Between the initial office visit and one set of labs, I've already spent over $1,000. I was told the labs would "usually come back fairly reasonable" through insurance, but $725 is far from reasonable. I was also told there was a cash-pay option of $900, which is equally concerning. I'm not sure what standard of "reasonable" this clinic is using, because these costs feel excessive and out of reach for many people. It gave me the impression that this practice may only be accessible to those for whom cost isn't a concern. Additionally, my experience during the in-office lab draw was concerning. The staff member who attempted it seemed very inexperienced, she removed the tourniquet before even attempting to insert the needle and then tried to reposition the needle after insertion. Another staff member had to step in and was able to draw the labs immediately without any issues, which was frustrating given that I've been told I have easy veins. On top of that, I would have had to pay another $219 out of pocket for a follow-up lab review that was supposed to happen within 7-10 days, but the earliest available appointment was a month out. At that point, I decided to cancel and take it as a sign. I would not return and cannot recommend this clinic. I would hate for someone else to end up in the same position, especially when you're already not feeling well and just trying to find answers, only to be left with an unexpected financial burden on top of it.

My daughter looked stunned and didn't understand why Amanda was being so antagonistic. Amanda was the office manager then, I don't understand why she is now the owner? RUN from this clinic. It seems I read the Dino is back in ownership. He's no better. When I ran into him in a hallway and I said hello, he looked the other way. I remember thinking, 'he knows she is dying but they keep pumping her full of toxins & taking our money (we 2nd mortgaged our home for this). I wish I'd never heard of this clinic. They will remove you money, they won't help your loved one, only make them sicker. Don't believe their sales pitch, not one word. (think of a sleezy used car salesman) Do believe the 1 star reviews. I have been harassed for my one star reviews and had them removed, as have other patients. Look for at the bottom of the reviews where it says "reviews not currently recommended". Read those too. Please don't go there. Save yourself and your loved ones the gut wrenching grief.

We went to Arizona General on Ellsworth and Elliot. From the minute we walked in to register until I left there was pleasant helpful staff. We arrived around 9pm, Emily at registration was kind and quickly got me registered. About two minutes later I starting receiving text updates about my wait time. These texts continued throughout my stay in the ED, keeping me up to date on my progress. AND, this morning I received another text offering help to find a PCP and make a follow up appointment!! The Triage team saw me within 20 minutes, and about 10 minutes later I was called back to a room. Dr. Okafor came into the room, listened to my symptoms, and immediately told me he would be ordering a CT scan and blood work. All the tests, blood work, CT scan, were done so quickly, I was truly astonished. Gratefully, nothing was seriously wrong, and I was informed I'd be going home. Karla, RN, explained all my discharge paperwork instructions very clearly, my IV was removed, and we were on our way home. This entire process was so quick and efficient! We arrived around 9 pm and we were back in our home at 12:03 am, this is including our drive time. It took over an hour to be seen and I had to leave without being seen , when I tried to reschedule. They wouldn't get me back in for three weeks, after bilateral pneumonia!!, how was that follow up? For three weeks they can't get me to listen to my lungs for a five minute follow up. I think the doctors are great if you can get past the rude front office.
