The entire crew at Barrows and Dr Little did a fantastic job preparing me for the surgery.

Couldn't be more happy with level of service and professionalism by her and the entire staff. After multiple spinal surgeries over the last 2 decades and dozens of Dr and surgeons this one stand firmly at the head of the class.

She spent 5 minutes with me before she was ready to send me on my way and then maybe an extra 2-3 minutes after I told her I felt dismissed and said you didn't even ask me if I have other symptoms. She said ok do you have other symptoms? I listed maybe 3/25 symptoms I have and she said "ok? You're just listing a bunch of unrelated symptoms." So be sure to know neurology and whether all your symptoms are related or she will gaslight you and try to make you feel stupid for not knowing. There was zero empathy for what I'm going through, she just wanted me to get out of her office asap. I said what about functional movement disorder? She said "do you even know what that is?" And made me define it for her. Awful horrible experience from any doctor I've ever seen, I left crying. So she said my constant nonstop rhythmic involuntary full body movements are just anxiety. There are so many other ways she could have phrased things or explained better as to not come off so dismissive and rude. I left there with literally nothing. I will be recording all my dr visits from now on solely because of Harpreet Sandhu.

After 15 years, the search is finally over!!! Jason Kaufman resolved my headaches and TMJ pain…read morethat I unsuccessfully treated with multiple physicians for over half of my adult life. It is amazing! I used TMJ mouth guards, underwent surgery for discs in my jaw and used botox on the muscles in my head, but these treatments did not relieve my pain or allow me to open my mouth beyond 1/3 of the normal range. After 1 year of seeing Jason Kaufman, I can now open my mouth to the full range and the pain in my jaw is gone. Regarding, my headaches, I thought I should buy stock in Excedrin. I took 2 Excedrin every morning for years until they started to give me stomach issues. So, I cut down to taking Excedrin two or three times a week. I sought medical help for my headaches for years without any results. Then I was referred to Jason Kaufman. Jason Kaufman is a chiropractor that developed his own method of treatment. He does NOT do the typical alignments we all associate with chiropractors. So, do not let his certification prevent you from experiencing what the Kaufman pain release Method can do for you. It turns out the connected muscles in my shoulders and neck were causing all of the referred pain in my jaw and head. Jason was able to release the muscles and the pain is now gone. It was a process and I am still on the journey. I saw Jason once a week for the first 2 months. Then we moved to once every two weeks, and then to monthly. I am now on an every 5 to 6 week cycle. The results are sustainable. I always knew that I had a stressful Corporate job. I took fairly good care of myself with a moderately active lifestyle and fairly decent eating habits. Who knew that all of the stress accumulating in my shoulders would manifest above my neck? Not only is Jason Kaufman resolving my pain, he is the most caring provider I have ever met in my lifetime. His follow-up is world-class. His empathy for me as a patient still surprises me. For example, he reached out to fellow colleagues to review my medical history and create future treatment plans. He does not need to go this extra mile, but he does because he cares. If you feel like your pain will never go away - any pain in your body (he also treats back pain, leg pain, hip pain, arm pain) - then schedule a session with Jason. I thought my issues were unresolvable, but I was wrong. If you are disheartened, I hope that the Kaufman pain release Method will prove you to be wrong also.

The second MRI showed another pinched nerve so here we go another surgery, 2 weeks later I had a lump on my back and it was a puss pocket . I went to the ER Deer Valley where I sat from Saturday till Tuesday they did clean out surgery. 8 months later I have no use of my right arm and my left arm can't pick anything up .I can't work anymore and everyday is a struggle. I'm worse then I ever was, I'm crippled and it sucks. They don't take my Ins anymore. He told me he see's does surgery on someone there his patient for life, well I can't tell he has not seen me since March 2025 he never sent me to physical therapy. Dr Murphy saw my MRI, video taped out visit, so I could refer to it later. He explained, and showed me exactly what the problem in my spine was and the available options to fix it. He is a miracle worker. He is kind, calm, takes him time, knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. He did my surgery three weeks later. In a one hour surgery, he took my quality of life from a 2 to a 10. He is very responsive in returning calls, as is his staff. I have had three major knee surgeries within the last four years. My experience with Dr Murphy and his staff was hands down the easiest and, by far, the very best. If I ever have another spinal issue, I will travel to wherever he is operating.

This review is similar to, but not quite the same as, the review I wrote for Medical Neurology…read more Medical Neurology is the name of the practice of Epstein, Bliklen, and.. some other people. Kumar? Hussein? I've only seen Epstein. The practice seems pretty busy; I'm surprised no one else has reviewed it. Anyhow, I've had migraines since I was 12, and have seen half a dozen neurologists across the country. Dr. Epstein is the best, and my favorite. He honestly cares about his patients... but sometimes he shows it in nontraditional ways. I'm giving Dr. Epstein a good review because he helped me fix my migraine drug regimen. That didn't just involve throwing drugs at me: I also had to figure out which foods and triggered my headaches, and fix my sleep patterns. Initially, I wasn't thrilled with his action plan. It certainly wasn't an instant cure, but I feel better than ever, and I'm not overmedicated. The reviews on various sites that complain about his 'bedside manner' make me laugh. Yes, he's abrupt. His sense of humor's a little off. He thinks up some pretty bad jokes sometimes, so if you get offended super easily, or if you can't deal with political incorrectness... this might not be the neurologist for you. There are plenty of doctors who will listen to you whine, throw you some painkillers, and coo, 'come back in a month.' Dr. Epstein will be the one to tell you, 'don't be a moron. You can't sleep five hours a night, drink a liter of soda a day, eat all your trigger foods, and not get migraines.' He'll tell you what you need to do to take care of the problem you have, even if it means you might want to shoot the messenger. If you want to feel better, Epstein & Medical Neurology get my endorsement. If you want a yes-man neurologist who will just take your money, give you some pills, and kiss your ass so you can avoid any hard answers and hurt feelings, go elsewhere. ____________________________________________ Patient population includes (but not limited to) people with nerve damage, stroke, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, migraine, spinal cord injury, and brain damage/ trauma.

In the late 1990's I visited Dr. Epstein. His plan worked well. Time for a follow-up. A+read more
