I did a walk-in for routine bloodwork and I was able to checkin pretty quickly, however when I was seen the phlebotomist that called me back had her 'mask' (it was a bandanna) pulled down, that didn't bother me too much but I expected her to pull it up when she went to go draw my blood, but that was not the case. Luckily I am vaccinated against Covid, but I am sure they see plenty of vulnerable demographics and this is a health issue. read more

I was disappointed when I had to complete a drug test in Mesa! I had just come from my doctors office in that area earlier and did not want to do that trek again. I was pleasantly surprised to find one closer!!! I had to wait 10 minutes, but I was checked and on my way quickly. Nice to have one in Ahwatukee! I went to the Ray Rd ofice today for routing blood work. I have gone to this office many times in the past for testing. On their door was a sign stating that blood work is no longer being done at that location. PERIOD! No other info was provided. When I asked an employee (male, Eastern Indian) at the front desk where the nearest alternate location for blood work was, he very rudely responded, "There's a sign on the door!" He then proceded to hand me a list of other Labcorp locations. I will NEVER consider Labcorp again! I then went Sonora Quest, where I was treated as a valued patient. read more

I went here with my mother and sister on a Saturday morning so my mom could take an employment drug test. The place wasn't packed which was a plus, but the two employees that were working that day were extremely short tempered! My mother is about to be 60 and she asks a lot of questions to make sure she's doing things correctly. I knew her personality paired with this short tempered guy wouldn't mix. So he calls her up to the counter, and she questions if he needs her paperwork from the company sending her there and he says to her that he has no idea what she is talking about. So my sister and I tell her not to worry about it and to wait until he requests these items. So he tells her to come through the door to take her test and she comes back out because now he wants those same papers she offered to begin with. My sister hands them to her and she goes back to take her test. But wait there's more! We hear our mom in the back asking if she could wash her hands and the guy scolds her not to do anything until he tells her to. Not 5 minutes later, here she come back through the door saying he said she needs to take another test because her urine was out of range! She tells us we she can't leave and he advises if she did he would report it to her potential employer. So we go outside to wait, while our mom is by the water cooler chugging water for her second test. Fast forward 30 minutes and she comes out and says she's done. I get the paperwork from her because I KNOW this grumpy man has probably done something ill. So I ask my mom did she see him seal the cup, and she says no it wasn't sealed, so I say did you even sign the cup verifying it was your specimen sample, and no she didn't. Now before anyone thinks my mom is illiterate or slow, she is not! She isn't used to drug tests and all of this jazz. She's worked since 12 and and held her last job for over 30 years. So to say drug tests and labs are new to her is an understatement. Anyhow I tell her he could do anything to her test since she signed the paperwork and didn't inquire about the cup not being sealed and I tell her to call her potential employer during the weekday. Getting to the point, my mom tells me this morning the job offer was rescinded due to the drug test! I'm pissed because my mom has NEVER smoked or drank. I even get in spats with her telling me my liver is going to fail off of some $5 Barefoot wine. This lady even hates that I support marijuana legalization and usage... so how in the hell is she going to fail a drug test! It actually pisses me off because my mom is older as I've stated and she has gone through hell looking for employment, and if you're not aware it gets a bit harder with age. I'm 33 and I've experienced this. Anyhow I'm sad for my mom and angry, and I'm wondering how many others have lost out on opportunities because of this four eyed devil?! This company is completely terrible! This location gives you an option to wait to speak to a representative but it just puts you in hold for a few minutes and disconnects. Happened to me just now twice. Also, only 5 locations s actually take drug screening for schools/employers. Their toll free number sent me to a location that didn't do the drug screen I need for nursing school...even though that was exactly what I asked for. So frustrated with this company! read more

I called on Friday to pay my LabCorp bill, and I had to turn my credit card off after the third freaking time they charged me for the same bill on the same day. Came here for an employment drug test and my experience was much like the others here. I am convinced that LabCorp doesn't care about its clients or employees. At this location, there was only one person working and there were about 20 people waiting to be seen. Given my time restraints with my full-time job, I had to be seen on this day. The wait was 2 hours. The lab tech was friendly to me and kept calm despite how many people were there asking him questions constantly. Lab Corp should really think about the safety of everyone involved. The doors are locked at 3:30pm and everyone is told to keep it locked. Meanwhile, no one is attending to the front desk. A young man who was caught with something during his drug screen left and came back in. Thankfully he left again at will, but what if he would have been upset or violent? Never coming back to this location. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars here I would. This place was an absolute dump. It was poorly run and I was legitimately scared to have my blood drawn here for fear of their poorly trained staff using contaminated needles. When I first walked in the waiting room was overflowing with people with no place to sit and even though I had an appt I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The receptionist was extremely rude and when my name was finally called it turned out the receptionist was also the person taking my blood! I absolutely agree with the other reviewer that the staff have the mentality of prison guards and treat patients accordingly. If you have to go to Labcorp I suggest trying a different location because this one is the WORST. read more

I read the reviews and was slightly worried that I had to come here but the reviews were not accurate. As soon as I walk in the man behind the desk has me sign in. One by one he calls up people that were there before me and he gets further information. While he does this there is a lady calling names and collecting the urine samples. After about 4 more people walk in after me the guy at the front desk then gets up, puts on a lab coat and starts helping with collecting samples to move the crowd faster. Nothing horrible or great just a simple, put your stuff in a box, go pee up to this line, don't flush, wash your hands, sign these papers and you're out. I was there for about 30-40 minutes and I arrived there about 30 minutes after they had opened on a Saturday morning. read more

This was a great experience for a drug screening. I made my appointment on their website the day before. I showed up 5 or 10 minutes early and registered on my cell phone per the instructions I had been emailed. They took me back right away. The woman who helped me was very nice. My appointment was for 1030 am and I was pulling out of the parking lot at 1032 am. You can't beat that for great service. Just a thought that some of the negative reviews are because people don't make appointments ahead of time and walk in expecting to be seen before people who have. read more

I pretty much knew what I was getting into having to come to this location for a urine test, especially after reading the reviews. They were as accurate as could be. I come in, sign in and sit down. No one was the front desk. I wait for 45 minutes with a room full of people before the front desk lady comes in and starts taking paperwork and ID's. I look at the clock and see it's 30 minutes before their lunch time which was described in a previous review that they start to hustle about that time. Gotta get their grub on. This company is the worst company for any type of tests because their employees just sit where you can't see them, but you can hear them just having a grand old time while we sit here waiting to be acknowledged and then when it's almost lunch time you decide to get the people in your waiting room out the door. All we have to do is PEE IN A CUP! It should NOT take me almost 2 hours to do so. I'm hungry too so I'm probably hangry, but this is no joke the truth about this ridiculous company. My husband and i went in for him to get a drug test done and the lady at the front was being the biggest a-hole a person can be because we had our 2kids with us. I went outside to hang out with them while my husband got called my son needed to use the restroom and i asked the lady upfront if we could use the restroom and she stared at me hesitated and said we dont have a restroom! Umm excuse me but my husband is getting a urine drug test done and theres no restroom?!?!?! She was being a bitch because we had kids with us and she didnt want my son inside the facility. I should have read FN's review before going here. She, or he, is right on. Also, I was asked for a credit card hold in case my insurance did not cover 100% of the lab work, something I have never been asked before in other Lab's. Then the lady at the front desk wanted me to sign a piece of paper agreeing to pay hundreds of dollars in lab work if the insurance did not. I asked if they were contracted by my insurance company (a major insurance carrier), and she said point blank that she did not know, which I found hard to believe, and that finding out was my responsibility (which is what I was trying to do by asking her). At that point I could not take the abuse anymore and I asked for all my information back and walked out the door. I will be asking my doctor to send me to a different lab, and if he can't, I guess I will be changing doctors. read more

I came on Saturday 05/19 at 11:52am for a urine drug test for a job I recently got hired for. I came in, and first off there was no one sitting in the reception area to greet the patients, but I signed in anyway and sat down and waited to be called. An hour passed by and at 12:49pm FINALLY someone came into the front desk area to call people's names, only to be told we have to wait around another hour/hour and a half. I asked politely how long it would take because I had to use the restroom really bad and the lady said "we don't have public restrooms sorry" so I said okay and figured well I have an hour to spare and there's a gas station across the street, might as well just go real quick since they didn't allow me to use the restroom. And when I tried to walk out another lady working there told me I couldn't leave because the law prohibited me to do so. And if I left my name would be crossed off the list and I'd have to sign back in when I came back. So I told them "well what do you guys want me to do because I really have to use the restroom?" and the lady sitting in the front told me "umm idk?" .. so I left anyway because I couldn't hold it anymore. I came back at 1:30 because that's when they came back from lunch. A man sitting behind me also had to use the restroom about 5 mins of me coming back and they allowed him to use the restroom.
