Of course check in is on a smartpad. You know who struggles w that? Lots of people! Older people, people with vision issues, people w oddball medical plans, people with language barriers. But mostly seniors/older people. I watched an elderly man attempt to get help multiple times. I won't go into his personal details, but at least 7 people checked in before he was checked in. Someone at lab told me "times have changed" when I brought this up to staff, but there's a huge population that were not born in a digital age, that adopted technology when it was available, as adults. It's wrong- this digital gatekeeper way of running a business that involves humans- including the old and sick. Once in the back, I was treated well, as I always am by the staff at Sonora Quest. Professional courteous phlebotomist. Labcorp is even worse.

I returned the next day, 05/14/26, with my appointment confirmation notice, and it was confirmed that the appointment had indeed been scheduled. Once she recognized the appointment, however, her attitude became very confrontational and unprofessional. I am not happy with the service.
