His front desk staff -- Mariela, Tiffany & Shelli -- and Nurse Icela -- warmly greeted us, paperwork was quickly handled, vitals were taken and a follow-up appointment was done in a timely fashion. The on-site lab is a great convenience. We're so pleased our PCP referred us and we'd highly recommend Dr. Edward Park and Southwest Kidney Institute!

Hello. I have had the worst experience not with the doctor, as she is unfortunately away from the…read moreoffice but with the office staff and Office manager named Terry. This started last week when the pharmacy faxed in my prescription refill 4 times with no response from the doctor, this is per the Walgreens Pharmacist. So, I called the doctors office and they said I needed to come in for an appt. BEFORE I can get my refill. I was told if I made a appt. they could call it in, so I did. Then I got a call back saying I needed to first come in and then they could refill it (remember, since they took so long to get back to the pharmacy, I since ran out of my daily medicine). When I explained this was an issue as I am already out of the medicine they then said that was not their problem. I asked to speak with a doctor as they would know that this particular medicine can't be missed as my health is at stake and they refused. They also said that my insurance would not cover it without the appt. so I called my insurance company, they said that was not true, they did a three way call to the doctors office and we got Terry, the office manager who said they would not refill my medication and would not let us speak with a nurse or doctor, she hung up on us! So, the insurance company then got one of their RN on the line and we called back again. She asked so speak with a nurse or doctor and they refused but did get Terry on the line, again, the one who hung up. She said they could get me in tomorrow at 1:30 (before they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks as my doctor is on vacation....they expected I'd go all that time without my medicine....can you hear law suit in the event something happens to me?) I took the appt. even though it affects my work, children and parents I take care of. Then I got a voicemail this morning saying they made an error and can't get me in until 3 instead, which, won't work as I already made arrangements for 1:30. So, I called this morning and got another different Terry who said I wasn't even on the schedule, to which I said, I have the voicemail if you'd like to hear it. She became rude and said well you are not and I have other calls in line. I said, I need to get make an appt. as you all called an moved it and I can't make the time to which she insisted I was not on the schedule even though both the insurance company heard it AND I HAVE A VOICEMAIL saying I am. I asked to get scheduled and she said no one was in and hung-up on me. This is the second hang-up. I called right back and got an appt. for tomorrow. Fingers crossed I am not taken off the schedule. Definitely going to the State Board if my doctor, when she returns, does not see this as a major issue. I have been seen in this office for decades! Poor staff, it's hard to find good help but in the medical field both should be FIRED!

She listens and is genuinely interested in finding the best path forward. She doesn't just rely on labs but how I feel as well. She's helped with Hashimoto's, GI issues, as well as other issues in a Holistic manner. Before seeing Heather I was extremely frustrated with my healthcare plan. I've received injections of Traumeel for torn meniscus and bursitis which has made an incredible difference to my healing experience! Ryan has provided hands on therapy for a couple of years as well. His approach provides the best pain relief with the least painful techniques. I definitely have a lot of knots due to Hashimoto's, so it is painful but the relief is amazing. I like how Dr Murray focuses on the area needing Chiropractic manipulation while leaving the other areas alone. He's able to hone in on the areas to dry needle as well. I had my first onsite IV last week. She was able to find the vein immediately! She was very personable. Reception is very helpful and good energy. She helped me book several upcoming appointments cheerfully I've been seen different members of the team for years! They assist me with all aspects of Wellness!

Dr. Shell runs all of the labs (which my insurance covers 100%) and takes the time to explain the results and work to optimize my numbers--not just get them "in range". Plus, her help with my acute diverticulitis last Fall was above and beyond! Truly. Her concern was more than hoped for or expected. She got my CT scan approved immediately through my insurance and I felt like she was holding my hand getting me through it! My previous PC's office is SO bad. I can never talk to a nurse or doctor! When I had covid last year, I couldn't get an appointment and when I left a message that I needed an immediate response, it took them a week to get back to me!! I could have died before they called me back! I ended up in the ER because my throat swelled up so bad I could barely breathe and had completely lost my voice. Again, Dr. Shell came to the rescue. I know doctors aren't in the business just for the fun of it, they need to make money, too. But, she actually wants to help. I hope she never changes her attitude!! I do wish she took insurance, but her prices are reasonable. I'm not going to look for another physician.
