It was a process and I am still on the journey. I saw Jason once a week for the first 2 months. Then we moved to once every two weeks, and then to monthly. I am now on an every 5 to 6 week cycle. The results are sustainable. I always knew that I had a stressful Corporate job. I took fairly good care of myself with a moderately active lifestyle and fairly decent eating habits.
