Clear mind treatment claims to be there and give the outmost respect to their patients, yet I was…read moredisappointed and lied to multiple times through out my treatment.
Clear mind treatment has helped me with a lot, but it has also has too many flaws that prevent it from being a perfect experience, that is it's employees.
I had a therapist named "Krystal" that I felt cared for me for the first few months, then all of a sudden, she stepped back, didn't follow up with me as much and she said she was having a child so I had to change therapists. this worked for only so long, then my therapist "Scott" started being unprofessional and claimed my problem was that I didn't have a job and I should just get one, ignoring the fact that my whole problem was that I had a medical condition that prevented me from doing average tasks and functioning as a normal member in society.
I couldn't even get a word in sometimes and at a certain point It was literally just him speaking the whole time and telling me from an out of touch boomer perspective that I should be doing so much more with my life.
Ironic how that opinion aged, now I'm competing with illegal immigrants and incompetent people for jobs that I obviously deserve and it turns out our taxpayer money is going to waste. Who would've thought?
My mental health decayed day after day, I wasn't being understood for a problem I was way ahead of my time on and I didn't even realize it.
They discharged me, when I told them I wasn't doing well. I asked for help and was pushed away and ignored, ironic because they are supposed to support people like me.
So, in the current day I am no longer with this company and periodically I ask for a consistent response or answer and I recieve nothing 90% of the time I try to reach out.
I'm just going to be honest, it was not the program, it was the people and I will explain exactly why.
while I was participating in this treatment, I had to speak to a psychiatrist named "Tanya". I tried to have a positive opinion but every time I had a conversation with her, I had the feeling she was just pushing her personal beliefs that I disagreed with upon me, not only that but she was very insistent on getting me on medication.
I've been against medication for a long time so I rejected every offer, the problem is how she reacted. It was like she was surprised that I wasn't going along with what she was saying and I could tell the frustration in her face.
One day, she told me after I said "no I don't need medication", "I have no idea why Dr. Cox wants me to try to get you to take medication.".
This exposes another flaw in clear mind which is the staff such as Dr. Cox.
Before my discharge, I had a zoom call with Dr. Cox. The conversation was fine at first, then after I honestly explained to her that I had a history of using marijuana and ayahuasca for medical treatment, she turned the conversation into me being an addict and she made a strange comment saying "well if you're doing those both along with ketamine then you're addicted.".
I'm just going to say that both marijuana and ayahuasca have been medically beneficial to me, more so than medication and this lie that medication is the cure to everything needs to die.
I have tried reaching out to Scott, recieving zero response.
I have tried reaching out to Krystal, she responded, but it took too long and my patience wore too thin after nearly half a year of trying to get a phone call.
I have reached out to Tanya, she claimed nothing was wrong and there was nothing malicious with my discharge, I disagree.
I reached out to Rishi, the main person behind clear mind. I didn't get a response for a lot of the main issues I wanted to communicate about and I was left with more questions than answers, my point is that for a business called "Clear Mind", it's ironic how nothing is clear at all, I never knew where I was going with my treatment, I never knew if anyone had my back, I never knew why people kept disappearing, especially the best therapists. I never knew anything.
