death!

The forms were completed on your phone via text link the staff send you. Easy to complete. My husband received great care and treatment from Gregory PA and Dr. Chopra. Gregory was super supportive with completing his verbal and physical exams. He took the time to obtain the medical history and understanding what events led up to the back pain. He helped him get up from the exam table and it felt very caring especially. Dr. Chopra also provided an exam and reviewed his treatment plan with us. He recommended a follow up appointment. We were not rushed at all and currently on the road the recovery. We are very grateful for everyone who helped us.

I put another call in friday and they said they'd get it on over to me. The office has closed and still no script. This place is ridiculous and I'd never go back. Spent $150 for an office visit on October 30th to get my depression medications refilled. Knowing I…read moredon't have insurance, they bombarded me with requests for additional labs and tests (colonoscopy, mammogram, Ob-gyn, heart. etc.) Dr. Maheshwari gave an order of 8-10 lab tests in order to get my meds, which I did, for $275.00. The Dr.'s office called me last week confirming they received the results ( as did I, in MyChart) and wanting me to come back in to go over them for another $150.00 office visit. When I told them I received the results as well, and yes, I know my cholesterol is slightly elevated ( as it has been but there has been NO change and it is not dangerously so) I sent a message to the Dr. reiterating the medications I needed refilled. I called today as I have not heard from the pharmacy, nor have they received anything from the Dr. I was informed that because I did not make that appointment, she would no longer provide care. TO BE CLEAR: At my 1st office visit, she assured me she knew my situation, and would work with me to limit my office visits to once a year and tests/labs required because I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. If this is her idea of care, I'd hate to see what it is when she doesn't care.

News flash, everyone has a portal and everything is digital these days. I have the bar codes, and the instructions for the tech to search the system in case they couldn't find the order. She refused to do so. Fine, I get a printed copy and make another appointment. Its only my time and money wasted. The biggest complaint is my mother also had an appointment at the same time. She was suppose to provide urine for a urine test. She is 84 and struggles sometimes with this. They provided her the materials to collect the urine at home and bring it back. We came back the next morning, thinking it was as simple drop off. WRONG. Apparently you need an appointment for everything here. They made her wait 45 minutes before someone came and collected her sample. The front desk was completely unhelpful, not sure what they actually do. Any time you ask them a question, or for help they dismiss you. I couldn't even get a human to answer the phone when I called from the waiting room, as there is a time limit as to how long a sample is viable. We will never come back here.
