If you love your child, never ever take them here! The nurse practitioner M. Kim prescribed my child antibiotics and steroids and it was flagged by Walgreens for being 4 times the limit for a 7 year old! And the steroids were flagged for being too low! I was also told this has happened with her before. On top of all this, Ms Kim thought my 7 year old son was 41 because his birthday was entered in wrong. I thought she was joking and she wasn't! Then she proceeded to say he was 4!!! This is after I told her he was 7 about 10 times. She couldn't figure out the dosage for him so we sat there and watched her google it for 10 minutes on her cell phone. And it ended up still being wrong to the point where Walgreens told me it could have damaged his heart! The whole experience was insane. read more

Actually, the PA that works there was great! She listened and gave me the meds I needed to get to feeling better.

I took my daughter to the Rural rd location this morning and i am very satisfied with the care we received from Robin Lee P.A. She was so thorough and took her time through the whole appointment. I stopped in kind of an emergency. They were so helpful and kind there. They had me fill out information..and got right in on a Friday morning. A large cactus fell on my right leg..5 days prior... infection set in. They took good care of me and the infection had occurred during the few days before. I was feeling terrible, and I knew something was wrong. I called my primary care doctor. They couldn't squeeze me in until a few days later. I couldn't wait that long. I got on to The Little Clinic's website. They had a slot open. I booked it. All that took no more than five minutes. I had my appointment with Tammy. I told her what I thought it was. She confirmed it. I thought I had an ear infection. She came up the conclusion that I had a sinus infection AND an ear infection. She wrote me a prescription. Where do I start? We are here in Arizona for spring training. Our teenage boy developed a severe ear infection last night with a fever. As a parent, you hate seeing your children sick. You'd do anything to take their pain away. Not being from this area, we relied on the great reviews on Yelp to find this gem of a clinic. The staff were super friendly and made us feel comfortable from the first moment. They were able to diagnose an ear infection while also ruling out flu and covid. As a huge bonus and convenience, the pharmacy is right next to the clinic. I cannot recommend the Little Clinic enough! If 10 stars was an option, I'd give it 10 stars! read more

I came in as a walk in and they told me to come back an hour later but i came alittle before and they took me in early. The doctor/nurse got straight to the point and gave me a strep throat test because that is what i told them i think it was (i've gotten strep many times) and then they prescribed me with the medications i needed to help. So I wake up on a Saturday morning with a plugged up right ear. Oh no. This sucks! Shortly after, I began to get dizzy and thought that it must be connected to the plugged ear. Because I hate being sick, I didn't want to risk going to urgent care where germs are likely to abound. No way! I told my friend and fellow Yelper about my dilemma and she referred me here. She mentioned it was less expensive than urgent care (on my medical plan) so out the door I went. Oh well, wait...first I looked at their site online and found that there was only a 2 minute wait. Yes, you can see the amount of time you'll spend waiting by going to the site and selecting a location. As we were in the car, I filled out as much information as I could and pressed submit. I got a code back and was instructed to check in at the kiosk when I arrived. The location was easy to find in the store and as soon as I approached the counter a woman jumped in before me. I checked-in and sat at bit while the woman ahead of me was served. No big deal, I'm just not the world's most patient person. I was taken back in about 10 minutes and saw the PA a few minutes later. He was thorough and efficient. He diagnosed my ear issues very quickly and with confidence. He checked for drug interactions before telling me what OTC drugs I'd need to take and said he felt my symptoms would subside by end of day or the following day. Well, I'm here to say he was spot on. By that evening, the pressure in my ear had vanished and the dizziness was gone. Overall this was an unexpected great experience. I will go back here instead of an urgent care facility. read more

Have had good experiences here until today. Made a web appt for a covid booster. Showed up and was told my appt had actually been made with the pharmacy (switched by the website). One person working the pharmacy was overwhelmed with filling Rx, working the windows and receiving shipments. The pharmacist gave me the paperwork and told me to go back to the Little Clinic (which had a 30+ minute wait). Or was told I could go to the website and make an appointment. (Which I had done and here we were.) Told them I was heading to Safeway to do the booster there. An example of a corporation reducing their staffing to save money. What's next? A self-serve vax line where I inject myself while scanning my groceries? read more

I cut my finger last week on NYE and luckily found the Little Clinic still open at 2:30pm, when my drugstore clinic was already closed. I called and asked if there was a line and found out there were only 3 people ahead of me. I arrived and was promptly checked in by the receptionist. There was a $30 co-pay with my insurance. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. I waited around (I had brought a book to read) and about 30 minutes later, Ryan Linder called my name and I went into the little exam room. I explained what happened but about 30 seconds after looking at my finger, he said that I would need stitches because of the size and location of the cut. He said that they don't do stitches there but that I would need to go to an urgent care or ER. He apologized for making me wait and then had the receptionist refund me the $30 co-pay. Although he couldn't take care of my finger, I appreciate his prompt (relatively on a holiday) attention and great customer service. read more

Lives up to the previous reviews. Front staff was super friendly (sorry I missed your name!), virtually no wait from the time I sat down to when the NP was ready to see me. Came in thinking I had strep; they did an instant test (negative), talked thru symptoms -- allergies, as it turns out -- and gave me specific recommendations on meds and doses. After 4 days of misery I was feeling normal again by noon. I will definitely be using them the next time I need urgent care. read more

My ear started ringing on a Monday. By the 4th day it was really hurting and ringing loud. I wasn't able to sleep so I looked up an urgent cares in my area. I don't have health insurance so I looked up prices for the urgent cares close to me and The Little Clinic came up. I saw that it was cheaper and had better reviews. I made an apt on their website that next morning. The staff and Nurse practitioner we amazing. The NP was very helpful and nice. She recommended some over the counter medications and explained why I didn't need a prescription medication. My ear ringing and ear pain went away in about 2 days. I definitely recommend going here. I also received a call 3 days later from the Little Clinic to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. read more

I highly suggest you find another healthcare provider. The clinic staff were great but dealing with corporate and billing is useless. There's no personal follow up when insurance fails to pay. They continued to submit deigned insurance invoices over and over without any attempt at rectifying the problem. Not one phone call, not one email or a letter requesting help in resolving the matter. I rarely post negative comments. But after receiving a call from a collection company at 7 am, a rude service rep stating I did not supply the correct insurance information (photo copied at the clinic) therefor I was at fault and owed the money. There are many other providers.. Again I suggest you don't give this group one single dime of yours. read more

I felt a little something coming on that didn't require a doctors visit, so I checked out some clinics in the area (by cheapest price, since all I really needed was a prescription) I stopped in here and was seen almost immediately, even though it was almost lunch time. I saw the doctor very fast and even though I cannot remember her name, she was SOO so sweet and made me feel a little better even just by talking to me. She wrote me the prescription, and even refunded me for part of my bill since I didn't need the 'required' testing. I will definitely go back here again for the any minor and non-emergency medical problems. read more

I made an appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early as suggested. Front desk was super nice and had me finish my check in. I was pulled to the back exactly at 10am. The nurse took my vitals and strep culture. She was super nice! The doctor was nice as well and sent my prescription to my pharmacy of choice. Pleasant experience! read more

I woke up sick and in pain. They worked me into their schedule within the hour when I called for an appointment. At the appointment both the assistant and nurse practitioner were thoughtful, professional, and prompt. A few days later the nurse practitioner called to check on me. I definitely recommend using the Little Clinic. This was the first time I had been in for being ill. Previously had received my Covid vaccine from a different location. I went on a Saturday in terrible pain with ears and throat. The NP was nice, did a throat culture, very professional and courteous staff. I would go back here. Unfortunately the NP didn't give me a correct diagnosis and wouldn't prescribe antibiotics (which I got a few days later after the holiday weekend). I realize the medical professionals are told not to over prescribe antibiotics but being in pain for over a week with all other clinical indicators should be reason enough for providing a patient more comfort. I would have given higher stars if this particular NP could have recognized that. read more

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some good news with you. That is, on the day of July 26th, 2016 I went into The Little Clinic for antibiotics for my chronic sinusitis ailment. Fortunately, my experience with the front desk health care receptionist and FNP (family nurse practitioner) were very helpful---especially Betty Hahn, FNP. While I was checking in with the front desk health care receptionist, Betty came to the front desk to make sure that my symptoms are in agreement with my sinusitis prior to my examination, so my visit wouldn't be wasteful. That tells me she's a woman of integrity. During my examination Betty was very courteous, caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable of my current ailment. Betty's customer service is impeccable! Leaving The Little Clinic with Betty Hahn as my FNP, left me feeling very "hopeful." So, if you ever need immediate medical care, and your private M.D. is not available---I would strongly recommend Betty Hahn, FNP as your Family Nurse Practitioner in Mesa, on McKellip and Stapley Dr. I promise you, you wont regret it! Awful. The APRN Stephanie, was absolutely terrible. Wouldn't even listen to me. I came in sick, she didn't even examine me, didn't look in the ears, nose, throat, nothing. I told her I was prone to sinus infections, that doesn't mean I'm right and that I'm a doctor?! Something needs to seriously been done about this. I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice though. I'll be going back to the cvs minute clinic from now one. I expected to get help going in. Not belittled. read more

This place is a godsend! I was trying to do some grocery shopping but the little one was not having it. Typical ear infection crankiness. We passed the clinic and decided to give it a shot, since our pediatrician is usually booked for weeks. We waited a few minutes (thankfully, just time for one tantrum) before a friendly nurse practitioner saw the little one. Unlike usual doctor visits, I didn't feel rushed. The nurse practitioner was very patient and helpful. Afterwards, we walked over to the pharmacy for some meds and were all set. Since coming, I've sent a few girlfriends here. Somewhere between the local urgent care clinic and getting a flu shot at Walgreens, you'll find this place. If all you need is some minor medical service, try them first. I went to The Little Clinic on Rural and Southern in Tempe on Thursday. I was greeted warmly and had hardly any wait. The Nurse Practitioner was respectful and knowledgeable. She gave me Z-Pak for my bronchitis. She spent time ensuring my current meds didn't interact with the ones given. However, I was called on Saturday to ask how I was feeling. I wasn't much better and the staff was very concerned. Within 20 minutes another NP contacted me to call in a prescription for Augmentin. I just couldn't be more impressed by their care and professionalism. I have recommended The LIttle Clinic to everyone I know. read more

I went to the Stapley and Mckellups location on a this 3 day weekend for a terrible sinus infection and sore throat and coughing. Donald said my symptoms were not enough for a prescription and to just buy stuff off the shelf. I explained that I was already doing that and I am getting worse. He said If it does not go away in ten days then to come back and he will look again. Sounds like an insurance scam at my expense. Now I have to wait for my family doctor to open on Tuesday. I told my neighbor from Mexico about this whole sham and he felt sorry for me. He went to the pinata shop around the corner and got me some amoxicillin. I went the other day for the first time and I can only say WOW. I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen but the doctor multiple times reassure me she was going to be done soon which I liked and I was in no hurry. When it was my turn she asked me multiple questions and she sat back to think what could my diagnosis be. I really liked that she took time to think instead of just telling me right aways just to get more money or sent me a prescription. This is clinic was clean and the personal was friendly. I recommend it for minor things instead of going to urgent care. read more
