Came here for an employment drug screen. The hours posted online and on the door say 8:00AM-3:00PM and that they're closed from 12:00PM-12:30PM for lunch. I got here at 11:43AM and the door was unlocked, the door from the lobby into the back was left open and no one was up front. At about 12:01PM the lady came back and was like, "How did you get in here?!" I must have scared her because she wasn't expecting someone to be in the lobby. She did my drug test despite it being her lunch time. She was really nice and called me "babe." read more

Waiting for 3 hours and still waiting. Disgraceful. Currently 27 people waiting with only 9 chairs and a waiting area that can't handle this many people. Only one employee working. She is checking people in and performing the lab tests. ONE SINGLE PERSON DOING INTAKE AND TESTING. There must be some regulation concerning this situation and I'm going to find it. read more

I had made an appointment online which was easy to do. They seemed to be booked up when looking online but once I got there there was no one waiting. My appointment was at 2:30 on a Tuesday. I was kind of turned off by the unprofessional discussion being held by the two staff who were quite loud and didn't curb their discussion even though I was within five feet. I had to wait to be checked in because they were finishing their discussion about mistresses, wills, and such. Facility was clean and easy to find. read more

Extremely difficult to find as it is located in a maze of medical offices. But my major issue with this LabCorp is that they only do urine drug testing at this location - NO BLOOD WORK at all. Would be nice if they mentioned this online. read more

Staff are unhappy and understaffed. Religious music and talk show blaring. At noon they literally kicked everyone out so they could take a 30 min lunch. This place is a joke. I don't recommend coming here at all. read more

Wish this place would have a actual person answer the phones it is ridiculous and pretty bad on customer service. Btw don't leave a message they will NEVER call you back. I just wanted the holiday hours and nope their stupid automated answering machine that every location has just says the have reduced hours or they are closed which one is it. I arrived at 825am and had 7 people in front of me and even one come in that had an appointment so they were helped before me and I still was out of there by 855am. Leslie is very nice and thoughtful. I had to go pee sooooooooooo bad by the time it was my turn, I left my keys and my phone in the lobby. I told her I had to go soooooooo bad I didnt care about any of that, lol. She chuckled and told me where to go to test and even went and got my belongings for ne so they would get stolen. They only do urine drug testing at this location... nothing else... do more research prior to going to any of the labcorps, the one off of sack and 64th ave is no longer there but the map the doctors give out still has it on there and so does iPhone maps. read more

The hours on the door said I would be opened Tuesday Sept 26 at 8 AM. We come to get what we need done and a sign on the door states the place is closed today. How do you run a business like this? We won't be back. read more

I went to this location after reading all the negative ones about the location on Thunderbird. I also went because I read it would be faster because they only do urine pre employment drug screening there. I went in around 10 A.M. and there were two people working. The receptionist was friendly and I only saw three guys ahead of me. One lady came in after I signed in and I only waited 5-7 minutes. The lady was very efficient and nice and I was done with the whole process less than 15 minutes. If you only need a drug screening done, I highly suggest this location! Though it might take a little while to find the exact office in the back office lots but worth it! read more

There is 1 lady who runs the whole show here, answers phones, takes insurance cards, signs you in AND does the labs. This makes for some very long lines & even grumpier people. I really felt bad with how horrible everyone was being to her. Anyways, it took about 30 minutes to be called back which isn't bad considering the long line of people ahead of me. The lady working was very efficient & I barely had a chance to get comfortable in the seat where she would be drawing my blood before I was finished. I'm afraid to go with all the stellar reviews I've read...and the online aptt effort stinks, took about a half an hour to find one close by and that is apparently closed and phone just rings....if I were a share holder I'd sell and if I was offered to buy I'd pass.....St. Francis pray for me.... read more

My only gripe is that they only have one person running the entire clinic, taking samples, answering phones, checking in patients, etc.... That is kind of tough for both the tech and the patient. read more

This place should be shut down. Showed up at 7am for drug screening on Saturday. They decided they weren't going to open. Then I showed up this morning was the first one there and they called 8 people before me. It was almost 9:20 and no one was called back yet. After waiting an hour 15 minutes outside that is ridiculous. I had to pickup my daughter at the hospital so I left. This place has no outside seating and the gentleman at the window was extremely rude and uncaring. I would highly recommend employment companies not use this company until changes are made. They don't seem to care and have a lack of speed when it comes to people's time. read more

I have used this location a few time and it has always been clean. The staff is not very friendly especially some of the people at the front desk. Yesterday after waiting for a bit I was informed they no longer do blood testing. Whats the point of having a lab testing office that does not do blood testing? Labcorp should just close it so other people don't waist their time going their only to be given directions to go somewhere else. read more

I had to say hello to the receptionist- no eye contact, very cold. Had her radio blaring. ZERO customer service skills. No name tag.. she was a middle aged African American lady with glasses. Very unfriendly. read more

Unbelievably inefficient. Only seems one person working front desk and doing UDS waiting several hours. Not being honest about wait times reporting 40 minutes which reality was several hours. I rarely leave reviews or complain but this was warranted. I work in the medical field and will not work with Lab Corp when given the choice I will use Sonora Quest. read more

I went in at about 10am on a Monday to do a pre-employment drug test. I was out by 10:30am. Quick process. & the great thing about this location is they only do urine testing. So if you need a drug test this is the best one to come out to. You're in and out. read more

Poor customer service! I've only had to deal with LabCorp a handful of times, a couple different locations, and it is the same every time. At both locations the employees seemed less than friendly, unhappy, and unprofessional. My first encounter was the location on Bell. Just simply there to drop off a sample for my elderly mother and the gal behind the desk was so rude, giving me the third degree about the sample. I was so shocked and caught off guard. She was soooo unprofessional. Next, I just made a call today to the same LabCorp location to just SIMPLY check and see if they received the faxed lab order for my daughter's blood work. Don't bother trying to call them directly. You will get a recording that says a customer service rep with be with you shortly, however, that is a lie. The call eventually disconnects after listening to a click and a tone sound. I thought it was a fluke so I called again FOUR more times, and the calls were disconnected. I then called the main customer service number 888-522-2677. The rep was less than friendly, must be a trend with this company. She then transferred me to another number, and that rep told me that the LabCorp lab locations do not take phone calls. Then why in the world do they have a phone number listed to call them directly and a recording that says a rep will be with you soon?!! Aggravating! I asked the rep if SHE could call the location directly and ask them if they received my daughter's faxed lab requisition, and she said she could not and the lab only draws blood all day and will not answer calls even from them. WHAT?? That made no sense. I told her I would drive by the facility and walk in and ask them if they received the faxed requisition, and she said nothing. Ugh! I don't want to wake up my handicapped daughter up early in the morning to go get lab work done if the lab requisition is not even there and be turned away, so I would rather go in person the day before while she is in school to make sure they have the requisition. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance only allows us to go to LabCorp. I cringe at the thought, and then wonder if they are so unprofessional...how accurate are the lab results??? Also at the other LabCorp location I took my daughter to at a different location off of Union Hills and 67th avenue (which is no longer there), the lab employees also seemed rather unhappy and unfriendly. So, I am seeing a pattern here with LabCorp in general, from interacting with the Bell location, the main customer service center, and the Union Hills location.....Not good customer service, and this makes me question what else could be going on, especially when it comes to the accuracy of lab results.
