The doctors I've had here are excellent but there staff are worthless they never answer there…read morephones they never answer there portal that they tell you to use. I've need them to get a prescription preapproved and I've been working on trying to get them to send the paperwork to blue cross. It's been a month and they still do not have it done save your self the stress and go to a different group other then Tri -City cardiology.

We are now patients of Dr Khaled Albasha with Gilbert Cardiology and couldn't be happier! Dr Albasha is extremely knowledgeable and invested with our care. He ordered a FULL workup on both of us to get a clear baseline and the follow-up visits were appropriate not "overdone". The PA staff and front desk staffers are ALL great to work with!! We have NEVER had a negative visit or felt rushed. We honestly recommend GC and Dr Albasha!

After 5 months of appointments, co-pays, tests, etc I finally received a bill from them for over $1k. After calling to investigate, they responded "your insurance plan isn't accepted here". After many hours of calls and haggling with United, Included Heath, attorney, I was stuck with paying the full amount, even though I had full coverage! Never did Gilbert Cardiology ever mention , in any of my 8-10 visits, that I was not covered. They just kept taking co-pays like I was. They say it's "patient's responsibility" to determine if you are covered. Certainly doesn't seem that Ethical. Be sure to check on your coverage here first or you will get suckered as well.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They ensure that the client has all the questions answered and clear. But some type of insurance may need referral before you can schedule with them, just keep your insurance a call ahead of time as their schedule might take far out a bit as they are really busy place.
