I had breast cancer in 2020 and part of my follow up care is bloodwork that can detect cancer markers. It's a mail in kit and having it done at Any Lab Test Now is the most convenient way to handle it every four months. Today was my first visit to this location and Lisa took care of me so well. I didn't even get nervous because she was awesome. I will be coming to this location everytime -it's a bit of a drive from Chandler but well worth going the extra mile- just like Lisa did!

News flash, everyone has a portal and everything is digital these days. I have the bar codes, and the instructions for the tech to search the system in case they couldn't find the order. She refused to do so. Fine, I get a printed copy and make another appointment. Its only my time and money wasted. The biggest complaint is my mother also had an appointment at the same time. She was suppose to provide urine for a urine test. She is 84 and struggles sometimes with this. They provided her the materials to collect the urine at home and bring it back. We came back the next morning, thinking it was as simple drop off. WRONG. Apparently you need an appointment for everything here. They made her wait 45 minutes before someone came and collected her sample. The front desk was completely unhelpful, not sure what they actually do. Any time you ask them a question, or for help they dismiss you. I couldn't even get a human to answer the phone when I called from the waiting room, as there is a time limit as to how long a sample is viable. We will never come back here.

I had a bunch of paperwork to fill out even after doing it online (to be expected I suppose), but as I was giving my paperwork back I witnessed the staff being so rude again to another patient who was trying to figure things out for her very elderly mother. It's so sad to see healthcare workers in any capacity treating patients as if they're such a bother. I was already worried about this appointment, because it was my first, but there was a redemption. The tech who did the imaging for my mammogram was Shelby -- she turned the experience around. Shelby was so kind, professional, and put me at ease. She explained to me exactly how the appointment would go, and what to expect next. If I could give 5 stars to her, I would. Overall, I would highly recommend looking at reviews ahead of time-- if you have a choice to go someplace else, do it.

I saw some reviews here complaining about it being an issue, so I made sure to pay attention to my text messages and call ahead of time to triple check my appointment was confirmed. It did take extra time for the person doing the MRI to show up, but you can wait with your phone so it was no big deal and this was clearly communicated to me. Imaging went well! Care good. I was even allowed to have my stuffed animal, haha
