I recently had an appointment with Dr. Christopher S. Lichtenwalter and was blown away by his bedside manner, sense of humor, knowledge, and efficiency. I mentioned I'll be having knee surgery soon, and without me even asking, he already knew exactly what paperwork would be needed. He gave me a copy of my EKG and a health clearance letter right on the spot, saving me so much time and stress. That kind of care and customer service is rare. Celeste at the front desk is a ball of sunshine--great personality, positive attitude, and we even share the same birthday (her son and I!). She's the perfect first face to see when you walk in. I took the morning off work but no phone call. I was unable to reach anyone at the office. Later that day I got a message saying Ashley had rescheduled my appointment for the following week. I have made several phone calls to ask for a partial refund for my "consultation " due to having to the missed appointment and missed work. I have called several times, spoken to several office staff, crickets.. The following week I did have my health consultant Ashley call to summarize my results. The phone call lasted 30 minutes. This is not how to treat new patients to build a practice of loyal customers. They sell all the recommended supplements and would have purchased them there.

I soon discovered I have a condition called heart arrhythmia in addition to a slight heart murmur. Most cases of arrhythmia are harmless but some can cause serious symptoms and can be fatal. My Dad had open heart surgery around my same "young" age which caused me to take this serious and want to have a good doctor. Doctor Heinrich has been just that and more.He is very thorough having ran several tests consisting of Echocardiograms, EKGs, and after experiencing more episodes even placing me on a heart monitor and small doses of medication. Doctor Heinrich and his staff have always made me feel comfortable, are friendly, caring and don't make me feel like just another patient on the list. They call days in advance to remind me of my appointment and there is never the long dreaded waiting room times, I'm seen within minutes. After being able to be off my medication, minimal symptoms that are now few and far between, and the last few years of good test results I am happy to say that I do not have to return for next year's follow up and tests! I'm thankful for the great care that I received at from Dr. Heinrich and his staff at TriCity Cardiology and know if I ever need to return my heart will be in great hands!
